Eternal Weddings is a bridal boutique founded by Maria Claydon, who opened the business after her own underwhelming experience dress-shopping as a bride. After several years working in the bridal industry in London, she returned to Melbourne with the idea of building a shop that combined a genuinely welcoming fitting experience with in-house alterations, a service she runs together with her mother. The business has since moved through a few Melbourne locations before settling into its current showroom in Hawthorn East, near Camberwell Junction.

The boutique's point of difference is scale: with more than 200 gowns in-store, it holds one of the larger wedding dress ranges in Melbourne, spanning designer labels including Atelier Pronovias, Pronovias Privée, Pronovias, Mori Lee and Victoria Jane.
