Visit for afternoon tea. Beautiful property with hospitable service from each staff member from security main gate, buggy driver, restaurant. Especially Mery and Ibu Ram.

I don t have enough words of praise to describe this resort and pictures will not be able to do it justice. It might come close to being the best place we ever stayed at. To note that this is a new resort which makes a huge difference, but the design of the grounds, villas and restaurants is just beautiful. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and were treated by all the hotel staff with utmost care and professionalism. True 5 star experience.
One detail to note: the hotel does not have a private beach, which I personally thought they do from the advertising, it is left a bit open for interpretation so therefore good to make this clear. There is access to Dreamland beach, which we found on our arrival full of trash and debris from the sea. It was cleaned somewhat however I do believe resorts of this caliber should give back to the island and ensure professional removal of all debris on the beach surrounding them. I found that personally disappointing and sad.
Later edit: on our second visit the beach was much cleaner and I must say being able to just pop out and watch the sunset and surfers a stone away from your room is very special.

This was an exquisite experience. Interior and outdoor area of villa are well thought out and are made from high quality materials and details. Food is good. Cocktails and staff are excellent. Bed is amazing. One of our best 5 star resort experiences.

We stayed only one night, but everything was great.
Hotel just opened, so everything is brand new; I like it

Only one minus was during checkout. We found that wine was mistakenly added to our minibar invoice. Its not a problem, but they want to double-check the room again. In my experience, for example, in Four Seasons, they always trust customers and remove from the minibar invoice any items without any additional checks.

An incredible experience, we have never stayed in a place with such amazing service. The room was just stunning and everything about this resort is just perfect.
The staff are so freindly and are always around to help with anything you need.
We are looking forward to coming back to stay again towards the end of our trip.

I chose it as a honeymoon trip.
Anggi, the first employee to check in, welcomed us with a bright smile, which gave us a very good first impression of Jumeirah Bali. The accommodation was very clean, and it always felt good when I returned home after going out. The bed was very comfortable and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. I liked that the teachers who taught yoga and suci were professional. The resort is large, so we used a buggy to move around, but rhoki kindly helped us move and helped us while we were at the accommodation. I visited segaran for 4 days for breakfast, and I was so grateful to eka who always remembered us and took good care of us. During our stay at the hostel, we had a problem, but at this time renita and ari helped us even though it was late at night. All the staff showed their efforts for the convenience of our trip,
This made us have a perfect honeymoon trip.
The resort was a wonderful place that was well maintained if it was luxurious and clean overall, and it was a beautiful place that I would like to come back to.
Choosing Jumeirah Bali for our honeymoon was an excellent choice and a perfect trip.
Lastly, I would like to say thank you to all the staff who have been so kind to us.

Luxury hotel at Bali

One of the best hotels ever. Not the just the best its the best of best I visited many resorts/hotels around the world but nothing like this. Thanks for everyone working in this place they know what to do. Wish to you all the best .

We stayed at this brand new resort for our honeymoon and have been very pleased with the rooms, amenities, 5 star staff, food and views. Vincent and Dora are exceptional employees and we would definitely come back. Resort is very quiet and relaxing with great beaches for sunset dinners.

The hotel is exotically lux. I give five stars for this hotel.

1 star is for safety, which is the most important aspect.

1 star is for cleanliness, another most important aspect.

1 star is for the location, surrounded by many attractions (beach, golf, pura-like, etc) and beautiful sunset, perfect for honey moon.

1 star is for the facilities. The theme of the room is villa like. Very warm, tropical, the mixture between tropical Balinese home and modern interior.

Another star is for the warm service.

The resort offers stunning ocean views, with a beautiful beach just steps from the door. We enjoyed walking along the quiet beach and enjoying a very beautiful sunset. The large and well-maintained swimming pool is also one of the main attractions of this resort.

The room you live in is very comfortable, spacious, and clean. We felt right at home with all the amenities available, including fast Wi-Fi access and a flat screen TV.

Room service is also very good they respond to my requests. The food at the resort restaurant is also very good. The breakfast served has the usual wide selection of international and local food. I also tried dinner at one of the restaurants and the food served was really delicious. The restaurant staff is very kind and helpful. outside

Having a business trip is sometimes quite stressful, but when I choose to stay in Jumeirah Bali during my business trip, I found out it was so relieving. Less stress, less tight, more relax and be able to stay focus still. This place is amazing, I lost my words for describing it. The gym center is stunning, it gives me more booster for staying fit and also reducing the stress. The food is so healthy. The staffs are amazing friendly and kind. The room is adorable and comfortable. It's a perfect choice for staying during a very hectic schedule.

