Very nice place, close proximity to mt Buller

A wonderful time to visit in summer, even though this is mostly a winter resort, just below Mt Buller. King parrots and kangaroos on your doorstep most evenings. Played the 18 hole Mini golf course a few times, and it was really great fun. A good restaurant, and overall a wonderful relaxing week.

The resort is beautiful - our chalet is amazing!! The view and grounds are incredible!! Every single staff member outdoors, house keeping. reception and restaurant/lounge are very friendly and helpful. Internet in the chalets would be advantageous - two of us had to work that week also from the apartment. Special thanks to Anthony, Hunter, James and Brad. We will be back!

Weve just had a lovely week at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort.
We are AVC members and we were very warmly welcomed. The staff were all amazing, helpful and knowledgable. The surroundings were beautiful with the kangaroos, ducks, birds in their natural habitat. The meals in the Peaks restaurant were well presented.
We would definitely consider going there again.

One of the highlights of our stay was the food at the resort's restaurant. We had the pleasure of dining on pasta night, and the meal was simply outstanding. The pasta was cooked to perfection and the flavors were incredible. It was as good as any fine dining restaurant in the Melbourne CBD. The attention to detail and quality of the food was truly exceptional, making our dining experience unforgettable.

Overall, the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort is a must-visit for families who want to escape to the beautiful Australian countryside and experience the best of what this wonderful country has to offer. With stunning views, amazing food, and unparalleled hospitality, this resort truly exceeds expectations.

We are AVC members so Ive been up here quite a few times. All seasons, we always enjoy our time here. Mini golf, great pool, kids play area, lake, ski hire, table tennis.. the rooms are clean and tidy. Staff always knowledgeable and helpful. Great team and vibe up there at the moment.

Staff were very accommodating and very friendly, we had a lovely weekend away.

Such a beautiful stay! Rooms were in perfect condition and staff were super accommodating. Location was awesome as the drive to Mount Buller was only roughy 20-30 mins.

Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday with a swimming pool, tennis court, mini golf, canoes, outdoor barbecue area, and places to walk and enjoy the wildlife. Also close to Mt Buller for skiing in the winter and walking in the summer. Also has a great restaurant, games room and gym. We have stayed here quite a few times now.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Cannot fault it. The staff are lovely and always so willing to help me if I have any questions. The rooms are also stunning.

This property is a bit of a gem. The grounds are just beautiful and it's an ideal place to stay if you're heading up to Buller.

We had a week at the resort with friends in the middle of spring and enjoyed every minute.
All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the facilities are great - whatever you want to do, there is something for everyone.
Coffee or drinks on the main complex balcony overlooking the hills is brilliant

The Food was Spectacular

We have just enjoyed 4 nights at the Sebel Pinnacle Valley. The accomodation and facilities at this property are lovely and very well maintained and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There is lots to do in the area, especially if you love nature and walking / hiking.

Went there for a wedding well this place was great, we stayed overnight, the rooms were great, the staff were just fantastic, and the reception, setting, and the food was great. What a day and evening just fantastic, the cost of the room,one bedroom apartment for two people not to bad and included breakfast.

Absolutely stunning location. The staff were fantastic, breakfast was delicious. We loves the variety of activities available on site and enjoyed some mini golf and fishing.

Fantastic experience, stayed in end of November. Was amazing food, breakfast and dinner there, every course of dinner was amazing. Played golf with the kids, took them fishing, kayaking, saw some family of deer and kangaroos, really picturesque place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable, accommodation clean and very nice. Cant recommend it enough.

Our stay at the Seb Pinnacle was just the ticket after returning from a 7-day high country ride.
Our chalet was beautiful and we loved having choice in the guest activities. We enjoyed the sauna and spa and our dinner at the restaurant was delicious too.
The wildlife - kangaroos, deer and cockatoos - were all happy to be on the property too.

The staff was good and very attentive the General Manager was great he organised a cake for my husbands birthday which was an extra special touch. Thank you for going the extra mile. It's little details like this that makes the stay very memorable. Beautiful property in a picturesque location. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant on site.

