I came here with my family and relatives to attend a wedding function.

This is a breathtaking place which boasts a clean, magnificent beach filled with amazing people. Grand Hyatt's name never fails to deliver its luxurious promise.

The food options they served at the event were plentiful. The chefs and waiters were an amazing bunch to chat with. Observing how the wedding event turned out, it was clear that Grand Hyatt Bali team not only detail-oriented, but also the type of beings who would go the extra mile to give their guests unforgettable memories.

Their rooms were stunning as well. Spacious, clean and kept in pristine condition, despite the fact that the establishment has been around for several decades. The room I stayed in can accommodate 4 people comfortably and the check-in and check-out process went swimmingly.

The hotel places great emphasis on its attention to nature. It is surrounded with lots of greens and lakes. All together, this hotel is worth considering if you're looking for a perfect family destination.

I was expecting a negative experience here based on some of the reviews I read, but was pleasantly surprised with not a single complaint. I used points to get an executive suite which was massive and overlooked the club pool. Also club access with inclusive afternoon cocktails and extensive selection of appetizers and snacks. Beach was clear and expansive. The pools were large. If visiting Bali, I only recommend this hotel after a long flight, especially if you have children. Or as some nice honeymoon/anniversary. Otherwise, its not well situation for exploration at all. I don't hold that against the property, as its a resort destination.

A comfortable place to live and vacation. Located in the itdc area of Nusa Dua, Bali. Has a sunrise view from Nusa Dua beach. The area of the hotel is around 18 hectares, and is divided into 4 villages, each of which has a room to stay.

Amazing hotel with great beach access, huge pool area and lots of things to do. The service and stay we had was amazing and the King room didnt disappoint with lots of space and great views being in the top floor of the North Village.

The Garden Cafe restaurant within the hotel area was another positive and we enjoyed the Indonesian cuisine they had.

The gym and fitness facilities are also great and we ended up using it almost every day we were here as a testament to how clean and well run the facility was.

Love this place! Great family resort on a beautiful beach. We booked an all inclusive package via Luxury Escapes and have no regrets!
Kids and adults loved the pools and slides. Staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable. Rooms werent ready on checkin however we were given afternoon tea vouchers to enjoy at the lounge cafe/bar. The grounds of the resort are beautiful.
We loved all the restaurants and our fave was watercourt. The food everywhere was divine! A couple of venues were under construction so unlucky we didn't get to try them.
A little bit out of town but easy enough to get transport to go out. The resort has everything you need so we only went out for day trips and cheap massages. We did have a massage at Kriya Spa as it was an inclusion in our package and it was amazing though very expensive if we had to pay for it. Miss this place already! Highly recommend especially for families.

The first time I came here, I don't know what to say, but it's really really good here. The design of the very large area, the selection of cool building colors, coupled with the aesthetic pool area makes it comfortable to stay a few nights here. I really like traveling and photographing several areas here, making recommendations for various activities, especially taking pictures, for me. The quality of the friendly and very helpful staff makes it comfortable for you to have a vacation here. I also have no compromise on the specifications of the room, it's clean and neat and what's clear is that it's one of my favorite places to come here again.

Excellent hospitality!!! The room is spacious, clean and bed is fluffy. The spa is incredible, the therapist very friendly and well knowledge. The restaurant waiter & waitress super friendly and helpful, food is delicious. The front desk staff very welcome and helpful, they help us to call our fast boat to Gili Island and changes the schedule. Location are the best, easy access to everywhere. Perfect choice to stay for family, business and youngster.

Walking into Grand Hyatt foyer was so lovely. The staff were very attentive throughout our whole stay. The facilities were clean and beautiful. The beach was pristine. We paid extra for Club access and it was well worth it. The staff were so lovely in the Club lounge going above and beyond for my dietary needs. They gym is huge and great AC to work out. A lovely way to end our Bali stay. Looking forward to coming back again.

The resort is quite old (opened in 1991) but not outdated.

