Dormie House, established in the 1930s, is a guest house situated on Moss Vale Golf Course. Outdoor wedding ceremonies are followed by receptions in the function rooms that overlook the golf course. Accommodation is located onsite.

Fitzroy Inn Historic Retreat, opened in 1836, is a country inn and restaurant set amidst five acres of terraced gardens with a stream flowing through them. Ceremonies occur on the grounds or on the verandah. The inn is available for exclusive weekend use.

Gibraltar Hotel Bowral features an 18-hole golf course, a lake, a luxury day spa, and Harvey's restaurant. Wedding vows are exchanged in the Gallery room or on the hotel grounds. Receptions are held in one of three function rooms.

Hopewood Country House, an estate established in 1884 in Bowral, offers 11 acres of gardens. The Garden Chapel and Lawn provides an outdoor wedding ceremony space while the conservatory ballroom is available for receptions.

5-star Milton Park Country House Hotel & Spa, built at the turn of the twentieth century in Bowral, provides wedding spaces as well as accommodation. Outdoor ceremonies are followed by receptions in The Conservatory, The Orangerie, or The Ballroom.

Peppers Craigieburn, a country estate established in Bowral at the beginning of the twentieth century, has a private 9-hole golf course, gardens, and a restaurant. Ceremonies take place in the gardens and outdoor terrace, and there are several function rooms for receptions.

Solar Springs Health Retreat, originally a 1920s guesthouse, features spa facilities, gardens, and Solar Springs Restaurant. The venue caters for marquee style weddings. Exclusive use of the property, including accommodation, is offered.

Circa 1875 Somerley House is a Victorian home with established gardens. Wedding ceremonies are hosted in the gardens or on the circular lawn in front of the house. Receptions follow in the Garden Room which is adorned with chandeliers, exotic foliage, and French gilt mirrors.
