Weddings at Bowral Golf Club
Bowral Golf Club, known for its welcoming and gracious ambience, is located close to the centre of Bowral in New South Wales, Australia. The Southern Highlands club traces its history back to 1901. Exotic old English and native trees border the fairways of the club’s 18-hole golf course. Wedding receptions are hosted in the clubhouse.
The traditional clubhouse features a dining room, a bar, and the Members Room. The Samuel Hordern Room, available for wedding receptions, has an adjoining terrace with views over the golf course. Exclusive use of the clubhouse is an option.
Our dedicated Events Manager provides assistance with all of your wedding arrangements. Individually designed menu packages are created, and entree, canapé, and buffet options are offered. The club specialises in grazing table buffets. A selection of fine wines, beers, and spirits is provided at the bar.
Accommodation and Destination Attractions
A Play and Stay accommodation option is offered through Holiday Rental Agency, which provides a choice of personally inspected holiday homes. Berida Manor is steps from the clubhouse, and Links House offers views of the 17th fairway of the golf course. Peppers Craigieburn and Harewood House are located in Bowral while Peppers Manor House is in nearby Sutton Forest.
There are many interesting sites in Bowral. Bowral Art Gallery includes a sculpture garden, and Bradman Museum & International Cricket Hall of Fame houses state-of-the-art interactive experiences. Corbett Gardens features a small stream meandering through the gardens while Bowral Lookout provides a scenic view overlooking the town.