The pools are outstanding, we tried the main pool, river pool, and balinese pool.
The river pool is very nice, it feels like swimming in a real river with all the rocks.

Breakfast is terrific with many options for healthy food and drinks.
The grand lounge also offers great food with unlimited alcohol drinks.

The gym is excellent, with squash court and different swimming pool from mentioned above.

Kids club provides many fun activities, must try for your children, surely will have great time with so much fun.

We also had so much fun at the beach. There are no rocks on the sands (unlike some other part of Nusa Dua beach).

Overall, it's great for families. Very recommended.

Have been to this resort twice and love the service the clean rooms, proximity with the beach and plenty to do with the kids! Its a perfect stay for a great price. The beach front Villas upgrade is also spacious and luxurious so good! Great restaurants and meals. Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel property. The landscaping is excellent and really well maintained. The beach is clean and groomed daily. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely try to visit here again.

We stayed there as a couple and enjoined ourselves immensely. The hotel is also perfect for family holiday. The hotel has one the best beaches in Nusa Dua, with amazing lagoon pool as well. The breakfast was really good with different selections each day.

Fantastic experience from A to Z. The beach is amazing, the food also and the club lounge management and personnel deserve aplause. The employees everywhere are very kind and they cannot do enough for you. In the club lounge there is hot food from 5-7, sparkling wine, spirits, beera lot of quiet places on the beach, although there are many kids in the hotel. Well done, Grand Hyatt!

Just got back from a 5 night stay at this sensational property. It it absolutely gorgeous - as soon as you step foot on the property you immediately feel relaxed and calm because the surrounds are just so stunning.

The property is vast with several pools and restaurants and it is maintained to such a high standard, nothing it out of place or not seen to.

The gardens, ponds and waterways are just pristine and make it such a pleasure to walk and be within.

Amazing to have a really Cowan private beach located meters away from the pool too. Perfect beach for toddlers too.

The staff throughout the venue are so incredibly kind and welcoming- nothing is too hard, they really go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The Balinese hospitality is truly a standout. Thank you so much for an amazingly relaxing and pleasurable family holiday.

I travelled with my husband and 16 month old daughter and we loved every minute of our holiday from the delicious buffet breakfasts, to swimming in the many pools, sliding down the water slides, enjoying meals at the many restaurants and the luxurious rooms.

Only negative I can find is that the safe in our room did not work and it was not bolted to the cupboard so you could literally walk out with it.

We were part of the Grand Hyatt Club which was absolutely fantastic the cocktail hour was such a lovely inclusion.

Also enjoyed massages at the spa while here which was amazing. The facility is gorgeous and so peaceful.

Cannot recommend it enough and really hope we can come back for another visit sometime soon.

First impression is the size of the sprawling resort. We (daughter and me) got there late night to join the missus who had already stayed for a few nights, and it was tiring to walk from where we parked to the hotel lobby and the room (we were already tired to begin with). For the breakfast the next day, we went to the dining room nearest to us, along the beach pavement, facing the pool; one of several all-day dining rooms peppered around the resort which made sense due to the sheer size again. The beach looked great (which unfortunately we did not utilise), and the wife lamented not engaging a photography (there are 2 companies with a branch on-site) session to capture our moments there. The only slight grouse, if any, would be the sea-facing room, which was big (2 super single beds with a daybed that was queen-sized), but felt a little worn.

For those of you who are looking for a luxury resort that doesn't leave a traditional impression in the area of Goa Gajah and Mandala Sender Wana tourism,

I stayed at the Hyatt Nusa Dua for three nights, and let me tell you, this place is massive! It felt like a mini-marathon from the lobby to my room, but it's all worth it.

The room and service were top-notch, no complaints there. The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, especially the beautiful garden I could spend hours just soaking it all in.

Breakfast options were aplenty, and I tried all four of them. The one facing the beach was my absolute favorite. As for the food, it was decent, nothing to write home about, but I couldn't get enough of their amazing bread. Seriously, it was that good.

