Ini kunjungan kami yang kedua di hotel ini. Walaupun hotel ini merupakan salah satu hotel tua di Sanur namun kebersihan dan pemeliharaanya sangat terjaga sehingga kami merasa nyaman selama kami menginap di Hyatt Regency Bali.
Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh para staff juga hangat sehingga menambah rasa "welcome" bagi kami.
Di liburan kali ini kami pun mendapatkan surprise dari Mba Kartika (FO team) pada saat kami check-in berupa upgrade kamar. Terima kasih Mba Kartika dan Hyatt Team yang telah membuat liburan kami berkesan dan pastinya kami akan kembali lagi di kemudian hari.

The Hyatt is always a great place. The location is excellent and the food is 5 stars. Excellent. Restaurant staff are friendly and helpful as are the wonderful folks at the spa and gym. The front desk sometimes needs a bit more training and the maintenance needs supervision to make sure hotel stays up to a 5 star standard always.

Overall its a wonderful place and I love the atmosphere. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this hotel! The staff are extremely accomodating and very nice. Most of our meals have been had here at the hotel and every dish we have received has been lovely ! This hotel is very relaxing and great for families. Situated right on the beach you have easy access to the path that goes right through Sanur as well as access to the Main Street in Sanur which is great for shopping. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Really cant fault my stay here! I will definitely be booking to come back to this hotel! :)

Great resort overall, rooms very clean and lux. Beach is just amazing. We didnt think that youd get good sunsets here since this faces east, but with the right atmospheric conditions the entire place really turns pink. Regency Club is fantastically relaxing and a great environment to start the day in, but I just wish that the breakfast served here was more extensive. Being able to pop in all day long for unlimited drinks (alcoholic too) was certainly a plus.

Beautiful resort in Sanur right at the beach. Tranquil green gardens with great pools to swim in. The service has been friendly and professional right from the time you arrive to check in :)

The hotel cared and attended to my need immediately when I needed help after I sprain my ankle on the street and provided me with a wheel chair and a lovely card and fruit basket. My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, large and very clean. The staff was so super friendly and very sweet. I wish it were the same everywhere in Germany. The facility was very well maintained and beautifully laid out. The breakfast was very rich and there were many fresh juices every morning. We were super satisfied and can recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel and grounds were much larger and nicer than the pictures on the internet. Thank you for this magical stay

We spent an amazing 7 days at the Hyatt. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and very clean. Staff were lovely and very attentive. We ate in all the restaurants apart from the Regency as we had vouchers included in our package. The food in the pizzeria was just incredible. Lots of choice and nothing disappointed us.
The grounds were immaculate and there were plenty of pools to keep you cool. The beach was clean and well looked after.
Seriously we couldnt fault anything, we were sad to leave, but have no doubt well be back.

Each one is a special experience. This hotel is unique. Staff too. I always want to come back. From start to finish the staff were wonderful and accommodated every request, often exceeding our expectations. Hyatt regency Bali ini memiliki pemandangan yang indah, dan kamar yang nyaman. Susana indoor dan outdoornya sangat bersih, nyaman dan terlihat asri. Terdapat banyak fasilitas hotel seperti swimming pool, jacuzi dan tempat bersantai di tepi pantai. Pemandangan nya sangat indah, baik saat siang maupun malam hari. Makanan yang tersedia juga bervariasi dan sangat enak.

Hyatt Regency Bali ini benar-benar tidak usah diragukan lagi sih. Semuanya sempurna. Saya puas banget menginap disini, harga ya pas banget dengan apa yang kita dapat, pelayanan staf hotel dari datang sampai check out semuanya ok banget. Bersih, nyaman dan sangat tenang. During my stay, it was nice that it was quiet and quiet as if I was in the middle of a forest. Breakfast and lounge were okay.

Amazing room, amazing hospitality, beautiful outdoor space. The staff was really really helpful. We are pure vegetarians , and they helped us a lot and cooked good food. Though it was a bit difficult to convey them everything, but yes they served us really very well. As there were no options in vegetarian food, they cooked everything fresh for us. Also the beach was very beautiful

Comfortable and friendly facilities especially for children, modern environment but still feel close to nature because it is surrounded by trees. It is very beautiful to create a peaceful and calm atmosphere, perfect for me who is bored with the density of big cities. The swimming pool and spacious dining room provide freedom for guests who bring a large family, the food served is varied, the menu is suitable for all ages. This hotel is also only 30 minutes from the airport so it is close and quick to reach upon arrival in Bali.