Although it was 40 minutes from the airport and there was a traffic jam, I arrived comfortably and safely and was welcomed by the staff. The surrounding scenery, the magnificent and luxurious resort atmosphere, and the room condition were all good, but the best of them was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. I felt that every little thing prepared in the room was carefully thought out for the customer, and the size and quality of the private pool was good. The breakfast was not as good as I thought, but other than that, everything ordered for lunch and dinner was delicious.
I visit Bali often, and the room condition was the best among the pool villa accommodations I've stayed in so far.

This hotel has the best view I could have asked. I feel like being in heaven surounded by nature and great hospitality. The staffs in this hotels are amazing, they work hard, very attentive, yet they manage smiling to us eventhough I am a pretty demanding customer. I love how they keep this hotel blended with nature, super clean, and comfortable. My family enjoys every corners in this hotel and we really love our bedrooms. And the food is also remarkable. Perfect hotel for me! Comfortable room, I felt safe from insects, geckos and animals. Good breakfast & friendly staffs. Even though there are not many places to go around the hotel, love the beachfront swimming pool and I could spend the whole day there. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax. I mean, what more could you ask for? Great hotel with amazing staff. The staff here is what made our stay so good, they are all very friendly and take very good care of you. Everyone was polite, smiley, and ready to help. Id highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was also very quiet but extremely relaxing. Overall, we loved this place and will be back

When I arrived, I was greeted with a welcome drink and snacks at the reception. After checking in I was escorted by a buggy car to my room, on the way there was a guide who told me that this area itself is 12 hectares in area, it's wide, looks like there's a buggy car. On the way I saw a view of the garden decorated with ornaments and steps along with a fountain. The traditional Javanese Hindu atmosphere looks very thick, which turns out to be the guide's words, this resort is indeed a Majapahit concept.

It's more fun because each room has a private pool, perfect for those who want quality time in a romantic atmosphere. The bath up is nice and luxurious, the facilities are also good, the spa is also there. The swimming pool outside is also very large.

All staff including security guards and front office staff are friendly and serve guests politely and well. Breakfast has many variations and tastes good, for Indonesian tastes it is also easy to find, so don't worry about bringing parents whose tongue and taste are not friendly to western food. Large private swimming pool facilities with beautiful view that is making the guests satisfied and happy spending their holidays in this hotel.

The view is really good, like in a fairy tale. Presenting an interesting experience while here. The best service from this hotel because the room service really helped us and was very prompt. The food served is also varied and presents an interesting experience. There are also child-friendly services for parents who need help, there are daycare and parks for children to play so that we adults can enjoy our holidays comfortably.

The best villa / hotel I have ever stayed!
The style is very unique and exquisite. I like all the decoration details. The hotel is newly opened last year. All facilities are new and digital. Service was amazing and friendly. Breakfast was beyond expectation. You can order multiple kinds of cuisine and still get buffet. Dinner place at Akasa was stunning with the view of sunset. We also had dinner at Segaran which was considered one of the best dinners. Indonesian fusion was tasty! We had a wonderful 4-day trip. SPA was relaxing with good massage. Kid was having fun, too.

I am really feeling short of words for this such a brand new experience which we had in Jumeirah Bali.
A holiday is a much-needed vacation to relax our minds and soul and balance our personal and professional lives.
We travel a lot around the world and stay in Luxury hotels but we can say that this time our holiday was actually a great success and all the credit for this goes to Jumeirah Bali's amazing, friendly and wonderful staff (from the reception, gardeners, housekeeping, security to the restaurant's staff, each and everyone of them were super friendly and amazing) and especially Mrs RAM.
Sometimes I had the feeling that they can read my mind, I turned to order something but bevor I was able to say it the staff runs immediately and brought me that want I wanted. They all are mindful, which you nowadays can't experience somewhere else but you do it here in Jumeirah Bali for sure.
We are really waiting eagerly for the next holiday that we will be spending again in Jumeirah Bali because we want it to be lovely, amazing and wonderful just like this one. Thanks a lot and much more, as you (Jumeirah Bali) actually made our holiday such a beautiful one. Just one small suggestion: the half-board-Menu has some spaces for improvement (2 or 3 Balinese cuisine were excellent) :)

Its a perfect layout for a family. Did I mention the bathtub in the villa which was installed next to our bed was really something!

Vol 02. Perfect Getaway in a luxurious coastal paradise in Uluwatu.

Cliffside Restaurant and Bar, @akasa.bali located at the southern tip of Jumeirah Bali which offers flame-grilled cuisine with an Asian twist, the incredibly delicious food was faultless. We participated in a wide variety of activities at this resort @jumeirahbali , one of which was Balinese Gebongan dan Canang Sari, we learned the art of making Balinese ceremonial offerings, these offerings symbolize respect and gratitude.

