Perfect hotel

An amazing place. One of the nicer hotels Ive stayed at, you feel like you are living in a tropical rainforest, on the beach and in the highs of luxury. Every detail was flawless. The room was incredible and absolutely massive, we loved the balcony overlooking the third pool. The breakfast is a much do. 5/5

Amazing!! This place is so beautiful and relaxing! It is fairly new and has an array of different rooms and villas. The room was sooo nice - the bed was huge, the bath was amazing and the whole room smelled wonderful. The staff are so friendly and the pool is great and big for good swimming. There are lots of beach chairs and the restaurants are really good as well. If the rooms are out of budget, the day pass is a really good deal! Definitely would recommend!

If I had to choose a hotel to stay in for the rest of my life, Andaz Bali would be it. I stayed in a private pool villa with a stylish contemporary Balinese design, which was extremely comfortable and private. The facilities are excellent, the grounds are spacious and lush, the service is wonderful, and they have direct access to the beach. However, the number one reason I'd be happy living out my days here is for breakfast! It's unlimited a la carte servings of fresh, contemporary recipes. There is so much variety here and loads of healthy choices alongside decadent options too. If you choose your hotel on the quality of the breakfast - this one is for you.

We enjoy the moment at Andaz. The hotel is very Nice. Its not too big and the team are very welcoming and very Nice. Breakfast is very recommended, very delicious In every bite. The beach at the back of the hotel are very clean. Sunrise is beautiful and morning alive start from the beach with the morning walk and bike stroll along the beach.

Enjoyed our honeymoon at Andaz Bali. In a word fantastic! Great welcome, super nice people and top service. It is a resort that is absolutely above any other near Sanur. We stayed at Andaz for eleven nights and enjoyed it until the last day.

Great hotel with the best breakfast Ive ever had. Really nice hotel, staff are all really nice, nice pools, rooms were spacious and lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Its a la carte breakfast with so many great dishes to order it was the highlight of the stay. This is definitely worth staying at. Id highly recommend. Things that could be better are that the gym is in the hotel next door so its a bit of a walk as is the spa

The Best hotel to stay in Sanur

Excellent. Part of Hyatt Regency hotel complex. Very lovely beachside cocktails and fish restaurant. The chef even came to our table to check we were happy! We shared the seafood platter and a cold bottle of white wine overlooking the beach as the sun set, oozing romance. It surely doesn't get much nicer than this.

Beautiful resort through and through. Rooms are quite large and well-appointed. There are a number of restaurants with lots of varied food options. Breakfast was probably my favorite part of each day. Service near the pool and beach is decent and there are some good drink options. I loved the decor all over the resort.

We just completed a one night stay in the Andaz Bali. While the Hyatt Regency Bali is a solid resort, the Andaz Bali is overall a class or two higher than what we have experienced earlier in HR Bali (with the price set accordingly as well).

The hardware is stunning. The property has beautiful landscaping and is exquisitely designed (take a closer look at the lobby). The basic room is huge and beautifully furnished. Shower pressure is great and sleep quality was outstanding.

We enjoyed the wonderful a la carte buffet which provides high quality dishes in small servings thus allowing us to try what we enjoyed multiple times. We prefer this mode of breakfast as compared to the crowded normal buffet style.

As expected from this luxury resort, the service is warm and friendly.

Overall, one of the very best hotels we had the chance to experience in our travels.

A new hotel in the Sanur area, blending Balinese style, very beautiful

A band was singing the night we came, it was a really peaceful and beautiful place to stay...

This is an amazing 5* hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the quality is exceptional! You could spend ages just exploring the hotel grounds and soaking in the atmosphere. The hotel's spot on the beach is also the best. It is the only place in Sanur which has access to a nice part of the beach. Breakfast was good although I would have preferred a buffet rather than an a la carte menu.

Gorgeous hotel with excellent creative food. Great service and nice touches like morning stretch classes, bikes, coffee bar included. Peaceful; never a struggle to get a nice beach /pool spot.