Perfect hotel for me! Comfortable room, I felt safe from insects, geckos and animals. Good breakfast & friendly staffs. Even though there are not many places to go around the hotel, love the beachfront swimming pool and I could spend the whole day there. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to relax. I mean, what more could you ask for? Great hotel with amazing staff. The staff here is what made our stay so good, they are all very friendly and take very good care of you. Such an amazing hotel and room, amazing hospitality, beautiful outdoor space. The staff was really really helpful. The room is completed by good facilities of bathroom. As a 5 star hotel, it is truly right that its facilities are fascinating. The food is nice too. I hope I could eat any kinds of seafood here next time. Finger crossed! I really liked the lounge for me to wait since it was well-decorated. Also the beach was very beautiful. Highly reccommended!

The hotel was nice. The facilities are really family friendly, you can rent bicycles as well to get around the garden and terrace, there is also a gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, and a kids' club for all your children's party needs. What's even more exciting is that this place also has an elevator up to the top floor. Worth to check-in.

Very close to the beach. The lobby is quite spacious and there is a lounge behind the reception, one location with the lobby. There are 3 large and beautiful swimming pools, some facing the beach as well. For okay room facilities. There are 2 bathrooms, shower & toilet and also a bathtub with a large sink. There are snacks and a minibar too.

Brilliant hotel - highly recommend.

The facilities are excellent - high quality and lots of options. Spa and gym in particular are very good. Great location with the pools being right next to the beach but designed so that you felt away from passers-by. Staff really good - warm, welcoming and helpful.

It is quite a big hotel so at times it does feel like there are quite a lot of people around, however there are also a lot of staff so the service never dipped - could always get a table at breakfast, sunbed, seat at the bar etc.

Spent 8 nights at this hotel and cannot fault the amazing experience we had. Rooms were very comfortable, stunning location right by the beach & generally an amazing resort. We particularly liked the live music at breakfast time, the lush pizza place by the sea and all the very friendly, polite staff. We recently stayed 10 nights with our two kids and we had a great time. The rooms, facilities and service is excellent. The two restaurants are great and lots of options to eat there multiple nights. Kids and adult pools and spa, lots of sunbeds. Location is great - on the beach and close to shops and other restaurants.

The rooms are well furnished, clean and spacious. It is a big resort so you need to be prepared for a lot of walking - some days we clocked 12-14,000 steps without leaving the resort. Request a room closer to facilities, pool and restaurants if mobility is an issue. Only minor thing we didnt like is the kids club isnt free. Staff very friendly and breakfast was well resourced with staff.

I enjoy my stay here with my wife. The hotel is connected to sanur beach which is good for sunrise. There are restarurants by the beach nearby which is open for breakfast. There is a hot pool if you like to bath in warm waters

I had such a wonderful stay at this Hyatt. I was solo traveling in Bali and felt so safe at this resort. The property is stunning and right on the beach. Rooms are well kept. The breakfast is amazing. Service was exceptional.

Shout out to Yoga who went out of his way to greet me and make sure I was taken care of every morning at breakfast. Also, I would like to thank Prapta at the front desk who assisted me with my reservation when I had some last minute changes.

10/10, would definitely come back and recommend this place to other travelers.

Went for dinner with my family to Pizzaria restaurant and I cannot recommend it more...What a restaurant!!! Amazing view since is in front of the beach, super ambiance and of course the great service provided by all the staff, who made from our evening an incredible one.Especial mention to chef Restu and Suria who ensured we had a wonderful dinner with their recommendations and obviously the outstanding job done by their kitchen. Great hotel, everything is really right here. Service, cleanliness, food, everything very good. We had a great time there. Especially the very richly and from day to day varied breakfast has pleased us very much. Unlike other hotels, the service was very attentive and fast and you were not constantly asked for the room number. Also at the pool we always found a sunbed, the staff makes sure that no sunbeds are reserved and then not used. Very recommendable this hotel.

It is difficult to say something negative about it. Starting with Arya, the guest satisfaction manager and ending with cleaning clerk, all of them are fantastic. Really! They have the best club lounge ever encountered by us and we visited some at very good resorts all over the world.
They also have 3 pools with different water temperature-a large hot pool, a pool at 30 degrees and one at 25. You can even open the room door wit your phone! Wonderful!!! Well done, the higher management should be proud of their work here!

Great hotel

Very nice, truly five star resort.

There were only a couple of hiccups during my stay and the staff practically fell over themselves in getting everything resolved which they did in record time.

Very well appointed rooms with everything one could need during one's stay. I do recommend the sixth floor Club rooms, especially the ones with a view of the Buddha Stupa. I did see rooms in advance on each floor and they are all great but on the sixth floor you get the Club, which is a really nice amenity to have at the end of the day.

The breakfast is a true five star breakfast with cuisine options from Western, Chinese and Indian/Nepali cultures.

Excellent Spa and a very intuitive massage too from, Sarita, who knows just the right amount of pressure to deliver to each muscle. The Spa is also home to a perfect size gym with all the essential equipment.

