NO DRAMAS WITH DHARMA! Thanks to Dharma Ive not only had an incredible stay here but I was able to return for a dinner service and be welcomed home like an old friend. The service from him and every other friendly smiling face we met at the W is world class. I cannot recommend this hotel more, all facilities were maintained to the highest standards on both visits. I highly recommend booking a villa, the bed was so comfortable. Every dining experience we had was phenomenal with FIRE restaurant becoming one of our favourite venues worldwide. I think about the buffet breakfasts on offer daily with such a diverse range of culinary delights. I cant wait to come back and experience what the W has to offer.

We sadly only had one night at this lovely resort. The entry into the hotel is truly breathtaking (especially at night!). Instantly upon arrival the staff made you feel welcome and like a VIP. Checkin was quick and efficient. The rooms were large (spectacular ocean view) with great amenities. They even delivered a small cake welcoming us to the W. The pool was relaxing. The restaurants were excellent (we only had lunch) and they pool bar was fun. It had easy access to the beach as well. We would definitely return here.

My husband and I have been to this hotel twice, once in 2018, and again in November 2022. We loved it so much the first time, we had to go back. The rooms are great (very cozy beds), we loved the huge hallways in the main hotel and the pools are fun for adults and kiddos (we traveled this recent time with our one year old). The first time we stayed in pool villa so we wanted to experience the main hotel this time, and both options are a win! The hotel plays great music, the staff is phenomenal and super helpful, and overall, the hotel is a vibe. Ohand dont miss out on the Sunday Brunch - worth every penny!

A very nice and luxurious 5 star hotel. There is a field that can be used for weddings. The view facing the sea is the main attraction for staying here. Highly recommend this hotel

Reasons why this place was top notch.
1) service is utmost, never once felt like I was a bother to anyone. Every request was answered with kindness and no hesitation.
2) Breakfast buffet is so good. Tons of coffee, natural food, veggie, meat options. It was always my favorite meal of the day.
3) the design and look was great! I loved every inch of this place. Nothing felt outdated or cheap or like you weren't getting your moneys worth.

In the end the drinks and food were good, the staff in the front, servers, taxi, spa and gym were all so kind and attentive.

I went to potato heads to check out the location as that's the one I was contemplating prior to booking but it was super over packed, cheap drinks and the music was boring. I am glad I chose the W.

My only tips are that you should book ocean view because garden view didn't have a nice view at all.

And I wish the bed cabanas sat on a pedestal or were higher so you can overlook the beach a little better.

So far so good, good services and i loves the foods. Also good spot for sunsets . Was great to stay at W bali

Loved the W hotel but not sure if we will return. I stayed in the main hotel, ocean front suite which was stunning but it can be noisy unfortunately. We had 2 quiet nights and then the party with the DJ on the 3rd night almost had us checking out. I recorded the noise in the room because I couldnt believe it was so loud. It was like I was in the nightclub - when youre paying that much money each night it wasnt acceptable for us. I was lucky that the manager went above and beyond to find us another room. He was apologetic and understanding. We stayed in a stunning villa for the rest of the holiday and it was faultless. The only drawback is you dont get the views of the ocean in the villa. I cant fault the facilities, the staff, the spa, the quality of the hotel. The main pool can get a bit rowdy, we think the rowdy people were not hotel guests but people who had paid to use the hotel facilities. We ended up not using the main pool but stayed in our villa. If I could be guaranteed of no parties with a DJ for the duration of my holiday I would return and definitely stay in a room with a view.

Just got back from an amazing stay at the W Seminyak Bali! We splurged on the Marvelous 1 Bedroom Suite and it was totally worth it. The view of the beach was breathtaking and everything was top-notch. The pool area was spotless and the drinks, food, and service were all incredible. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Sure we enjoy simple hotel rooms most of the time but it does not kill to go over-the-top too with a giant, once-in-a-lifetime room category. And if you think youve stayed in a lavish suite before, you surely havent seen the Extreme WOW Suite at W Bali Seminyak.

This room category left us speechless; it was like having a whole mansion to ourselves, with every corner offering endless views of the Indian Ocean. We felt like real VIPs! Also, we figured out it would be an awesome venue to hold a bachelor party so if its your turn soon, do consider checking in here with your whole squad as youll feel youre in Vegas!

This is the best and most beautiful resort I have ever stayed at. Outstanding staff providing superior service. Clean, spacious rooms. Every meal was fantastic, and the restaurant staff provided unbelievably good service. If I return to Bali in the future, I would want to stay there again and for a longer period!!!

The hotel atmosphere is cool because of the plants in the hotel area. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is very delicious with a variety of choices. The hotel location is also strategically close to the beach and souvenir shops. In addition there is a nice and clean swimming pool. Next vacation again here.

