The venue accommodates up to 280 seated guests, or up to 600 guests for a cocktail-style reception.

Yes. Couples can hold their ceremony in the River Pavilion (up to 100 guests, weather permitting) or indoors in the Arrival Lounge (up to 40 guests as standard).

The Arrival Lounge provides a real indoor backup space for wet-weather ceremonies, and the main warehouse is a fully enclosed reception space — so the day proceeds without needing a marquee or tent.

Yes. Couples receive exclusive use of the venue for their wedding, with no shared reception space and a dedicated event team managing the celebration.

Yes. Catering is in-house only, delivered by the venue's award-winning culinary team with customised menus. In-house beverage packages, including curated drink selections and bar service, are also provided.

Catering and alcohol are in-house only, but couples can generally work with external suppliers for styling, florals, entertainment, photography and décor, subject to venue approval.

Yes. A private bridal suite/VIP preparation area is included.

Yes. The venue curfew is 1:00am, by which time events must conclude.

Yes. Sunday–Thursday weddings are available from $146 per person, and Friday weddings from $156 per person, on selected dates subject to package requirements and availability.

No. Showtime Events Centre does not have onsite accommodation.

The standard package includes a dedicated event manager/coordinator, tables and chairs, premium linen and tableware, in-house catering, a beverage package, professional waitstaff, built-in AV and lighting, and access to the venue's existing décor features including the chandelier and LED feature walls.