The pool and bar are very nice: what one would expect at a resort hotel.
Most memorable are the beautiful grounds around the hotel: the trees, bushes, flowers, are all thriving and it's a meditative, peaceful relaxing experience just walking around breathing in this fragrant pocket of clean air.

The, ROX restaurant, has very memorable dishes and the chefs really are quite passionate about delivering to your palate the most delectable flavors.
Great wine and drink choices too.
Plus the wait staff, while unbelievably attentive, at the same time never hover. Yet, they know you need something even before you do.

As far as the three shops go, I recommend Mohammed's jewelry shop which is the one on the left. I had several jewelry pieces ordered and they were ready the following day, made by his brother who is an excellent craftsman and has the scars on his hands to prove his years of hard earned experience.
On top of everything, Mohammed is an incredibly pleasant individual who really knows stones and it was so interesting to sit and converse with him as he really knows and loves his field.

Finally, I can not praise the staff enough. First, Sanuram who initially showed me several rooms so that I could make an informed decision and then remembered me and made sure to attend to me when I returned the next day. Then, the staff's boss, Pooja and her two Muscateers, Kriti and Naha, really took an interest in my comfort and in the pleasure of my stay.

I'm looking forward to returning and bringing family next time.

Beautiful complex with lots of greenery and a great beach. The breakfast was sensational. We have stayed in many hotels in all parts of the world. But breakfast at the Hyatt in Bali was by far the best of all. The employees are super friendly and always interested in a conversation. There were enough loungers at the pool and on the beach at any time of the day. If we go on vacation to Bali again, we will definitely stay at the Hyatt

Hotel right on the beach with the city behind the hotel. Very quiet, lots of nature around us. About 30 minutes from the airport, pick-up from the hotel possible.
Rooms are large (three in the family room), regular room service (currently twice a day), traditionally furnished, large bedroom, large bathroom, separate guest bathroom (with shower).
Food is great, there are western and local dishes. Not too crowded for us (Grand Club) and very relaxed. Breakfast and dinner in the middle of the jungle, service right by the pool with everything you want. Special greetings to Gede ;)

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pool was super relaxing and the amenities were so wonderful and great.

The spa was shared with Andaz, another Hyatt hotel. The spa was very special. We had a small suite for two enjoying a warm stone massage. Its got a shower and sauna in the spa treatment as well. Could not been better. The spa pool was also much more quiet and less crowded from the main pool.

I am currently staying at this hotel and can not give it anything other than 5/5.

The staff are wonderful, the facilities are wonderful, the service is quick and we were already so relaxed and comfortable from day one.

We have included club access as part of our stay - and that is very worth it.

The only recommendation I can give Hyatt Regency is to let the bartenders at the club make an island specials cocktail list that they can change over the year because those boys know how to make GREAT cocktails if you ask them to make a special one. We have had 5 special cocktails during our stay and they have all been amazing. Ask for the one with rum, pineapple and topped with red wine (doesnt have a name) or the one they call my passion (a mix of martini, passion fruit and I think something else) - they are my favorites so far.

It is the staff of this hotel that will make us want to come back again and again. They have all gone above and beyond for any of our requests and met us with the biggest smiles!

Had a great hotel and stay here. Stayed here for 2 weeks. The staff greets you every day with a smile and is there for you. The hotel is also clean and in a nice, quiet area with lots of animals such as ducks, birds, etc. I really enjoyed it here and would like to thank all the staff for the good experience here!

From the rooms to the dining to the pool. Everything was just amazing! We enjoyed every minute on this resort. Eating breakfast at the beautiful pond with the ducks and fishes. With a wide variety of foods and drinks. The rooms were very clean and always clean when we came back from our trips. The most friendly staff I have ever experienced in any resort or hotel in the world. Definitely a place I will keep in my heart and will come back too!

Even though the hotel is old, the service and hospitality are still champions. From the entry gate at the front to the restaurant area, everyone serves with a good attitude, smile and they ensure that every visitor has an amazing stay.

Absolutely beautiful resort. We stayed in the basic king room and it was perfect and lovely. Staff was accommodating a kind. Loved hanging by the pool or beach. The beach path behind the hotel was lovely to walk on and going to town was easy breezy!

I visited various resorts in Bali, and I felt that I couldn't ignore the brand value. The overwhelmingly large grounds and landscaping were very nice.
There were so many people in the main pool (we visited during the peak season in July) that we couldn't even get our feet wet, and we only played in the pool in front of the spa for 4 days and 3 nights. The sunbeds here were always full, and large families would disappear early in the morning, leaving only their towels on, and then show up around 12 o'clock. I think what truth makers around the world are doing is common to all countries.
I visited both the Indonesian and Italian restaurants in the resort and both were delicious. However, I ordered white wine at an Italian restaurant, and they gave it to me in a glass with lipstick. When I told them, they replaced the glass, but they poured the wine into the glass. It was very shocking to see such service in a large hotel chain.
Still, I intend to visit again.
The front desk staff was very friendly, and the spa was fantastic.