Now, the Sunset Bar is something else. The view there is mind-blowing, and it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a breathtaking sunset. Overall, I had a great time at Hyatt Nusa Dua, despite the long walks, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially for that sunset experience.

Stayed for 8 nights and we loved our time there. The staff were excellent throughout all areas of the hotel. We used several of the restaurants and all were high quality. Kids enjoyed all the pools and it was nice to have other families around for them.

This is one of the best family hotels weve stayed at. The kids club is fantastic, the different lagoon style pool areas were cleverly constructed. The high quality of food and service in all the restaurants made for an exceptional stay. Everything was just superb, including our housekeeping supervisor, Ajisutan, who would check if we needed anything extra each day - he even went out his way to make elephants and frogs out of towels for our kids - such a nice touch! Nothing was too difficult for the staff at this hotel. So many things to like about the Grand Hyatt. Highly recommend!

Absolutely delighted to visit this awesome property. I'm just reviewing the magnamity of the property as i was here from my morning walk and had breakfast here.
Breakfast spread was good and servers were efficient but i guess its the location and scenic view which makes this place beautiful.
Loved being here the calmness you can enjoy here after the madness in central Bali.

Very nice resort, right next to the beach. Lush tropical gardens with nice pools and even during peak season enough loungers.
We had an executive room with lounge access, which is highly recommended. After evening cocktails and some snacks there, most of the time not necessary to go out for dinner. There are a few nice restaurants on the premises though and right opposite is a small business area with a few more restaurants, bars and shops.
Rooms are big and nice, have everything you need and if not there yet, just ask and they will bring it to you. Comfy, big beds.

Literally cant fault the Hyatt and in particular the exceptional staff. After a one week stay with 6 family members I can say we were flabbergasted at the value for money and service. Whilst I could subjectively say the beds were firmer than I would love I was so tired from the fun we had at the pool, water sports, and amenities I didnt care. Our whole family were treated kindly and were overwhelmed at the enormity of the venue and the attention to detail. I cant rate this place highly enough we have already booked again.

Honestly the most relaxing and best resort in Bali! Facilities are top notch! Lots to do! Service all round was amazing! Food delicious and 5 star ratings. Special shout out to Eni and all the staff always being so helpful and professional. Honestly, great resort for young and old.

Could say this is the most comfortable place to stay. If you looking for a calm and relaxing place for vacation this might be the great option. Strategic place near the beach and you can walk along the pavement of nusa dua beach or visit penisula island, clean and spacious room, good foods! and offered with various entertainments, restaurants, and activities. + you probably gonna get an extra cardio exercise of walking from lobby to your room;)

Excellent location and Nusa Dua beach is perfect. Exceptional service by all the staffs in the hotel. We were greeted with smile and friendliness everywhere we went in the hotel. Lots of facilities in the hotel, including 7-8 restaurants to choose from. The swimming pools are also very nice. Will consider this location again in our future trip.

Oh wow. What an experience... absolutely stunning resort, green everywhere, multiple swimming pools, multiple restaurants; even its own karaoke and golf simulator... I have never experienced more friendly people in my life... So so good!! Bali collection with multiple shops right across the road.

Its SO big! 18 hectares to be specific. I stayed in the east wing which is for club access members with a private secluded pool and club lounge with free breakfast and cocktails during afternoon. The location is perfect, just be ware you need to take a bike or car 10mins to get to a strip of shops and restaurants. Bali collection is opposite but its pretty dead. The hotel has 4 restaurants but i only saw 2 open. The garden cafe is your normal one but the Salsa restaurant next to the pool and beach is the best the resort has so much beauty and so much character. The multiple swimming pool woth rock and cave formations is by far the best in Nusa Dua. I went to most of the hotels to check them out but Grand Hyatt is honestly the best. The customer service is wonderful on all levels. Everyone is very friendly and nice but the gold star goes to Ananda the Team Leader who dealt so gracefully and patiently with my meltdown on arrival. Ananda deserves a raise!