Grounds, Location, Interior and Landscape designs, Walking Access, Ritz-level Service, Relaxation, Food, Food, Food. Perhaps the best Breakfast in the world. Unbelievable really. Stay here if you can.

Comfortable, quiet and delicious food.

Our first time stay in Andaz to celebrate my husbands birthday and our anniversary too. Never realize it that this resort has a beautiful modern balinese interior which make us feel more in love with Balinese culture. The room very spacious and they provide us complimentary snack/drink. The food also very good and we enjoyed our shisha by the beach. The staff very friendly especially Rara, she give us lovely flower set up in the room. Will definitely coming back again!

Second time staying here with two young kids and we love it, surprisingly very kid friendly (2 hr daily complimentary kid play center service) and excellent location, service and facilities. We gravitate back to sanur despite all great locations around Bali because of warm beachside feel and culture. Enjoy!

Family vacation in a luxurious environment.

It is a resort with lush greenery, cozy landscaping, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and other facilities that are not flashy, but have a friendly look. It is especially recommended for families traveling with young children or children.

Amazing sunrises from the beach area in front of the Andaz. The property has multiple incredible restaurants- one of our favorites being wok - wok. The breakfast was one of the best weve had in Bali. The property design being rustic village influence was unique and beautifully designed. We hope to return soon.

It was my 4th time in Bali and it was the best hotel I have ever been.
This time we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. A functional modern and traditional room, a design like a Balinese village, a wide variety of breakfast (including fresh fruits and juices), a first-class restaurant, attentive staff and polite communication, all of which are wonderful experiences. did.
For my wife's birthday, a birthday cake and a handwritten message were prepared and I was very impressed.
The interior of the room seems to have been designed by a Japanese design company, and you can feel the atmosphere of Japanese tatami mats and a somewhat Japanese taste.

A true 5 star! The facility is fantastic and very new. The location in Sanur is central: if you are looking for a beautiful sea this is not the best area but you can take comfort in one of the pools! Upon arrival they welcomed me taking care of my luggage right away, they offered me a drink while they handled the check-in. My room was ready about an hour before the scheduled time: they accompanied me upstairs, showing me the hotel a bit and explaining timetables etc. and in a few minutes even my suitcases arrived. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished, very quiet and with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom is of considerable impact and the small terrace is also very nice. They contacted me in the afternoon via whatsapp because I had the privacy signal on and they wanted to make sure whether or not I had to redo the room: I gave them the time by which I would go out and I found the room perfectly clean on my return. I also happened to order room service during the night and they were really quick. The pool area is very nice and the sunbeds (even those on the beach, even if they are not numerous) are very comfortable. The Fisherman restaurant on the beach has good service (even for sunbeds) with medium-high prices but quality food. In short, nothing to say: a real 5 star (and lately we see more and more of 4 transvestites) with a correct quality / price ratio; if you were to stay in these parts have no doubts!

It's a bit of a walk to find restaurants and amenities, but everything is good~

A very beautiful resort with excellent customer service. I would rank Andaz second out of the four hotels I stayed in Bali back in Feb this year (Andaz, Apurva Kempinski, the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua, and Jumeirah Bali). The architecture may not be as impressive as the Apurva Kempinski but I really love the traditional touches in the room and the dining venues. The environment around the resort ground is very very peaceful, especially at night and early in the morning.

The service and hospitality that I've received at Andaz were much better than Kempinski or the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua. In particular, Puspa from the front desk went above and beyond during my stay at Andaz. While we didnt get to enjoy some meals at the on-site restaurants, the breakfast at Andaz was exceptional. It was much better than the ones served at the Kempinski or the Ritz-Carlton. I would even say that the breakfast at Andaz Bali was better than the ones I had at the Sindhorn Kempinski, or the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi. The pineapple French toast at the breakfast was simply amazing. Its been more than six months since I stayed at Andaz Bali but I still couldnt forget how delicious the French toast was. I certainly didn't want to leave Andaz and I would not hesitate to return when I have the opportunity to visit Bali again. And because of Andaz Bali, I think I fell in love with this brand and Im now looking forward to try out other Andaz properties including Andaz Jomtien beach and Andaz Galaxy Macau.

