Renaissance Bali Weddings

This was a remarkable experience staying in here. First, me and my family got free upgrade to suites. Then the facility is excellent, staying for 1 week with 2 toddlers, and they are very happy, a lot of things can be done, everyday always have activity to do for kids in kids club and they are just like a very kind teacher to our toddlers! And for the parents they also have various activity such as yoga, cycling etc. And l the staffs are very kind, friendly, and helpful! Im impress. Thanks a lot for the hospitality.

We stayed at the Renaissance on the tail end of our honeymoon and it was an incredible way to end a trip. The view is unreal!! With platinum status, we received an upgrade to a junior suite with garden view. The suite itself felt more like a medium sized room than a suite, and did not have a view, only trees. In asking if there was a room (not suite) with ocean view available the next day, the hotel gladly upgraded us again to an executive suite with ocean view!! Very nice!!

Next time we will for sure book an ocean view room in advance (well worth the incremental rate increase)- I highly suggest that for anyone as the view is incredible here. Great customer service and the best food we had at hotel in Bali! The pool is so fun and can definitely spend multiple days there. We will be back!!

We stayed here for 6 nights in February, our overall experience was amazing.

The staff are extremely pleasing to deal with, they can get to your requests in no time, there is nothing that they cannot help you with.

Hotel facilities are top notch, pool area and surrounding seating areas were breathe taking.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families alike and Im sure Ill be staying in Renaissance next time I visit Bali.

If I could give service more than 5 stars I would! This place exceeded all expectations. From the amazing views, restaurants, pools, architecture. But most importantly its the staff that make this place something special. Always greeted with a welcoming smile by all staff in the resort, all of whom are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay something special. This place was the last of our stays during a month long trip to Bali and it was by far our favourite accomodation. We couldnt have ended our trip on a more positive note. Thank you for having us, we will be back!!

Real 5 star in terms of service and room.

Impressed with the staff who do everything they can to make me feel comfortable. Their service team also helped me book for restaurants/clubs and check requirements etc - went to Savaya (as a renaissance guest you get free entry).

Allowed us to check in early as they had availability and also allowed upgrade as a marriott member. Very much appreciated these

The breakfast selection is very good and quality is high. The dinner at clay is also good and they have v good live music

The pool view is much better in person than in photos overseeing the town - very good sunset view even if its slightly side facing.

The bar is very relaxing and also good for the evening.

Spa is good too - as a marriott member, they give you a discount if you lock in the price at check in - in my view i dont really understand why rush customers to make a decision.

The location is slightly out of the way from the coast but equidistant to all things in uluwatu - very quiet around the hotel which is good if you want to stay here the whole time - getting in and out as a female solo traveller at night time id find it a bit too quiet around the hotel.

Overall id come here again and high recommend it

Outstanding resort with beautiful cliff top views. Comfortable rooms, Amazing customer service. Food at clay craft and breakfast was fabulous. The gym is literally the best and most well equipped I have seen at Marriott properties in Bali.

The music at the lounge area was also great , awesome vibes for chilling

Only slight downside is you dont have the ocean view right in front of the resort unlike six senses or alila but overall the experience was top notch given the price point at Renaissance vs other uluwatu 5 star properties . Would definitely return and recommend

It's in the middle of Uluwatu, so it's far from the beach, but it didn't matter because it has its own beach club. The staff were very friendly and responsive. I did

A relatively new hotel. Room is comfy ,the bathroom is great, aircon working well. Some rooms is facing other building, so better to check beforehand if you want to have forest or (far away) sea view. Layout of the building is a bit confusing, but their staff is more than happy to help.
Breakfast is also great, with vast of selection. Their crepes and pastries is must-try item!
Location-wise, it is actually not in uluwatu and located in a bit deserted road. Good thing is you can rest well during the night. Walking is not really an option to go around. They provide shuttle to Roosterfish beach club in Pandawa Beach.

Renaissance Bali is the best hotel Ive ever stayed at. Just amazing.

Renaissance is a very nice place for couples, family and friends to spend the best of their lives here. I really missed my moments in Renaissance.

There was a time when we need to depart earlier than the breakfast time for an activity - the staff took care of us by sending us customized breakfast boxes to our room at 6:00am so we can eat on our way.

Also, I want to send my sincere gratitude to Adi, who drives me from Beach Club and drives me to the Jungle Pool for yoga actuvities on 25 May. He is caring, welcoming and positive. May I wish him good luck, good health, and good days! (He is the one in the picture)

At last, I want to have a big thanks to the yoga instructor who do the yoga sunset on 25 May. His calm voice really takes you to the next level of healing with the awesome instruction and environment. His words made me feel alive by reminding me to be thankful to myself and everything around us.

This resort has been an unbelievable experience. They upgraded our room complimentary for our honeymoon. The staff was INCREDIBLE from the restaurant staff, front desk, navigator and lobby staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was luxurious, and the view is incredible!! You dont have to leave if you dont want to, theres plenty to do. The spa is a must!!! Have never felt more relaxed. They have an infinity pool, two restaurants, a pottery studio where you can make your own dishes, a garden, gym, spa and owl sanctuary! You MUST book here!

