Barossa Valley Country Wedding Venues

Established in 1887, Gomersal Wines began as a boutique winery. Today, the winery also hosts weddings, with ceremonies taking place on a courtyard that is surrounded by vines. Wedding receptions begin on a verandah that wraps around the front of the cellar door and a tasting room where guests can enjoy artworks by a local artist. Dinner is served in the Barrel Room which features original corrugated iron walls, a high timber beamed ceiling, and handcrafted long Oregon tables.

The Gawler & Barossa Jockey Club features picturesque rose gardens, lush green lawns, a Wedding Gazebo, and Wolf Blass Pavilion which accommodates up to 500 wedding guests in an outdoor setting. In addition, the Terrace Function Centre, with its custom-made floor to ceiling glass frontage, offers several function rooms as well as views of the racecourse and hills in the distance.

Kaesler Vineyards and Winery, established in 1893, is set on 60 hectares. The property includes a restaurant as well as three separate cottages, and each wedding package includes two nights’ accommodation in the cottages. Three function rooms are available for wedding events. The main function room features contemporary décor as well as a slate floor, stone walls, and a white ceiling. For outdoor receptions, lawn space is available for marquees.

Novotel Barossa Valley Resort is a 4-star hotel that overlooks vineyards and the Tanunda Pines Golf Course. The resort offers nine flexible wedding and reception spaces along with 140 guest rooms which each have a private balcony. Resort facilities include Endota Spa and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