Great hotel

Just happened to stop by for a meeting. The location is really in the back yard of Sanur Beach. The jogging track is on the beach. The facilities are typical 5 stars. Very good. And it still has a traditional Balinese impression. If you have excess funds, you can choose to stay here. Incidentally, I only recorded a video, while I took some photos from the official IG of the hotel in question because when I was inside I didn't have time to charge my low battery cellphone and went straight into a meeting with the big boss.

It would be nice to come with family.
I recommend a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Excellent in every way! The Club Lounge is open from 11am to 7 pm and booze is free flow from 5 to 7pm. A couple walked in at 7.09 pm..and they were well received. They could order drinks and took food well past closing time. This I have never seen before...and this is beyond Excellence in service. We even sat till past 8pm like a lot of the other guests and no one came up to tell us that, " We are now closed for the day!" All the staff were superb and it made my stay here, a very memorable, enjoyable and happy one. A shout out to Juni, for being most happy and eager to serve all the time, like an Energizer Bunny!

Wonderful property - beautiful established gardens create a wonderful feel as you move around, very relaxing and peaceful. Restaurants are also spacious so despite being a larger hotel you can find your own space. Service was outstanding with real warmth and kindness from all teams. Food was delicious also. Location on beach terrific and great to explore up and down Sanur. Pools are great with plenty of shade and family friendly touches (slide, waterfall) but also large enough so that anyone can enjoy. Special mention to the daily aqua aerobics class also- a lot of fun! Loved our stay, thank you

Other small aspects: things to do around hotel reccommend day trips to Nusa Lembongan for snorkelling; bike trips up and down the boardwalk; le mayeur museum at north end.. some great restaurants just outside hotel (Naga 8 is great Cantonese) or up the beach (Lilla Pantai nice local food with feet on the sand) also if needed and my partner recommends the Nest for a great massage on the beach but you need to book a few days ahead as very popular.

Had 5 amazing nights here and made sure we had Club Access that gave us free breakfast and dinner each night as well as any alcohol or drinks as part of it all. And a very special thanks to Dwiky that each night made sure on arrival there was always a full East Indies Gin & Tonic on the table. His great service and attention to detail certainly needs mention.
The Sanur beach is super clean, the township is just a short stroll away, there are plenty of great choices of eateries along the beachfront pathway and the hotel itself is second to none with its pools, grounds, facilities and of course location. It is certainly our most favorite hotel in Bali by a long way. Last thing, make an effort to get up each morning and see a Sanur sunrise on the beach. Its absolutely worth it!

One of best property that you can have on Sanur beach in Bali with a vast land area bang on the beach side it has numerous pools which are also positioned close to the beach . It has few large ponds for swans & ducks the restaurants located close to these ponds gives you superb earthy feeling . The stay buildings are on 3 floors with plants growing on each floor & central regions packed with large trees , controlled water flows gives you a close touch with nature . Loved it

Great location for everything

The staff is the friendliest and warmest Ive ever encountered, from housekeeping to reception to waitstaff, they are all amazing.
Extremely baby friendly, both the staff and the services they provide.
Impeccably clean and maintained rooms, thoughtfully designed.
The resort itself is akin to a park with fish and ducks and beautiful gardens.
Normally food at resorts is varied and looks great but this one has legitimately delicious food, including breakfast and their Indonesian restaurant.
Its right next to the pedestrian boardwalk which is covered by trees from the sun, and the beach is on the other side of it.
This is a tough resort to beat and will have ruined me for others.

We stayed in summer 2022. That was our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Regency. The first being way back in 2009.
It was great to see it re-opened and renovated after lockdown. We really like this hotel. It's located on the Sanur beach but also has a long road outside that has many, many eating options at great prices and quality. The staff remain super friendly.
The only downside was the executive club still being closed when we stayed. I think it has re-opened now.
Looking forward to our next stay. Whenever that will be.

Very nice place

I had to wait a long time to check in at the hotel, and I didn't check in until almost 4 o'clock. The hotel overall is very good, and the rooms are not that small and are completely adequate. Breakfast, restaurant, swimming pool and beach are resort standards and very good. The tiles in the swimming pool need maintenance and are easy to cut your feet. There is also OCBC bank in the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the street nearby. The overall cost is higher than staying in Ubud or Kuta, a place with many businesses, which should be a common situation in resorts. The hotel is basically used by Koreans, Europeans and Americans for family vacations, and there are relatively few Chinese. The spa was too expensive and I didnt have the money to try it, so I found a massage place on the main street.

