No — a reception booking with Sandringham Yacht Club is required in order to hold your ceremony here, with Port Phillip Bay as your backdrop.
The ceremony fee is $1,000.

Yes. A stylish lounge space with comfortable furniture, a full-length mirror, and basin — perfect for last-minute touch-ups before you walk out.
The venue provides a permanent indoor ceremony arrangement inside the Port Phillip Room, complete with a partition wall, ceremony chairs and an ivory aisle set against the same bay-facing windows — a genuine backup rather than a marquee.
30 minutes of pre-dinner drinks and canapés on the outdoor Southern Podium, overlooking the water. If the weather turns, we move to a sectioned-off area of the Port Phillip Room — the view stays just as good.
Yes — couples can choose between our in-house catering or bringing in their own external caterer. Opting for external catering carries a venue hire fee of $10,000.
In-house and external catering available, with halal, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, children's, and late-night menu options all catered for.
Alcohol is supplied on-site, with cocktail and beverage packages available — or BYO, with corkage applicable to spirits only.
