Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise Weddings

This hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise but close enough when you want to visit the high tourist areas. Very short walk to the beach. Super friendly and efficient staff and management. Great room with good hot water and pressure. Our room was recently renovated and had excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was probably the best Ive had anywhere in the world. Fantastic variety, well laid out with lots of choice, super fresh food and again, excellent service. Will definitely be back. Outstanding stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Had the best experience. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was all right, staff paid enough attention so didn't have to wait for anything. We did have an issue where our air conditioner was not working in the room, complained to the front desk, and the engineer came and solved it within an hour. The pool area was well maintained and clean.

The location is great as well and the tram station is right in front of the property.

Would definitely stay here when we visit next time.

When we checked in timing many staff were on break, kids did a self serving porter and had lots fun.

Request dual access room and was well accommodated. A nice pool ambient with a warm spa facility. Gotto have a hit of tennis on level 2. There is a gym with weights, run, bike and row machine.

We asked for a warm milk on first night and were offered an entire microwave installed in our room.

All service were superior and friendly staff. Will definitely stay with Crowne again.

This holiday was for my sons 18th birthday, and the the hotel did not disappoint in helping me make this trip special. I had a wonderful experience from booking the trip, up until the end of our stay. Absolutely amazing service from Brooke, Tibby, Oliver and the staff at Relish restaurant! There was a birthday card and champagne waiting in his room on arrival, as well as the staff sending treats to his room. All the staff were happy to help in any way.

The hotel has the BEST service I have encountered in my multiple years of hotelling all over the planet. ( Must mention here, Nichole, Brooke, Andrew) Spotless large rooms, pillows galore, an actual bath, and shower, large TV, great views. Exceptional, and friendly room service. Affordable prices. No comparison...5 star.

Very good experience staying w/ them, the front desk was super friendly and always ready for going far to cater for your needs. Its up to international-standard.

Swimming pool is cold during winter, an on-demand warning system might help. As an engineer who actually cares about eco-friendly systems, Ill suggest a solar panel-battery pack for your pool-warming.

The buffet was good as well, I like the mushroom w/ spinach and smoked salmon. Coffee could have been better.

It's nice because it's downtown, and it's close to the beach.

Having stayed here for about 3 weeks. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

But a special mention needs to be given. I suffered a medical issue whilst staying. The staff were extremely kind, sat with me, and made every effort to make me feel comfortable. The team should be proud of themselves.

They called the ambulance on my behalf and made every step to ensure my safety. And seemed genuinely concerned. Following up with me the next day.

I would have recommended anyone to stay here regardless. But they have gone above and beyond in this incident.

One of the highlights of the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise is the stunning outdoor pool area. With plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and a beautiful pool, it's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sunshine. The pool area also features a bar and restaurant, so you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a delicious meal without having to leave the poolside.

Great service and very delightful rooms, it's all very fancy. A great location as it's only a few blocks away from the beach and a tram station is right outside.
Only downside is the lack of stairs, even if it was just to the first floor.

The revolving restaurant is back ! Decent buffet experience, with the view constantly changing,

World class buffet. Excellent well dressed attentative staff. Nice environment with good parking. Expensive but worth the price.

Great location and service. The staff were friendly and supportive. I would like to mention Luh the front desk staff who helped me to immediately change room when requested for health reason. Appreciate the hospitality.

The facilities are clean and the location is good to go to the beach~

Crowne Plaza is located between the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, in front of a tram station, and a walking distance from the beach. My room was great, cozy, modern, with an amazing view. Furthermore, the breakfast included in the reservation is really good.

I came with a friend and we had an amazing stay. We were given a high floor which just had the most amazing view of the ocean. The room was clean and comfortable. We had two Queen beds, a really nice deep bath and a spacious shower. The beds were very comfortable with the most amazing pillows. The next day we were a little slow as we had a big week and so I asked reception if we could have an extended check out and she gave us an extra hour for free, which I really appreciated. It has a fantastic location as its walking distance from the beach, and was perfect for our stopover on our road trip. The food was really nice as well, we had room service and it was reasonably priced and efficient. The service was top tier as well. I will definitely be back with more of my friends and family.

Lovely stay at Crowne Plaza. Revolving restaurant was a cool experience and Kent the restaurant manager went above and beyond to make sure our dinner was special. All the staff were helpful and kind. Our room was clean and well appointed

We had a nice stay a Crowne Plaxa Surfers Paradise. We had an issue with neighbouring guest noise & staff quickly responded to the issue & changed our room & upgraded us for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.
All the staff were great, particularly Lisa who posted back our car keys when we released wed left them at the hotel.
Hotel is in a great location and the pool/spa area was lovely & clean. Wed stay here again.

Renovated since my last visit. The hotel is clean and well placed with a nice pool area and spacious rooms. Food is okay unfortunately late menu is very limited and no minibar services.

I had a wonderful time lounging around at the pool.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic and I ate bacon, eggs, fruit, and toast. The beachfront views were magnificent. I always love staying here when I go to the Gold Coast. Well done.

We spent four days at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and they were very wonderful days. We are residents of Sydney. We loved the hotel very much in terms of cleanliness.

The breakfast wasvery wonderful land delicious . The room services was more than excellent.
The staff and everything was very excellent.

As family if we decide to go next time definitely without thinking will choose Crown Plaza

As an over thinker I usually hesitate to stay at new Hotels that arent recommended by friends or family.

And this Hotel did not disappoint, they allowed us to have an early check in, they offered a complimentary room upgrade, (THE OCEAN VIEW WAS BREATHTAKING ) The location was great close to the beach 5min walk & the view was perfect.

The Staff were absolutely lovely & helpful.
The kids enjoyed the open breakfast buffet,room service, pool & tennis court experiences .

There is a tram station just outside the hotel.

Absolutely recommend for families.

I visited here to celebrate my birthday. When I told them about my birthday, a wonderful service was prepared in my room. Very great staff service. It was also nice to be able to see the sea from the room. Also, the breakfast in the morning was a buffet, and it had a lot of variety and was very delicious. It's right in front of the tram station, so transportation was convenient. I would also like to use it when visiting the Gold Coast.

Absolutely loved staying here while travelling around.
The hotel was lovely and clean and all the staff was so welcoming and friendly.
Great snacks and drinks & fantastic breakfast every morning to get us going.