Beautiful hotel. The water features, Koi fish and ducks bring a wonderful tropical feel to the hotel. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities.
The hotel has recently been renovated.
The only negative feature was the seaside outside the hotel premises wasnt very clean. So, didnt feel like using the beach. This has nothing to do with the hotel, since its a public beach.

An excellent resort Hyatt Regency Bali is located right on the relatively quiet Sanur Beach. The property is in a good condition, and is home to a number of top-notch restaurants such as Pizzaria Italian restaurant which serves probably one of the best brunches on the island. Great location, great facilities, excellent service.

I like Hyatt because it has a well-organized garden, surroundings, and friendly staff. When some problems occurred, Sintia did her best to help me. If you like to enjoy leisurely travel, I highly recommend the hyatt in Sanur

Excellent, everything about this resort was on point. The service, the food, the facilities and the location. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a resort that just works. It was easy, relaxing and that's including travelling with a toddler. Calm and beautiful spa and green grounds. The beach is also clean with great pathway and you have the option to walk out into the shops/town if you so choose.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Regency in Sanur, and overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

Despite having visited Bali over 10 times, this was our first time in Sanur, and it certainly won't be our last. What sets Sanur apart from other areas in Bali is its relaxed atmosphere and lack of overwhelming crowds. Unlike Seminyak and Canggu, Sanur offers a peaceful retreat without sacrificing any of the luxury or social aspects that Bali has to offer.

The resort has it all from amazing rooms to delicious food and fantastic amenities. While the sheer size of the resort made navigation a bit challenging at times, the effort was well worth it.

We hardly felt the need to leave the premises, thanks to the variety of dining options and impeccable service. Plus, with two huge pools and complimentary bikes to explore the beach, there was always something exciting to do.

One of the highlights of our stay was discovering Turtle Beach in the resort premises, where we had the opportunity to see turtles which was an unforgettable experience for the kids.

And let's not forget about the day spa a sanctuary of tranquility and indulgence where we left feeling completely rejuvenated.

However, I must mention that we did encounter a minor inconvenience during our stay when the lights in our apartment didn't work for a day, for an unknown reason.

Overall, our stay at the Hyatt Regency in Sanur exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return again soon.

The hotel was a great place to stay for our last few days on Bali. Breakfast was a particular highlight of the day for me - sitting in a sumptuous pavilion, in glorious gardens, with so many food choices on display to tempt whatever appetite. Swimming pools to suit 'children' of all ages, plenty of sun-beds either around the pool, or on the beach. Views of the lagoon were stunning and we managed to catch a glimpse of Anung, the volcano. Our room (with a balcony) was air-conditioned. But we were out seeing the sights in Sunar most of the time! The reception hall, including the bar, was stunning where I spent a good 15 minutes chatting to Adida who made me a tasty Hibiscus Spritz (no alcohol). Excellent service with lots of smiles and 'Good morning/afternoon' from hotel staff.

Great experience at the Hyatt.
The buffet breakfast was great but could have more variety compared to other hotels in the area. The juice bar could be improved and they should include a selection of dumplings. In terms of service, Yoga and Ariani were attentive and always went above and beyond. The rooms were good. The balconies were too full with furniture and we couldnt use them. The mosquito spray the hotel provides does not work as we are all covered in mosquito bites. I feel they could provide more different types of teas in the rooms. They only provide jasmine tea and you have to pay for anything else. The pillows were not very comfortable either. They dont replenish the amenities - maybe its upon request only. The pools were the best I have experienced. Different temperatures, depths and plenty of theatre like waterfalls and slides. I absolutely love the adults only steam/ sauna room which is separated for men and women. That would be the highlight for me. Location of the hotel is perfect. It is towards the end of the busy shopping street but still near great restaurants and shopping. We loved dining at Massimo Italian which was very close by. Suggest some path lighting at the hotel driveway so we can walk back to the hotel comfortably at night.

One of the original resorts in Bali, dating back to the early 1970s, Hyatt Regency Bali is a beautiful complex full of lily ponds, gardens, courtyards and shade trees. It also has a fine collection of statues. The lush grounds attract lots of bird life.

The rooms are spacious with lots of Balinese nuances. Some of them have sea views and others have garden views. The complex also has a couple of different restaurants and a large club lounge. Food is very good at all these venues and service is professional. Staff wear traditional attire, which gives a nice touch as well.

4 short days on this trip to celebrate our anniversary and we're very glad we made Hyatt Regency our home. Fantastic location that is close to many cafes and great spas. Loved the ability to lounge beachfront and the long boardwalk by the beach. Daily breakfast was yummy with consistently great coffee too! The incredible staff in f&b and housekeeping were so friendly, efficient ,multi-lingual and their lovely smile really made such a difference. On our last night at the beach bbq, one of the servers also doubled up as the emcee for the evening - deftly introducing us to the various traditional dances of Bali.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hyatt Regency. After 24 hours of flight time, it was great to have seamless transport from the airport that was arranged by the hotel, and a warm greeting and delicious welcome drink from the staff. We also received a room upgrade, which was a nice surprise (we have elite status with both Marriott and Hilton hotels and do not always get an upgrade this nice.)
The grounds are beautiful, the staff has 5 star hospitality and the hotel is in a convenient location with many restaurants and cafes nearby. We loved our stay so much we extended it an extra day.