A very spacious resort on a hill side, with cascading rooms, views of hills, jungle, gardens and ocean. The staff are brilliant and welcoming, as you wander the resort.
There are acoustic performances during the evening at the restaurant and each night the performers invited guests to make requests which they would perform if they knew it.
Tried the seafood buffet package on the Saturday night with grilled seafood selection on demand.
The resort on top of a hill secluded from the main roads so its generally quiet and peaceful.
You can take a grab taxi to the food and shopping areas easily in about 10-15 mins drive.

Renaissance Hotel is one of my favorite hotels. This hotel is located in Ungasan, Badung, Bali. Having a comfortable atmosphere, a unique building shape, very friendly service makes this hotel also famous in tourism circles. if you go there you can see lots of cliff views from the lobby as well as a zoo, fish pond, wedding venue and many more. Beside to stay overnight, you can also do various activities such as yoga classes, clay craft making classes, swimming and much more. Room prices there are around 2.5 million. Here can also be accessed by car or motorcycle. So if you want to have a vacation with friends or family it is perfect because the facilities provided are very good.

My first time in Bali and I stayed here for 2 nights. My Indonesian friend booked for me as I came for his wedding. I especially liked their breakfast! So many selections such as fresh fruits smoothies, vegetables & local fruits, Indonesian cuisine, variety bread and so on! You can also choose your eggs like from boiled egg, scramble and omelet with vegetables and meat and they will bring it to your table so no need to make a line. The breakfast place could be a bit crowded around 9-10 am but as there are many seats both inside and outside, you can always find seats.
The view from the pool was also amazing and you can also enjoy the green on the hallway. I have no complain but wish there were more amenities such as face wash, lotion and etc. But still such a beautiful hotel and really enjoyed it. Will come back for sure! Thank you.

The gardens and both the upper and lower pools are very well looked after. The wedding chapel is very impressive, room was very clean and spacious. Just went to Bali and stay here with my family and so far this is the best hotel Ive ever experienced. The check in process was very smooth, and luckily we were allowed to do early check in because when we arrived, the room has ready. The staff were super friendly, they provide valet parking every time we want to go out and when we come back to hotel.

All of single thing in this hotel were superb, from the room, pool, restaurant, amenities until extra facilities, we have no complaint. If you stay in this hotel make sure to try their jungle pool too because it was very quiet and peaceful there.

Breakfast time start from 6.30 AM. If you want to experience best time to enjoy the food and the view from their infinity pool, make sure to arrive to the restaurant early.
Definitely will stay here again someday!

Renaissance is a very nice hotel...from its modern design and aesthetic. The calm atmosphere to the quality of the food in the restaurant.

The service was very good, especially for Mr. Gary who helped ensure that everything went perfect for my vacation, starting from booking spots for sunset drinks, restaurant seat reservations to upgrading rooms when I found out that there was damage to the drains in my room. Mr. Simon is also very active in communication and makes our holiday very memorable. And the breakfast at Komaneka is one of the best breakfasts we've ever had at more than 100 hotels that we've stayed at. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely come back again

Beautiful resort in the center of (at the top of a mountain in) Uluwatu with stunning views. The lobby is like a peaceful temple and constantly breezy! They have multiple swimming pools and restaurants at different levels spread out across the resort and a beautiful wedding venue (like a glass temple).

We liked everything! The hotel is located on a mountain. Great view. It is blown by the wind and always fresh and smells good. Our room was in the 5th wing overlooking the jungle. The room is clean, comfortable, well equipped: coffee machine, hair dryer, iron. The service is wonderful. There are several bars and restaurants with different menus, moods and views. Not far to go to Melasti and Uluwatu.

What a spectacular stay we had! The service was the best we received on the island all trip. Shoutout to the front office staff, Widyas and Nanda for being extremely kind and helpful all trip. My partner was injured out surfing and the front office staff were highly accommodating in ensuring doctors were called to our rooms to get it stitched up. The view is absolutely incredible, and the rooms are very comfortable and modern. I will definitely be returning!

Definetly was the best way to finish up our trip in Bali. My wife and myself stayed here for our last 3 days in bali and to celebrate our anniversary and was the best experience to have including special dinner, treatments, massages, and pottery class. Derek was excellent, I'm not sure what his position is but he deserved to be a manager with all the care and attention given to us, including a farewell dessert in our check-out. Thanks

Comfortable hotel, suitable for families...far from noise....good hotel

The atmosphere is really nice and the weather is cool and not too hot.
In particular, the drink provided as a welcome drink was so delicious that I went to the cocktail bar and asked them to make a welcome drink for me, so I drank more than 3 glasses of that alone.

The rooms are clean and have a nice view, especially the lobby view.
I ordered Indonesian food for dinner and the quality and taste were definitely top notch.