We stayed at Andaz Bali for six nights and absolutely loved it! The design and style of the hotel is classy while giving you a relaxing vacation vibe at the same time. Hotel staff were super helpful at all times and made us feel at home. The hotel is adjacent to a beach which is a perfect spot for sunrise and morning yoga! We also enjoyed the hotels restaurants especially Wok Wok which offers Indonesian cuisine. The all you can eat buffet was also great - a good selection of local and international food options. Overall, we had a fantastic time at Andaz Bali. Would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Sanur, Bali!

Everything is great

Had Sunday Brunch with big group of friends and enjoy tasty meals there. At the beginning the service was slow and chaos.., luckily mba Andira stepped-in and elevate the service level, so we all feel well taken care of and had a great fun! So BIG thank you mba Andira for looking after our group

Amazing resort! We stayed in an Andaz Deluxe Suite and it was fantastic for us and our 2 children. We used the couch and we also got a day a fold out for our other daughter.
Breakfast was amazing with heaps of choices.
The pools were fantastic and the daybeds by the pool were never packed.
Service was amazing and it was also a great location!

Very nice resort. They maintain the place everyday. People are very nice. Infinity pool is awesome. Spa is my favorite.

We stayed at Andaz Bali for five nights in September. All aspects of the hotel were excellent! We stayed in an ocean view room that was beautiful and enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool. Most enjoyable were the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff. All provided premium service. Danu was a staff member in the Wok Wok restaurant who helped us several times during our stay. He was so friendly and greatly appreciated for making breakfast and dinner a welcoming experience. I would highly recommend the Andaz if staying in Sanur. We look forward to coming back in the future.

On the last day, I was annoyed because I couldn't wash because there was no running water, but the water in the whole neighborhood was cut off, so I couldn't help it...

Just WOW. Stay here, you wont regret it. Rooms are pristine and so is the service! And even though its busy, the spacious layout still grants freedom. This place got me really interested in staying at other Andaz locations in the future. Plus, it doesnt even need the a concept by Hyatt addition to the name, Andaz is doing great by itself.

Only downside: sun beds by the pool are placed in a position that makes you hear the ocean but you wont be able to see it when laying there. There are a couple of sun beds located oceanside but you have to leave the resort for them.

We stayed at a Deluxe King Room for two nights, and the room/food/location/service all exceeded our expectation! If we come back to Bali, Andaz Bali is our number one choice for hotel in Bali.

Incredible hotel- set the bar for what all hotels should be like. The room was pristine and super modern whilst the hotel in general is pretty much paradise. The staff are so attentive- even the chefs came up to check in with us at breakfast. The breakfast in particular is the best Ive ever had- youre encouraged to pick as many dishes as you like and theres enough variety that you can have a different experience each morning. The restaurants are also great and again, had incredible staff. Really loved the area too- having come from Melia Bali which felt too sanitised, this felt much more like you were part of Bali, rather than apart.

An epitome of vibrance. I particularly love the breakfast, one dish after another, on and on.

Best experience in this hotel. The room was very cozy. Best services and facilities. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Besides, got to enjoy free beverage and snacks at lounge and the lounge staff especially Evelyn was very welcome and friendly. She recommended us beverage also offer free snacks and cookies. 30mins away from the airport and about 40mins - 60mins from other attractions makes Andaz Bali a convenient choice if you are looking to mix some sightseeing days with relaxing days at the hotel.

Although they are only 2 years old, some age have started to show like a very brief power outage, sheer curtains having black/dirt stains and my duvet cover having red spotted stains which I only noticed on the last day. All of which I am sure would be fixed if I had requested as their service is definitely top notch. Another minor negative is the frog croaking at night so if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue.

