‘WIN 7 NIGHTS AT THE SHERATON FIJI RESORT'

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

1.   Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. 

 

2.   Entry is only open to Australian residents, excluding South Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Starwood Hotels and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

 

3.   To enter visit http://www.realweddings.com.au/subscribe and fully complete and submit the form with payment by credit card of $99 plus Postage & Handling for twelve months subscription to Real Weddings magazine and realweddings.com.au.

 

4.   The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

 

5.   Multiple entries permitted.

 

6.   Promotion commences May 31^st, 2010 at 5pm AEST.  Entries close 5pm AEST on November 30^th, 2010.  The draw will take place at Level 1, 37 Melrose Street, Sandringham, VIC, 3191 on Monday December 1^st, 2010 at midday AEST.  Winner will be notified by email and telephone and the winner will be announced on www.realweddings.com.au on December 2^nd, 2010.  Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

7.   The first valid entry drawn will win 7 nights in an Ocean Breeze Room at the Sheraton Fiji Resort, including buffet breakfast for two at Feast Restaurant, valued at F$5800. Spending money, flights, all other meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.

This prize is valid for 12 months and is subject to availability. Blackout Dates are as follows: 26 Dec 2010 – 14 Jan 2011; 11 – 26 April 2011; and 1 – 17 July 2011.

Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any additional charges must be settled prior to departure.

 

8.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. 

 

9.   The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place and time as the original draw as are necessary at 12pm on March 1^st 2011, in order to distribute the prize if unclaimed by that date. The address for the redraw is Level 1, 37 Melrose Street, Sandringham, VIC, 3191. In this case, the winners name will then be published on www.realweddings.com.au on April 1^st, 2011.

 

10. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.  The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

 

11. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used.  Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.

 

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

13. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.

 

14. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winner's name published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