Our last day today. We can only recommend this hotel. Balinese hospitality paired with professional hotel service. A fantastic garden in which all kinds of animals feel at home. Everything was always very clean. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. I don't understand the negative assessment regarding fewer loungers. Was never a problem. The pools are fantastic. There is also a secluded adult pool. Nice restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. All in all, this holiday deserves to be called a dream holiday.

11 out of 10. Exceptional customer service, the staff are amazing they go above and beyond. Shout out to the staff at the Pizzeria Restaurant they made my birthday so memorable. I was surprised with a birthday cake in the shape of a pizza. The staff at the Regency Club were first class. Our suite was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. We were so impressed we booked back in the Hyatt for the last three days of our holiday.

I had a four hand massage from the spa, which was so good it was on another level.

They have an in-house doctor whose service I did have to use, and their English was very good, and they gave me the treatment and the medication I needed.

I am a heavy repeater of the Bali Hyatt before the renovation.
We stayed 8nights at the Hyatt Regency in January 2024 after the renovation and after the Co vid-19 Pendemic.
The lobby and the garden were full of Balinese atmosphere as before, but it was even more beautiful and luxurious than before.
The main pool and jacuzzi remained the same, but a new lap pool by the ocean and a children's pool with a slide were added.
The adult pool has been replaced by a pond next to the restaurant, where ducks are always playing by the water.
Aquabics is taken place at the main pool every morning at 11:00 a.m. and we participated every day. We truly enjoyed mingling with other guests.
All the guests we met at the hotel were charming and wonderful!
A big upgrade was the rooms and bathrooms, which were simple, beautiful, and up-to-date. There were plenty of places to charge phones and other devices around the beds.
Six bottles of water were provided daily.
Breakfast was also wonderful and improved. Eggs Benedict, avocado & poached eggs, and other egg dishes were made to order and brought to your table.
Mango, papaya and other tropical fruits, yogurt drinks, guava juice, tangerine juice, vegetable juice of the day, cappuccino, coffee, tea, iced coffee, yogurt, salad, hummus, cheese, cold cuts, local food of the day, ramen noodles, Dim sum, Balinese snacks, etc. were available. The buffet menu was really extensive. Croissants and pain au chocolat were available daily, as well as a variety of donuts and danishes, all of which were delicious.
Our daughter enjoyed feeding the koi fish in the pond after breakfast.
The beef burger and fish tacos we had by the pool for lunch and the fettuccine and chicken cutlets we had at the Italian restaurant were also very good.
Basically all the meals we had at Hyatt were great.
However the jewel of the Hyatt is certainly its wonderful staff. They were always kind to us with real smiles, not superficial.
I was also happy to see about 4 of the former Bali Hyatt staff again, which was also a great pleasure.
They remembered us even though it had been 10 years since we had seen them!
This is the charm of Bali, Sanur, and Hyatt.
We will definitely stay there again. Thank you very much for a wonderful time!

It's very old-fashioned and nature-friendly, and I'm very satisfied with the staff's detailed and friendly explanations, the beautiful sea, and the excellent food.

Quite possibly the best resort I've ever stayed at. Luxurious, but without being pompous. Extremely service oriented, but without being obsequious. Do it up with Club access - you definitely won't regret it. Especially as you sip the included, high quality beverage selection offered for free between 5pm and 7pm. The food on offer both during breakfast and happy hour was way beyond expectations.
Rooms are spacious, amazing, luxurious, etc. Nice that the toilet is in a separate small room, set apart from the main bathroom.

The best 5 star resort Ive ever stayed. It has comfortable rooms with balconies connected to the garden, restaurants with complete international and Indonesian menus, good meeting rooms, a gym with digital equipments, a warm and calming lobby, and various types of clean swimming pools. One of the best things about this hotel is the private beach which makes visitors pleased to see sunrise at Sanur Beach.

The Hyatt lives up to its excellent reputation. We had a beautiful room, it wasn't very large but we did spend most of our time at the beach anyways, which was just outside the restaurant area. The food was excellent, they had great cocktails, but we really loved the location best. The service was often a bit slow, but otherwise very friendly.

Wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. The staff are wonderful and everyone welcomes you with a warm greeting. I stayed in a Deluxe room and it was extremely comfortable. Spacious and well laid out. Great shower. I also chose Regency Club access and this is well worth the extra. The food and service provided was superb with a huge variety of breakfast and happy hour options. Brilliant pastries, bread and barista coffee in the morning, and from 5pm to 7pm there are excellent cocktails and enough food to make it dinner. The gardens around the property are a slice of heaven.