I stayed in the Andaz Suite as it provided a full partition between the living and bedroom, something to help with reducing disturbances for our toddlers nap and bedtime. Complimentary bottled water and non-alcoholic minibar options. Alcoholic options are available but not complimentary.

There are daily activities planned by the hotel as well for guests.

Special mention to their Deli and Bake - one of the best fresh pasta I had in my life.

Got dinner here at Fisherman's Club. Its one of best seafood fine dinner ever!
Seafood was fresh, tasty, and wonderful.
You have to taste the churros as well, its like heaven!

It was a resort worthy of its name. It was clean, tidy, and all services were attentive. The breakfast was really delicious, and I felt like my mind and body were being purified just by walking around the hotel. I also really liked the nearby Sanur area. If you need quiet healing, this is the place.

Superb. Beautiful hotel with expansive gardens and diligent staff working throughout the day. The food in all the restaurants we ate was delicious, breakfast especially was very good. The hotel staff were kind and easy to work with. If you want privacy, cleanliness, and modernity then this would be a top choice which we certainly intend to come back for again and again.

This resort was incredible. The food was amazing, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about the experience we had at Andaz Bali. The landscaping is very well done, so it's great for a walk. It is convenient because requests are resolved immediately through WhatsApp. However, I am very curious as to why the employees work standing in the lobby without chairs. It would be nice if they gave the employees chairs as well.

This hotel has several restaurants which are open to the public and you can take advantage of the swimming pool facilities near the beach. Food prices range from Rp. 100,000 and above, and drinks range from Rp. 45,000,- and above. This hotel has a room rate of around Rp. 5,000,000,- and above. With a very romantic atmosphere, different atmosphere between night and morning, this hotel offers an attractive layout.

Beautiful resort with so many trees and flowers and fish ponds, and nice beach. Very relaxing, safe, and resort have a lot characters.

Beautiful pace and great experiences

Its been a year since we stayed at Andaz Bali, and my husband and I still talk about it all the time. The food is amazing (we tried 2 restaurants on-site, both were some of the best meals we had in Bali), the landscaping and architecture is truly gorgeous. We splurged and stayed in the private villa, with a koy pond surrounding the washroom! Its close enough to the action of Sanur, but removed enough that you have privacy and peace and quiet. We would stay longer next time! We stayed all over Bali during our trip, this was our favourite.

The facilities are perfect except for the small swimming pool.
However, there were too many noisy Chinese and Korean families, and I especially hated the children who went into the swimming pool with their sandy aqua shoes on.

All facilities are truly luxurious. The staff are friendly and the service is good. During the breakfast service, the staff were friendly and the food was really delicious. All the food in the refrigerator was free except for alcohol, which was great. But I resent the fact that I'm Korean. When I went, there were a lot of Korean people and a lot of kids screaming at the swimming pool. I was confused for a moment whether this was Balin or Uljin... It was a pity that there were so many Koreans in such a great place... I'm so sorry for leaving such a comment on the staff's hard work.

Our family had awesome holiday in Bali with Andaz. This trip we stayed 6 night in Garden Pool Villa.

In Andaz each staff members warm hospitality impressed us so much!

The service from restaurants, in room dining or house keeping services was impeccable.

During our stay we encountered some difficulties issues according to local currency exchange from ouside of hotel. The small shop on right hand side about 100m away from hotel cheated us and gave us fake money!( expat please never never exchange the money from there!!!)

We were appreciated the front desk staff Sally helped us to solved the heproblems and she brought security with me to ask the money back.

We gave a highly recognition for Sally and the security who had helped us.

I would love to come back here next time! The amenities and daily activities inside are well maintained and organized. It shares some amenities with the Hyatt property, Regency, next door.

Wonderful property with great facilities and professional staff. We loved the design of the hotel both in terms of buildings as well as the landscaping. All were kept very authentic and traditional Balinese.