This was the perfect end to a perfect holiday, you arrive to a breathtaking view and heartfelt welcome from the team. The quality of the rooms was impressive. The breakfast was delicious and every single member of the team I spoke to was friendly, informed, and helpful. The thing that made me say, I definitely would want to stay again is the navigator team who help you spot items to do on your trip. They were not once pressuring or selling and really just knew what was great to do in Uluwatu. The team also helped us gain entry into some fantastic venues.

The hotel had a mix of guests from couples to families etc I travelled in a couple and loved it. You definitely need transportation or use Grab, which worked great.

The hotel is situated in one of the highest areas in the southern part of the island and has fantastic sweeping views of the surrounding area all the way to the coast. Sipping cocktails in the infinity pool, you can watch planes land far below you at the distant Denpasar airport.
The drive from the airport to the hotel took around 25 minutes, even with the occasional traffic jam. The last few kilometres off the main road can be challenging if youre driving yourself but if you have a driver, youll be fine.
The hotel itself is beautifully presented, the lobby is very luxurious, and the staff are most welcoming and efficient. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and facilities like the pools, gym, sauna are well maintained. Wifi is excellent.
The restaurants and bars serve great locally inspired food and drinks and its well worth adding the buffet breakfast, which is plentiful with fantastic variety.
Some things needed improvement/addressing such as TV volume, which they were happy to fix as well as the mini bar fridge not being cold enough, but an extra ice bucket can be provided.
We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff even noticed my wifes birthday and provided a small cake surprise.
Highly recommended!

It was THE perfect stay. The hotel is beautiful, with great view on the ocean. The staff is amazing, always caring and smiling. Breakfast is the best we ever had at a hotel. The restaurants serve delicious local and western cuisines, with live music every single night. Pools, especially the one at the lowest level, are marvelous. My favourite thing about the hotel was how accessible it is! Ramps, wide doors, considered slopes to lower levels - very good. Maya from the navigator desk was extremely helpful answering questions on the area, where to visit and booking dinners/activities at the hotel.

Just one word: awesome.

Late upload, stayed here late 2019 just before Covid struck. Couldnt fault the hotel, we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite room overlooking the lower pool. Breakfast and dinner (a la carte & buffet) were all delicious, with great service as would be expected from a 5 star resort. We really enjoyed the daily activities, especially the morning stretching and yoga sessions around the pool. Such a great way to start the day before breakfast. The hotel also provided a shuttle to their private beach bar which has a swimming pool and swim up bar. I would recommend renting a motorbike as the hotel is quite isolated.

My Partner & I had an amazing experience at Renaissance Uluwatu. From the moment you are greeted at reception by Nanda & the team, to when you are served awesome drinks upstairs by the bar in reception by Anga and his team.

Being chauffeured by Indra and his team to our room was always pleasing because no matter the time of the day there 24/7 buggy chauffeur's had a smile on their faces and always greeted us with the utmost respect.

Our rooms were always kept clean sometimes twice a day. The Spa & wellness centre were absolutely amazing and the ladies catered to our every need.
The food was a 10/10, whether it be room service or the breakfast buffet.

What a great resort in Uluwatu! The main lobby overlooks the hill which stretches out to the sea. Upon check-in we were upgraded to a Suite, which turns out to be one of the most spacious rooms I have ever stayed in. Clean with all the amenities you expect in a hotel room, and more. There is a kitchen island which doubles as a dining table. There is a seating area which doubles as your luggage area, and the king size bed comes with a huge ottoman. There are two TVs, one facing the kitchen island the other facing the bed, but the distance is quite near each other that you would want to play the same channel so the sounds are not distracting. There is a huge open space shower area next to the huge bath tub. Upon check-in they provide complimentary coconut which is a nice touch.

The resort itself is also huge, divided by buildings, wings, and floors; the concierge offers us a buggy, lest we get lost walking around. There are two pools, infinity pool in the main building facing the cliff and a smaller more quiet jungle pool facing, well, the forest. Each pool has a bar, in addition to the main lobby bar. There is an Indonesian restaurant which is only open for dinner, and the main dining area which is open all day.

The location, like any other hotels and resorts in Bali, no matter how luxurious, can be challenging. It is 10 mins from the main road, which curves and turns, not fun to drive. But I'd have to say it gives you the sense of hidden paradise

Overall, a great stay and looking forward to return to Renaissance Uluwatu!

This resort deserves 10 stars My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The resort is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff is exceptional. I read reviews before and after our stay and I truly dont understand the 1 star, 2 star reviews. People are so unreasonable and pathetic. The staff were all professional, courteous, respectful and helpful. Special mention to Jasmine, Dedek and Mona.
My wife and I truly recommend this resort and when we return this is definitely our home away from home.

So far the best place we are stayed in Bali. The service was top class! All staff is reading your mind and wanna do more for you. The breakfast buffet is unbelievably good and the choices are endless. All facilities and programs we found fantastic. Highly can recommend for others!