We spent a few days in Ubud and other days in Sanur.
Very touristy like everything on the beach, crowded, but majestic hotel with many beautiful facilities and services, a variety of restaurants and close to many services around such as restaurants, shops and bike and motorcycle rentals, massages...
On the beach, hammocks inside and outside without end, I was fascinated by everything I saw, the hotel restaurants were pure delicacies, I tried them all! Free replacement towels and you can leave your things safely in the hammock that no one touches them.

Clean, very professional staff, beautiful gardens. I had a PERFECT vacation last month. Thank you Hyatt Regency Bali .

Cannot fault anything at all. The hotel is beautiful, clean, amazing staff, amazing food and amazing location. Well maintained gardens and the property too. Just a suggestion only for breakfast or other meals, when you write the name of the dish, on the plaque if a V for vegetarian could be added would be great, as my husband had to ask every morning if it was vegetarian or not.
Also big thanks for Restu the restaurant manager at breakfast time for accommodating my husband with his toasted cheese sandwich request. He was always polite and helpful too. So were the other chefs before him on previous days. Another big thanks is to Purnama at the Pizzaria, she too was really amazing, helpful and very pleasant.

Another thank you to Guest services for donating my old clothes, books and toys to an Orphanage that they deal with. I think this service that you provide is amazing as we then don't have to do the running around and finding the places. This was a huge relief to us and a wonderful service that you do.

We had an amazing vacation here. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is amazing, love their breakfast buffet so many choices. The dinner bbq is great while watching the fire-dance

My time at the Hyatt was a very pleasant holiday. It was very chilling and relaxing. The staff were incredibly nice, especially the bartender named Alvin. Alvin is a very nice guy and makes delicious drinks. His hospitality is very welcoming. He would always be there to have a conversation with me.
Overall the stay was a 10/10 and I highly recommend.

Stayed here during holidays in Bali. I was torn between staying at the Hyatt in Kuta, but chose this one, which had been renovated and was more beautiful.
The room seems small for the price, but I think it's reasonable considering the direct access to Sanur's beach and the quality of the breakfast buffet.
The buffet has a wide variety of fruits, and people who are new to Bali will especially enjoy it!
The front lobby, courtyard, and pool were spacious and luxurious.
Also, I recommend the Italian restaurant attached to this hotel as it was good value for money and tasted good

Beautiful property - not related to this hotel - but the water is undrinkable in Bali - which means that the uncooked fruits and salads prepared with tap water - gave me an upset stomach. Cooked food was fine to eat at this property.

Consequently I had a long running upset stomach until I stopped eating uncooked fruits and vegetables and I will not return to Bali until they are able to treat the water adequately.

However if you are coming to Bali - this is a great property to stay at.

the hotels busiest season is june/july so if you want a quieter break, i would recommend travelling in august. food on the beach and in two restaurants (alongside room service) ranging from an indonesian cuisine to a westernised italian!

the rooms are spacious with a roomy shower. all balcony rooms have a good amount of light- however some rooms on the lowest floor are rather dark dependant on the location but this is easily resolved with the hotel. we asked for a room change and this was successful within the hour!

the breakfast buffet is my favourite and bbq on the weekends is always amazing! the balinese dancers & fire shows are always a delight to watch whilst eating a delicious meal. the deserts at the hyatt are always irresistible and beautifully presented.

the staff speak good english and are happy to have a conversation! they are friendly & kind. there is also good entertainment with the kids as we were visited twice by a magician in the morning at breakfast!

the gym/spa area is 16+ meaning there is a adults only pool & sauna area. sauna area contains a hot tub and ice bath to bring luxury to a relaxed environment. the gym has complimentary water & towels.

the hyatt is always a delight and a perfect place to spend your time in sanur.

As it is an expensive hotel, it has several swimming pools and a nice garden, but it is so large that I almost got lost...haha, it's great to look around!!

It was a great experience. Every conceivable wish was fulfilled. Rooms are clean, towels changed twice a day (we also tried to be environmentally friendly as much as possible), beaches are clean. The staff is very well trained. Everyone is friendly and helpful. And the breakfast! Wow! It was fantastically tasty and diverse.

This hotel hasn't disappointed and meets my expectations for a Hyatt. I have traveled to different countries, and Hyatt is my primary hotel brand to stay. While the hotel is a little dated (room decor), the hotel ground is beautiful. I would not hesitate to come back. The service is exceptional. The best part about this hotel is its location. There are local shops, quality massage parlors, and warangs within walking distance. Additionally, the beach is right in its backyard. There is also a sea turtle village nearby to entertain and educate the younger kids with.