One of the most perfect experiences Ive had during my many stays in Bali. Overall services from the staff are quick and genuine which made our stay very satisfactory. Also, the quality of breakfast is superb with a variety of menus to choose from that will start your day with a smile. The omelette was a little dry and puffy but other than that, I was very happy. The cheeseburger that you can order from the poolside was also good. I would definitely come back if I came back to Sanur. Also, the location allows you access the many other restaurants by the street and the beach so great to enjoy outside the resort. Would like to thank the staffs from Andaz making our stay a very memorable one.

Full 5 star experience at Andaz. We loved the room, it was extremely spacious and well kept. We also loved each restaurant at the property where the food was exceptional. The pool is also a fun place, and is right on the beach. I thought the property was well priced for Sanur.

We had a phenomenal experience at the Andaz.

Starting with the staff: every single member of the team was exceptionally friendly and offered such wonderful service.

Food: The a la carte included breakfast is such a wonderful concept, more hotels/resorts should adopt this style of dining. Every single day we had incredible food that ranged from local cuisine to creative fusions.

Fisherman's Club at the beach was also a great experience, serving up excellent dishes by incredibly attentive staff.

Rooms: extremely well appointed, it seems like they covered every single detail imaginable. The bathroom was beautiful, especially the massive tub that was relaxing and comfortable for a larger 6'2 man such as myself.

Overall, this experience has been one I won't forget and will recommend to all friends and family in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was amazing. The rooms are superb and so clean. The adults only pool is available which was right across our room. However I was disappointed to see we could not use the pool next door (which looked immaculate). We were able to use the restaurants though, the pizzeria was a fav.
I was very happy with Andaz and would definitely go back.

The accommodation was upgraded to a pool villa, and everything was great without anything lacking. However, there were a lot of families with children, which made the place feel quite crowded with kids. In particular, there were so many Korean guests that at times it felt less like a getaway. Aside from that, the breakfast quality was excellent, and the gym, which is shared with the Hyatt, was also top-notch

Checking out today and already thinking when we can come back. 4 nights here with 2 toddlers (4, 2) and it has been a wonderful stay. Facilities are well maintained, food (oh the breakfast spread and quality!) is excellent, kids club and pool were inviting, but most important it's the STAFF that were all friendly and welcoming that made the ultimate difference. From the restaurants to house keeping. Thoughtful and attentive, makes for a great stay even better. I also did a 2hr spa and it was heavenly. Ms Diah at the kids breakfast activity station was awesome. Overall a well run resort. If you're contemplating to come... I say do it.

All hotels of this size are good, but Andaz is a resort that expresses the Balinese atmosphere well, so I was not bored during my stay. The breakfast was really delicious, and the surrounding facilities were well-equipped, so it was very comfortable.

Newish resort (4 years old) with an incredible lay-out, jaw dropping design, beautiful pools, right on the white sand beach, outstanding restaurants and more. And the rooms were among my favorite in the world. Large with beautiful design and lay out.

Staff was wonderful. I enjoyed sunrise stretching class, a beach yoga class, water aerobics and truly enjoyed walking the property to admire the gardens.

It is a very popular family destination, so perhaps not a favorite if youre looking for ultimate peace & quiet.

Theres a huge breakfast buffet. I was jet lagged and instead opted for the smaller breakfast menu (you have to request it). And wow it was truly one of my favorite breakfast meals of all time. I chose: Gorgeous sliced fresh fruit, yogurt with house made granola and bruled small banana, perfectly scrambled eggs, house made banana bread, latte with coconut milk - all this for about $12USD. Amazing.

I personally loved every aspect of the property and my stay there.

The Andaz at Bali sets the bar extremely high for hospitality. Every single member of their team is helpful and welcoming. The rooms are luxurious and spacious with plenty of space for my family of 4.

The breakfast is a culinary experience like no other. Every dish is crafted with perfection, the service is outstanding and there is a diverse selection of local and western dishes. We thought we would only eat breakfast there one morning but after our first morning we knew we would have it each day.

The grounds are beautiful and maintained daily.

We also loved the bikes to ride the Sanur beach path.