A perfect honeymoon. The view from the restaurant is perfect. The pool villa was clean, it was nice to play in the shared pool and the nearby sea, and the scenery was like a village, so I liked it. Although the price is outrageous, this accommodation is worth the price.

The location is good, it's just that I'm new here so it feels far away. But it's delicious

Fantastic hotel if you want to sit around and relax!! Spent my 30th birthday here and it had an incredible aura, stunning views and friendly staff :) the only thing Id have to complain about would be the surcharge of 21% at their ASAKA restraunt - a heads up wouldve been nice!

It was a lovely hotel. We hardly ever left here, but it was perfect for relaxing! All the staff are nice, and it might be even better if it was like this! If we make a suggestion, we will fix it right away, and we want our customers to have a pleasant time! This conveys my intention.

This hotel was five-star all the way. I went with a group of friends for a 50th birthday and we felt welcome and appreciated. The way their smiles lit up when they saw us, made us believe that they were genuinely happy that we were there. The food was great, the service was great, the rooms were awesome. You can choose to join in on the fun with the resort or stay within your private villa and pool by yourself. Room service came and picked up your trays within the hour. They gather for your arrival and departure to welcome you and give you best wishes.

Went for dinner. Had a great experience.

Villa is amazing, views are amazing. The design of the resort is world class. We were here for our anniversary trip ending our amazing week in Bali. There was some miscommunication at the beginning but the team tried to resolve right away after seeing that we were unhappy. Special event being hosted means 1 of 2 restaurants off limits.

Miscommunication was surrounding dinner availability due to private event happening.

We ended our stay with a nice day at the spa and a very delicious dinner hosted by Putra of the Segaran restaurant. He was very detail oriented and provided very professional and welcoming service. Another staff member at the restaurant also helped take photos with us and the sunset. We forgot her name but her and Putra elevated our stay back to a 5 star level.

There is access to a high traffic public beach front with amazing view of the sunset. Shame about all the styrofoam littered all over though. Not sure what can be done about it...

Overall impressions of a very short stay was exceedingly excellent for this almost new addition in a very cutthroat Bali resort scene.

Architecture and Design:
The theme and colour palette chosen for this resort resonates with my inner preference of bright colours, where the white and with splashes of turquoise gives a very calming and inviting vibe, very different from the dark and gloom others call luxury on this island. Botanical touches rhyming to the same tune echos this refreshing tune.

Service :
Service was executed spectacularly with each individual staff down I interacted with exuding confidence and personality. They felt very well trained yet did not display the robotic sense of everything driven by SOP. A particular highlight was the security staff showing my party around when we seemed lost in the compound, with fluent english as a medium of conversation. That said better communication could have been done on the availability of their ever popular eateries during check-in, but this is pretty much nitpicking over the best overall service I have experienced in Bali. An added bonus that I find this property worth patronising again was the amount of locals hired into important positions, I did not travel far away from home to meet my countryman.

Infrastructure:
Rooms were huge and space well defined with a plunge pool long enough to do laps in. The sliding doors separating the main bathroom against the bedroom also extends this sense of space. Furnitures used were very tasteful, simple and not overly elaborate while the simple decos dotting the nooks and cranny harmoniously blends into the majapahit palace theme. Universal power ports were readily available and technology being put into good use for controlling the necessary conveniences.

Food and beverage:
Only managed to checkout Segaran as Akasa was booked out for an event. Food, especially local Balinese fare, tasted authentic enough without the pretentious portions of fine establishments. Breakfast was a highlight as well with a semi buffet concept where continental items were self help and a variety of hot options prepared ala-carte with no limits on the amount you could order. This arrangement felt classy and avoids the droves of people hovering over counters of food and unnecessarily contaminating stuff. Crowd control was also excellent where at no point during my 2 dining experiences had the outlet feel the need for more space or had my shoulders rubbing other strangers.

Overall if the budget allows, a must stay option when visiting the beaches of Bali.

Jumeirah is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in Bali. It may be that tourists here have better self-control. The architecture here is very elegant and the service is very delicate. Compared with other hotels, this place is much better. Jumeirah has a normal ratio of staff to the number of passengers to ensure that there are enough service staff to take care of each passenger. The best hotel I have stayed in in Bali so far is Jumeirah. At least I am sure that Jumeirah is much quieter! Compared to The Apurva Kempinski Bali, there are too many tourists and it seems crowded and noisy.

Big hotel in uluwatu. Good

This hotel is more than 5 star we stayed me and my husband for 4nights and let me tell you its the best hotel i ever been too, i just felt im at my home the room massive and perfect they have everything inside the rooms. The stuff are so lovely and friendly. The breakfast its very delicious i would actually come back with my kids as they have kids club and very kid friendly hotel.