We had a phenomenal stay at The W. The service and attention to detail here is top notch. The staff were so attentive, especially during meals. True professionals. The resort itself is stunning. We loved spending time by the pool and having a selection of daybeds to choose from. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Weve been to Bali a few times now, and this is by far the best accommodation.

Open space, very airy, and top-notch service. I was here to do wedding planning stuff for my sister, and this hotel was great to come back to and relax. Loved the copious number of day beds, lounge chairs, etc. The staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly. There's a 24 hour spa and 24 hour room service, plus you can't beat the sunsets.

We got breakfast every morning, there are TWO restaurants that you can choose from. Food ranges from Chinese to Balinese to Western and the staff is attentive.

Side note: try the Balinese coffee. It'll wake you up.

I can feel kindness to the point of being too much.

We recently spent 6 nights in a villa at the W. I stayed here when it first opened 12 or so years ago, when it was new and immaculate. I expected it to be a bit dated and for the fabrics and carpets etc to need a refresh and they do. However, we had a really lovely stay and this was due to the team of people who looked after us - from the guys who drive the buggies and room service to the waitering staff and kitchen teams - they were exceptional; so kind, thoughtful and gracious and looked after us so well. A special shoutout to Gusti and Tasya - 2 of the chefs in the Fire restaurant who are so passionate about their food and the resort and seriously good ambassadors for the W brand.

i stayed in W bali for my first time ever visiting the country, i couldnt be happier with this hotel, the workers never failed to make mine and my partners day, they cleaned regularly and the food was the best ive ever had. the spa is amazing never felt more relaxed!! they go abive and beyond with service, my partner got sick one day and remembered him and our room and warmed up some bread bc he was sick. little things like that rlly made this hotel stand out. it may seem pricey but its so worth it. the sooner was amazing especially on our last night giving ur and my partner a free shot too send us off. the vibe and overall atmosphere was amazing and i cant wait to return in the future!!!

The absolute best! Beautiful hotel, beautiful location but what makes it really shine are the staff. Balinese people in general are the kindest, loveliest humans - but the W seems to have hired the nicest of the nice to look after you during your stay. Wish I had stayed longer and hope to be back soon.

The Sunday brunch was an excellent experience. Great food, music, views and all around vibe. They celebrated the guests birthdays! Make sure you wander around to find all of the buffet offerings as they are spread out. We arrived quite early and hung out at Woobar beforehand to burn the time - the minimum spend is usually 2 million rupiah however they waived this as we had booked the brunch.

Very open, so the air circulation is very good... suitable for weddings here...

Very trendy, party-like hotel. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and competent, especially at the lobby bar & the lobby bar manager.
The protein shakes they serve at the bar were also a novelty to me and tasted absolutely delicious.
I can strongly recommend visiting the place if you can afford it. Also be sure to try the hightea, it is absolutely delicious.

From the moment I stepped into the luxurious W Bali in Seminyak, I was enveloped in an ambiance of modern sophistication and Balinese charm. The staff were incredibly friendly, with a special shoutout to Aurelia, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The pinnacle of my experience was undoubtedly the Extreme Wow suite. This suite truly lives up to its name! Luxuriously spacious, it's decked out with its own exclusive spa facilities that provide a private sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate.

While the pool area was stunning, there could be a slight improvement in terms of managing competition for space. But it's a minor point in an otherwise impeccable stay.

The dining experience at Fire restaurant was a culinary journey I'll never forget. Each dish was a masterpiece both in taste and presentation. And the Sunday buffet? Simply divine! It showcased a plethora of gourmet selections, each better than the last.

All in all, W Bali in Semiyak is a haven of luxury and hospitality, and I can't wait to return.

Went here for staycation with my husband. Our stay here was a true delight.
The hotel room is gorgeous with stunning view of the beach, especially during sunset, with amazingly varying pools. The sunset is spectacle from any angle of the hotel, being not only in the rooms balcony but also from their daybed and seaside bar.
We also ordered food from its Fire restaurant via room service, it was tasty and well served. Apart from the high class cuisine for main courses, I can say that the carrot cake for the dessert is a must try
The breakfast was energizingly awesome too, we requested something ordinary out of the menu and it was executed perfectly that it becomes special with meticulous attention to detail.
All in all it met expectation and beyond

Didn't stay here but came over to relax in their pool. As expected of W, beautiful decor, lovely atmosphere, well thought out design and architecture. Pool was beautifully laid out. Staff attentive and welcoming.

Would recommend all to come and enjoy and relax here. Prices may seem a bit high for drinks but that's a given for a 5* hotel.

I love W Hotels, and this time I experienced my fifth W Hotel in a different country! Luckily, they upgraded me for free to a villa with a pool!

Right outside the hotel entrance, there are massage places and restaurants, so the location is really convenient. (The walk to get out of the entrance is a bit long, though, haha.)