If you are looking for a heavenly hotel stay for your holidays in Bali, look no further than Andaz in Sanur.. their service is impeccable, the room is one of the most spacious we stayed at, the cleanliness, attention to details and the courtesy of the staff is phenomenal.. their safety procedures and guest services certainly stand out..their breakfast is a must try and is definitely out of the box in terms of traditional buffet style, their cuisine is diverse and great quality of ingredients..shoutout to Brepi and Ade ( can't remember their exact names apologies) for their service.. my daughter got really sick, they sent a doctor who was very caring and then the front desk manager Ray gave us a call to check on her, kindly agreed to provide us late checkout until our flight time and also sent her a get well soon plushy. Thanks for your care Ray. Andaz Sanur provides an out of this world exceptional service and we can't thank you enough for a memorable stay. I strongly recommend the hotel and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

A very beautiful resort located directly on the beach. The villas are stunning and tastefully decorated with traditional Balinese details.
The staff is incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly, always striving to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
There are several restaurants, and you can also use the facilities of the sister hotel, the Hyatt.
The concept of low-waste management and sustainability is also particularly noteworthy.

My wife and I stayed here for 6D5N and found the Andaz to truly be paradise. The deluxe room is fantastic - spacious and the room is tastefully decorated. One major highlight of this place is the breakfast. Its possibly the best breakfast Ive ever had in any hotel. Its an a la carte buffet and each dish was executed to perfection with so much finesse. The staff throughout the hotel were also very friendly and welcoming. Some of the staff who served me during our stay addressed me by name, so that was a nice touch. When I fell ill, Andaz also sent up a chilled coconut with a get well soon card, which was very thoughtful and kind! Finally, our room attendant remembered where we left our stuff in our room and would clean and keep our stuff in the same place. Small touches like these made us love the Andaz and we will be back!

I wish we had spent more days here!

We booked the garden pool suite; it was so beautiful. The pool is totally private and secluded but you get full sun (high walls).

Around it were two koi ponds, with steps leading to it from the entry way and also accessible from the bathroom. (If you ask the front desk, they will give tou fish food to feed them!)

The room is so spacious and we were welcomed with so many complimentary snacks, as well as it was stocked with a kitchenette, full fridge, coffee machine, kettle. And a beautiful small cake to celebrate our honeymoon.

The bathroom is really spacious and the bath tub was supplied with bath bombs.

Room was super clean and relaxing and it had doors opening up to the pool.

You can rent complimentary bikes and bike along the beach and the turtle sanctuary they had nearby was educational. The staff is all friendly and willing to help. Im not sure the beach was swimmable as no one was in there and we didn't get a chance but its a great place to relax lots of loungers.

The property is absolutely beautiful; we spent over an hour just walking around, landscaping and shaded trees and zen gardens.

The fisherman/seafood restaurant was so tasty and fresh and our server was helpful in giving recommendations for food and local spots to check out.

The Andaz feels secluded and peaceful but you are so close to so many things to do and walking distance to many things.

I would have loved to spend more time at this location and hope to come back.

Beautiful, spacious resort with perfect Sanur beach location

We had an amazing stay at Andaz Bali by Hyatta fairly new resort that beautifully captures the Bali village atmosphere while still feeling spacious, luxurious, and uncrowded. The layout is very well thought out, with lush greenery and traditional design elements throughout.

We stayed in an Andaz Suite with Lagoon Pool access, which was perfect for our family. The room was large and well-appointed, and our kids (11 & 14) especially loved being able to jump straight into the pool from our terrace. The terrace itself was a peaceful spot to relax both mornings and evenings.

The main restaurant in the center of the resort was excellentwe had breakfast there daily and also enjoyed a delicious dinner. We also had a great lunch at the beach restaurant, which offered both a relaxed atmosphere and good food. The staff were always friendly and helpful, enhancing the whole experience.

The infinity pool by the beach is a highlight, allowing guests to easily switch between a swim in the ocean and a refreshing dip in the pool. The beach here is arguably the best in Sanur, with soft white sand and free sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach.