We stayed here to splash out and treat ourselves at the end of our Bali trip and we were not disappointed at all. Everything about this place is 5 star: the staff, the venue, the amenities, the quality of the finishing, the attention to detail, the food - everything. If youre looking for a hotel to feel luxurious, get spoilt and make lasting memories, this is it!

Magical architecture.

The nicest hotel weve ever stayed at- a 6 star experience. Not a single thing was amiss- the staff were so responsive and kind. The views of the sunset over the pool/ beach were once in a lifetime. The villa will feel like your home away from home. We hope to be back and stay at the jumeirah again

We recently returned from our holiday at the Jumeirah Bali. This holiday exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were amazing and could not have been more accommodating, I believe it is this that sets this resort above the rest. Food and service in every way was quiet amazing. Went for the fourth time to thos majestic hotel. Great ambiance as always. Fresh open-air. Delicious homemade meals at Segaran Restaurant, undeniable hospitality from all the staff. Look forward to coming back sometime soon!

Extraordinary

New hotel, beautiful and attractive

The hotel isn't just top-notch in service, but the architecture is straight fire! From the entrance guarded by the cool security team to the reception, the whole place is aesthetically pleasing. It's not just a stay, it's an architectural masterpiece. And did I mention the food? Insanely GOOD!

This resort opened in 2022 with all 123 villas that are really spacious and comfortable. It is located inside the pecatu resort. It has a private access to the dreamland beach with security guards. The bar has a wonderful view, and the restaurant offers a wide variety of food for breakfast. The room itself has private pool, working desk, living room, working desk, coffee and tea maker, bathroom with bathtub, outdoor and indoor shower, and all great amenities.

What a fantastic place to stay while in Bali.

The bungalow is very spacious with all modern facilities that you can ask for plus own plunge pool facing the beach.

The breakfast restaurant has a beach view, very nice food, not Buffett but you can order as much as you can, all tastes delicious and healthy.

Have direct access to dreamland beach, small but beautiful beach with fantastic sunset.

Not for everyone but if you have money try this hotel.

Ultimated luxury

We had a lovely stay at Jumeriah, amazing staff they have always serve with lovely smile, great hospitality and wonderful follow up from Mr. Asep. They have two restaurants and both up to the mark and will enjoy their variety of food and taste. Dont miss to enjoy your stay in Jumeriah or at least visit the facilities and specially the restaurant.

Have great location at seashore of west Bali, facing sunset.

We got the Sunset Villa with Private Pool, which in my opinion is not that privacy. You can see the neighbors getting to their villa front door and I am sure they can see you dip in the pool. The villa is HUGE, more like a house to us. Bedroom with bay window and day bed is my favorite. Our villa is facing out towards the ocean and in all honesty it's not that close.
Breakfast was amazing. The staff are always there to help you and the restaurant offers a large selection of a la carte menu on top of the semi-buffet. The latte art was also top notch and I liked that they sprinkled the Jumeirah logo onto our cappuccinos!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Jumeirah, Bali. The service is another level compared to other resorts - Ema, who looked after us, really did go above and beyond for us and our one year old daughter. A huge shout out to Ema and all the team, they really understand brilliant service and nothing is too much to ask. Kids club is fantastic (like a full blown nursery), food amazing, pool great and the villas are incredibly spacious - beds ridiculously comfy! Rarely write reviews but our experience was so good, that we felt compelled to write one. Highly recommend, particularly to anyone with kids. Best hotel in Uluwatu.

Jumeriah is one of the most beautiful and luxury hotel. I have stayed in many beautiful hotels in Bali but this one was a winner. The hotel is so luxury and elegant and feels like your in a grand hotel in Dubai. What makes it stand out if the beautiful staff who work there and are always so attentive and anything is possible. They attend your needs without even asking and your always looked after in every way from the breakfast, pool and the buggy staff. The food in the hotel is so delicious and everything is just perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a luxury treatment and amazing service and top quality hotel. Me and my husband were amazed by everything , just wow. It is situated on the quieter side of Ulawatu but only a 15 min cab ride to the main area so its good to get some down side.

I like the atmosphere

Stayed recently for a family holiday to celebrate a special occasion. The villas are tastefully furnished, luxurious and the grounds are beautiful. The kids club is very well run and Tami is an absolute delight, a natural with children. Kids over 4 can be left with the staff to play, under 4 will require you to arrange a nanny (they can organise this in-house if you don't have a private one). We had the pleasure of meeting GM Ram Hiralal on a number of occasions and she is personable and extremely hospitable. Staff are excellent, breakfast is of very good quality. The spa is a must - book in advance and many of the activities are very well run. Highly recommend if looking to be in Uluwatu!