The room was a bit old millennial-contemporary style, with bright colour. Not timeless IMO. But the service was superb here. Even though the security was kind and smiley all the time.

I stayed 2 nights at W during my 9 nights trip to Bali. There are many other wonderful hotels in Bali, but W was definitely the best. I have Marriott Titanium tier, I received an upgrade to a villa. The facilities were perfect and all the staff were friendly, always smiling and trying to help me in every way. In particular, Julian, who I met at the front desk, helped me stay comfortably at the hotel until I went to the airport for my 23:40 flight. There was heavy rain that evening, and if it wasn't for Julian's help, my last day in Bali would have been really difficult, and thanks to Julian, I was able to complete my entire schedule in Bali perfectly. The other staff members were also so helpful and I will never forget them. I will definitely come back to the W Hotel next time. Thank you to W staffs.

We had a great stay here in March. Service was impeccable and very friendly. The hotel is well situated for the enjoyment of sunsets, although the clouds interfered during our stay. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. Wonderful location, convenient to lots of nice restaurants and drinking establishments.

What a beautiful resort and what a wonderful vibe. This beach front property is a must visit during your trip to bali. People were warm and nice. Great service. Loved everything about this place. The beach here is also very clean.

The staff at W was amazing. Every single one of them made us feel like home. Whenever we needed something theyd give their 110%. We were sick during the stay but the duty manager Dennis went all out to help us. He helped us cancel our breakfast as we couldnt eat, arranged the doctors to come (who came 3 times and called us periodically to check on us), made chicken soup on multiple occasion to help us. Honestly these guys made our stay not just a hotel but treated us with so much love. Id 100% come back and everything there was simply perfect! Food, room quality, service.

It was the best accommodation I've ever stayed in.
The staff is always friendly, the service is good, and the food is delicious, so I recommend this place if you're looking for a luxury pool villa.

We wish to thank the entire front office team especially the Front office manager , Ms. Aurelia and Ms.Ella for the free room upgrade. We really loved the beautiful ocean view room on our stay in W Bali. Thank you team. The room was really spectacular as it was mentioned. Housekeeping was top notch, swimming pool was great and all the entire F&B outlets were amazed us with their on point service with their smiling faces and greetings especially (Mr. Danan-Woobar), the cute fatty boy.

We really loved our entire stay in your hotel and all the staffs were so polite, knowledgeable, friendly and provide us an outstanding service. Thanks again for the lovely hospitality which made our holiday so special. We will come again in the near future.

This time I had the opportunity to stay at W.
As usual, before staying at any hotel, I will look for information through reviews on Google.

I was hesitant because there were some bad reviews, there were people who 'protested' at the security guard because he was dirty, etc. There are those who 'protest' the complicated procedures for ordering food etc. via ojol.

But in the end we decided to just book even though we only got 1 night.

We arrived 24 December 2022 in the afternoon, to get to the lobby, we had to go through a kind of hallway decorated with bamboo trees on either side, then the letter W above the pool with colorful lights at night.

Arriving at the portal, there are 2 security guards who will check the car and exchange pleasantries for a while. And the first impression we got, wow, are they all friendly, regardless of domestic or foreign tourists, their treatment is the same. Immediately disappeared the worries we read in the review.

Arriving at the lobby, I checked in while my husband and children unloaded their suitcases, assisted by staff who were already on standby.

All cars at W will be valeted.

Fast check in process. A welcome drink is offered with a choice of wine or herbal medicine

After that we went to our room.
I booked a room with 2 doubles measuring 160x200. There is a sofa that can be set up to become an extra bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and shower.
Rooms are very spacious with balconies.

Oh yes, because I just celebrated my wedding anniversary, I have a request for a complimentary wedding anniversary. And the service is really satisfying and not messy

In the afternoon when accompanying children swimming, the staff will offer F&B. And we chatted for a while.

So far during your stay, all the staff are really friendly, always reprimanding them every time they pass you by. And always smile!

Ordering via ojol is allowed, but ojol is not allowed to deliver to the lobby. So the ojol can be entrusted to the security guard and later there will be staff who will take our order. We can wait in the lobby.
So I don't think it's complicated, but that's their SOP for guest comfort and safety

For guests who stay overnight and want to enjoy the sunset or relax at Woobar without an MC. Meanwhile, for guests who do not stay overnight, there is MC 1.4 million for 4 people.

Other facilities you can get during your stay, oxygen spa, jacuzzi and gym which are open 24 hours.

From the pool there is private access to the beach which is always guarded by security guards.

There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and right next to the hotel there is a shishi
If you want to walk around the hotel without bringing a car, you can. So in the lobby we can inform the staff if we want to ride a buggy in the future.

Because the staying experience was very impressive. In June 2023 I will stay overnight again but this time with friends.