One small note: There are only a few rooms with direct ocean views, but that didnt bother us at all. The overall design and experience more than made up for it.

Highly recommended for couples and families alike looking for a relaxing and upscale beach getaway in Bali.

Overall, great stay! Check in was a bit rocky since it was fully booked and our room wasnt ready until around 5:30pm. However, we made the best of it and enjoyed the pools. Staff was friendly all around. Got upgraded to the 1 king pool view room and we loved our room! I was surprised it wasnt considered a suite. We were provided some complimentary items as we were celebrating our honeymoon! It was a bit confusing at first since we didnt get the items when we got in the room but we eventually got them. Check in and check out and general questions was handled in a weird way in my opinion since it wasnt a standard desk lobby. The pools were nice and the sharing of the shankha spa was nice. We read so many reviews about the breakfast and it did not disappoint. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts weve ever had. Also ate at fishermans club and did the afternoon tea at blue oven and both restaurants were really good! I highly recommend the kakao Ryans chicken burger. It was soooo goood. You can also feed the koi fish if you ask for fish food. We mostly saw families and not many couples so it wasnt a romantic vibe but a great hotel overall! The design of the hotel was really cool too.

Absolutely exceptional stay at Andaz Bali!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the immaculate cleanliness of the entire property and the consistently warm, professional service from every staff member. The grounds are stunning, and everything feels peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly well cared for.

But what truly set this stay apart was how the team handled my partners dietary requirementsshe has celiac disease and needs to eat 100% gluten-free. We were so impressed by the level of care and attention shown throughout our stay. At every meal, one of the chefs would personally come to greet us, walk through the menu, and ensure everything was completely safe for her to eat. They even created special dishes when needed, and every precaution was taken to avoid cross-contamination.

This was by far the best service she has ever received anywhere as a celiac, and it made our trip truly relaxing and worry-free. If you or a loved one have celiac disease or need to eat gluten-free, I cannot recommend Andaz Bali highly enough. Its clear that they take dietary needs seriously and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel safe and cared for.

We stayed at Andaz Bali for 4 nights as a family of four, with our kids aged 3 and 10 months. Everything about the stay was smooth, family-friendly, and relaxing. The resort is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming for families.

Staying at Andaz Bali was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionalwarm, attentive, and genuinely caring without ever feeling overbearing. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, and their easygoing, relaxed approach creates the perfect atmosphere for a stress-free getaway. The whole place has this calm, laid-back vibe that instantly puts you in vacation mode, yet every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. If youre looking for a place where top-notch service meets effortless comfort, Andaz Bali is it.

We took a Grab taxi from the airport and arrived in about 40 minutes (about 1,700 yen). It was my first time in the Sanur area, but it was quiet and I was able to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The hotel's facilities, service, and food were all of a high standard. Apparently designed by a Japanese designer, the toilets even had Toto washlets, which was very helpful! The hotel and pool were quiet and stress-free. The Fisherman's Club Restaurant also served delicious local seafood. There are many restaurants in the area, so you won't have to worry about finding dinner. (During our stay, Massimo and I went to Kayumanis Restaurant.) I would like to stay at this hotel again someday.

The perfect hotel doesn't exist, but this one comes pretty close!

Aesthetically, the hotel is simply splendid. It's not too big, so you don't quickly get tired of the many steps. The rooms are spacious and sublimea real success.

The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, even though there's still a bit of entertainment.

The biggest highlight, and they deserve all the credit, is the staff. So kind and professional, they do everything they can to make every member of the family feel at home! They are surely the real source of this hotel's magic! You feel free yet well-cared for.

The breakfast is fantastic!

If I had to be constructive and bring up a few small points for correction:
- Not enough bikes (even though it wasn't mandatory to offer them, but more of a help for guests)
- The pool was a little cold and could use a degree or two more.
- Some desserts at the Oven weren't great, especially the tiramisu, which really wasn't good (sorry...).
- The kids' club was set up too far from the pool area, so if your children are under 4, you have to stay with them in a fairly isolated area of the hotel, which isn't ideal.
- The taxi service is very expensive compared to the taxis outside, which are fine.