All in one family holiday spot in the heart of the Victorian high country. The Sebel Pinnacle Valley was full of super friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is based in beautiful surroundings and is well appointed with a pool, tennis courts, mini golf course, canoeing, volleyball, gym, spa and games room. The two bed room chalet was well furnished with modern amenities and even came with board games in the chalet - we took advantage of these when the weather turned against us but otherwise we spent plenty of time at the pool, playing tennis and mini golf. The chalet was super clean and in very good condition. Although the upstairs loft bedroom got a little warm during the evenings it cooled down pretty quickly. The air conditioning worked a treat downstairs which was comfortable and spacious. There was reasonable internet via wifi in the chalet which was unexpected being so far out from the main town of Mansfield which is a short drive away and provides plenty of other family friendly places to visit and eat at. The Sebel staff are what made the place great and we come away with great memories of a fun holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at resort. It had a lot of things for kids to do and place itself is so beautiful. Perfect place for walking and enjoying close to nature. Service was amazing. 2 bedrooms chalet was well equipped and clean. My two kids had an absolute ball for 3 days. Would come back for sure.

The Sebel Pinnacle Resort at Merrijig is the best Accor property we've been to, in ten years. The minute you walk into reception you are certainly made to feel welcome. On our confirmation booking we were asked if we'd like to dine at The Peaks Restaurant for dinner the day we arrived. It was explained to us about the Spanish chef cooking Pintxos & Paella in the restaurant and explaining his cooking method and their life style. Well it certainly didn't disappoint us. It was very interesting to listen and learn their culture. The menu included "Red Wine Sangria" and for a person who doesn't drink alcohol, wow, it won me. Thank you Victoria for your version of the Sangria. It was absolutely a delicious drink!!
We had a one bedroom apartment with King bed, convection microwave, oven, Induction cooktop, washing machine and dryer. The unit was extremely clean and quite spacious.
There's plenty to see area the area, including Whitfield ( great pub meal), Jamieson, a nice quiet little township and of course the drive to Mt Buller.
There's no doubt that the staff, no matter who they were, just made you feel welcome. It certainly was a great atmosphere within the organisation.

All looked good on the internet but we didn't realize just how well we'd be looked after.

Great location, chalet, staff and food

This resort is stunning. From the modern chalet architecture and style, to the plethora of activities. The setting and surrounds are unmatched. True beauty, I cannot fault. The highlight for us was waking up and having kangaroos visiting outside the windows and roaming freely, happily and safely throughout the resort. A true cohabitation with nature.
The small touches from staff just put the experience over the top. I never give 10s, but if I did, this place would get it. Thank you Sebel Pinnacle. We'll be making this a regular destination.

Fantastic service, great rooms and an amazing weekend away

A wonderful place to relax and unwind. Peaceful and set in a picturesque location. The little attention to detail such as the welcoming sweets in the fridge. There are a lot of wonderful places to see and explore, you just need to look out the window to see a mob of kangaroos on the hill. One word of advice, if you want to eat on the balcony, DON'T feed the cockatoos!

the resort is located in a natural, beautiful and peaceful place, like a park; meanwhile the spa, sauna, swimming pool and mini golf are available for the fun and relax; the chalet features with full kitchen which is helpful for family stay; greeting card, welcome deserts and drink are available, made us feel welcomed. friendly and helpful staff are always available especially Max, who is the maintenance manager also the fishing expert, he seems knows everything about the resort. My parents really love the environment so we extended our stay. A really good choice if you love the quiet countryside lifestyle, will come back again.

Sebel Pinnacle Valley is located in a stunning spot - surrounded by mountains and bushland. One feels relaxed the minute one drives in. We relaxed, strolled, visited the kangaroos who graze nearby, swam in the gorgeous pool, played table tennis, had two delicious dinners at the Peak restaurant, and really enjoyed the playlist of recorded music! The staff are all friendly and helpful and overall there is a beautiful ambience to the whole place. A great two-day escape.

I stayed here with a group of Breast Cancer survivors. The resort was above and beyond my expectations. Food, accomodation, staff were all amazing. We felt like spoilt VIPs. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much for your care. You were awesome.

This is our 13th visit. We love the place. Staff are wonderful, very friendly. Food is magnificent. Lovely place to just relax. Watching the wildlife of an evening is great.

Another excellent stay at the SEBEL Pinnacle Valley. The rooms are superb and we were lucky enough to be there on Spice night.

As per usual the room and resort were looking great. Check in very easy, and my horses were welcome to stay at the stables. I really appreciate this.