Now the cons:
The rooms are a bit dated. The food quality and options at the Regency Club Lounge are not as good in comparison to the Grand Hyatt's in Nusa Dua. The entrance to the hotel and the ground are not as impressive as the Grand Hyatt's as well.

I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency, one of the best hotels in the Sanur area of Bali.

Security in front of the entrance is best attitude

Sanur's most representative accommodation, there are mixed reviews among Koreans, but we were personally very satisfied with our stay. As a family of four, we requested a connecting room, but since there was no guarantee, we were given a room right next door, so there was no major inconvenience. Above all, my child was injured in Ubud the day before, and when I told him about it at check-in, he guided me to the hotel's 24-hour clinic. I inevitably requested a change of bedding in the middle of the night, and I was satisfied with the staff's attentive response, including quickly changing the bedding after a short wait. The small swimming pool, attached restaurant, and easy access to the beachwalk are all highly recommended. Once again, I would like to thank the staff for their response.

This place is beyond astonishing:) We are here just one day but I reckon this is one of the pleasant, smooth and chill place on this very planet we call earth. Small dot on the earth map, but its a place with warmth, big smile and neverending caring about their guests. We are very surprise about level of service, every crew member is so polite with smile on her/his face:) You are the essence of this place. Thank you for welcoming us:)

great hotel. The facilities are good, such as the swimming pool, breakfast and fitness room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very neat, just a bit noisy.

Beautiful resort. Well equipped rooms. High service level, overloaded with the typical super friendly Indonesian hospitality. Good restaurants at the resort. Even at high season enough space and beds at pool and private beach available.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Although it seemed fully booked, the service was very friendly.
Love the whole setup of the hotel with different places to eat and drink and a few nice pools with a proper menu to order food and drinks.
In the evening it has a very nice vibe as well

This is the first time I'm writing a review for a hotel, and it's because their service truly exceeded our expectations. The rooms are impeccably clean, the beaches are pristine, and everywhere we went, the staff greeted us with warm, friendly smiles.

During our stay, my daughter was poked by a sea urchin, and the staff immediately jumped into action. They took care of everythingsending her to a clinic right away and making sure she felt comfortable. They even went the extra mile to brighten her day by giving her ice cream and cookies! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole experience, even providing vinegar to ease the sting. I dont know all the staffs name because of the whole chaotic experience, (grateful for all of them) but Siwi the front office has been amazing (please give her a promotion)

The level of care and attention we received was remarkable. The service here is outstanding, and we are so grateful for the kindness of the team. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and hospitality!

I have visited many other 5 star hotels and villas, been to Bali many2 times but this hotel is really top management and service. Highly recommended

Our family was torn between several hotels, but ultimately, choosing to stay at the Hyatt was a very satisfying decision.
Every staff member was incredibly friendly and always eager to assist us. I especially appreciated their warm smiles and cheerful voices. The room was both clean and comfortably cool. The garden, in particular, was stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The pool area was pleasantly uncrowded, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. Lying on the sunbed, feeling the gentle breeze, was pure bliss.

Simply paradise! The Hyatt Regency Bali was the starting point of our 12-day Bali trip, where we combined a relaxing vacation with sightseeing. It is located directly on the beach and in the middle of a beautiful and well-kept botanical garden/park with landscaped ponds and a great pool area. We really liked the facility! We woke up to the sound of birds chirping almost every morning. The breakfast was also great! The staff was also incredibly friendly. We would come back at any time or visit the same hotel in other countries. Absolute recommendation!

We loved this hotel! We stayed there for our honeymoon. Very clean hotel, staff more than friendly and all very smiling, beautiful swimming pools, beautiful rooms. Only positive!
I would have added some background music or some entertainment in the evening or even from time to time because the hotel is very quiet.
Beach towels are provided every day, as well as water in the rooms and in the swimming pool. Possibility of ordering while remaining on our deckchair and we are served! Higher price, its true, but everything is super fresh and clean!

A truly wonderful experience and a great holiday! The staff are so friendly, helpful and even remember your name. As has been said before, really well trained staff.

The rooms are really clean and the bed was wonderful.

The breakfast buffet was also really extensive and good, so it was also a big 10 and what stood out again was the very friendly and good staff.

The location is beautiful and very well maintained. Even the gardens and all the beautiful plants, trees and ponds are maintained daily.

She was super nice and often came over for a nice chat. I traveled alone but such nice and friendly employees make you feel not alone.

What an amazing place! Everything is beautiful in this hotel: first of all, people. They are always smiling, with positive and warm vibe and fantastic pleasure to serve you! Then everything else is just great: delicious food, beautiful garden with frangipani, birds, cute squirrels, nice beach, clean and very well maintained rooms and so on... Highly recommended, we will definitely go back next year.