But in short, don't think twice. For the price, I've never seen such a fantastic 5-star hotel. I would definitely return if I were to go to Bali again! Every member of the family was delighted!

The location, atmosphere, room condition, and F&B were all very satisfactory.

There were a lot of Koreans there. That's why there's a wide variety of Korean food on the menu, making it perfect for those who crave Korean cuisine.

However, the check-in and check-out times were crowded, so the service seemed a bit slow (maybe it was just me, though).

At check-in, I was told I'd be contacted via WhatsApp when the room was ready, but I waited for over 30 minutes without any response. The room was ready, but I hadn't received any information. Instead, Fedri (I was confused...), who guided me, was very helpful, which made things a little easier.

At check-out, the person who was supposed to help me move my luggage didn't show up (it's a two-story building with no elevator, so they had arranged for a helper to come). I had to wait for about 15 minutes before struggling to carry it down.

I was a little upset, but the manager, Puspa Pradnya, handled it well (and even gave me a gift later).

Anyway, it was a great experience. If I come back to Bali, I will definitely visit again.

We visited Bali for a family trip and stayed at Andaz Bali Pool Villa. The room was perfectspacious, clean, and relaxing. However, the villa is quite far from the breakfast restaurant, main pool, and the beach, which made accessibility a bit inconvenient. Also, there wasnt much difference in service compared to other rooms.

That said, we still had a wonderful time and definitely want to come back to Baliand Andaz Bali played a big part in that. As Koreans, we appreciated the breakfast menu that suited our tastes, but what stood out the most was how warmly the staff greeted us, even in Korean. Everyone was exceptionally kind, and their hospitality made our stay memorable.

So many beautiful helpful staff, such as Agus & Juni. Impeccable service and attention. Pam and I won't forget Andaz for a long while - especially the happy smiling faces, impeccable manners, sumptuous meals and memories of so many good times here. Love it. We'll be back!

Andaz Bali is a beautifully designed resort with intentional service and calming spaces. The resort has a boutique feel and seems quiet, even when the rooms are full. The breakfast service is unique and worth every penny. The food and beverage offerings are fabulous and the staff will go out of their way to cater for dietaries - even preparing an individualised, off the menu dish. The pool spaces are so clean and luxurious, boasting generously large lounges that are always available. The rooms are impeccably clean and serviced well. We will continue to stay at Andaz when we travel to Bali.

I stayed here with my family in June this year. The hotel is NEXT LEVEL. The staff are kind, helpfull and ready to help with anything.
Villas are beautifully decorated. Food is extraordinary. Everything we tried was so tasteful. Room service is done twice a day. Pools and the beach are great, kids club as well. Welcome gifts are personalized and the free snacks and water are a true plus.

I have to highlight that while staying there my kid got sick - the staff and the hotel manager were extremely helpful. The doctor came right away (called by the manager) We received get well card with free coconut drink if I remember correctly. The manager asked regularly about the condition of my kid. Huge thanks to this hotel, its staff and manager for the most welcoming hospitality I ever experienced. Loved Bali, loved Sanur and I hope to come back.

My favorite hotel Ive ever stayed in! Absolutely stunning resort, excellent food, excellent service, and the private pool villas are incredible. Excellent spa experience as well. Wish I could have stayed a long time here!

Time passes about 0.8 times slower here. Even if the weather is bad (like it was for us), you can still enjoy your stay in the room and use the spa and gym. The breakfast menu is also great.

We stayed at the Andaz Bali Hotel for the second time and it will not be our last. The hotel rooms and grounds were immaculate. What makes the hotel memorable is the staff. The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all outstanding. Thanks to Danu, Aris, Krisna, Pebri and Wayu from the restaurant for their excellent service. We can't wait to visit again!