I was here in the first week of March. Though the weather was terrible the only saving grace was the location of this hotel. Its a huge property and lots to do here. They have many pools across the property and they have a great access to the beach and hardly and crowd on the beach (may be coz of the weather then). Service is great! Food was awesome! The location of Nua Dusa is amazing. Early morning runs were great! I would recommend this!

Excellent stay for a week. We had three rooms for the six of us. The hotel is lovely - big rooms, beautiful grounds, nice pools and fabulous beach. The service is amazing - everyone was very helpful with even the smallest request. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. We also enjoyed the food at the pool, Salsa verde and Nampu (although that felt somewhat overpriced for what it was). The drinks were OK, nothing spectacular. Theres a cute shopping mall across the street from the hotel (called Bali Collection). Its a two-min walk from the lobby or you can take the free van. We explored several of the restaurants there and found some gems - Nusa and Sapa were especially good. Theres also a small convenience store there. A few other notes: we agonized over this hotel vs. the Hyatt Regency. Both seemed lovely - from what I read, the Grand Hyatt is bigger and has a nicer beach; the Regency was recently renovated so the rooms are more modern. While I didnt see the Regency, I can see how the rooms at the Grand feel dated. The location - in Nusa Dua - is also at one end of the island so anywhere you want to go is far (and traffic in Bali is awful). We went diving a couple of days and also to see some of the temples. All were a long drive away. So, if you are looking to do more sightseeing, it may be worth staying closer to the sights (nearer Ubud, for example). Final tip: its very easy and affordable to hire a car and driver for an entire day if you want to venture out - just look up local companies and communicate with them via WhatsApp - we did this several times and it was a breeze.

Probably the best location one can find in and out of Nusa dua . Hospitality is among the best . And very friendly staff. Happy customer. Looking forward to coming again !!!

The family's favorite hotel when they go to Bali

Super nice hotel. Service is top, various breakfast buffets: fruit, salad, warm dishes... everything is included.
The friendliness of the staff is really great.
Children's indoor playground (Toddler) and children's club are small but well equipped and the care is competent and super friendly.
The fitness is open 24/7 and is air-conditioned (including the children's playgrounds and some breakfast areas and bars).

Lots of greens as this is one of the oldest resort in the area. Also less popular so you can enjoy the resort in peace without many kids crying. We encountered a lot of animals while staying and it was nice to see they have established their life in the resort. The teppanyaki restaurant in the resort was good and worth trying out.

Pros:-
It's a beautiful resort located right next to the beach. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It has four restaurants, one of which is a Japanese called Nampu. It has immaculate lush gardens, pools and ponds. Rooms are spacious, however need some modern decor.
Cons:-
Hotel guests smoking almost everywhere, including the cafes, pools, reception and foyer - It's disgusting and the hotel does not have a non-smoking policy.
Do not leave a deposit for room service. Pay as you go, otherwise expect a hefty bill during checkout.
The Japanese restaurant does not include lunch or dinner for the all inclusive package.
Shopping around the complex is extremely overpriced, so to get cheap products go to Kuta or Ubud.

Very nice staff and very nice food and very nice pools and rooms. One staff will make a little guy out of towels.

Before going to the hotel, I read reviews about the condition of the hotel's structure. The hotel is really old, but it didn't affect our stay in any way. The room we stayed in was perfect, the care of the cleaning team was exceptional. All staff are always very kind and helpful to us. All pools with warm water and a maximum depth of 1.3m, this helped my children a lot. I will definitely return to the hotel.

The welcome was one of the things that surpasses the excellence of this hotel. When you get off the taxi, someone will accompany you to reception. Once you have checked in (drinks and small snacks available if necessary), someone will accompany you to our room. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, the club is ok (although as stated by others the club does not offer continuous service). The swimming pools are very good, as is the food. Nothing to complain about this superb hotel.
