Showtime Events Centre pairs the character of a restored industrial warehouse with professional event production, giving couples a flexible blank canvas to shape into a wedding that is entirely their own. Yarra River frontage, a striking chandelier, integrated lighting and AV technology, and an events and catering team come together to deliver a distinctive setting and a polished guest experience.
A collection of interconnected spaces gives couples the flexibility to shape their day within one riverside setting, each space with its own atmosphere but a seamless flow throughout:

Showtime Events Centre FAQs
Up to 5 hours of reception time, with on-site ceremonies able to be booked beforehand. Additional hours are available on request.
$11 per person, per additional hour.
Yes. All events must conclude by 1:00am.
Yes. Showtime Events Centre offers weddings from $150 per person for Sunday to Thursday and from $156 per person for Fridays.
Off-peak pricing is available on selected dates and is subject to the chosen package and availability.
Showtime Events Centre was transformed into an events centre in 2010.
Each wedding has exclusive use — there's no shared reception space with another event, and a dedicated event team manages the celebration across the venue's multiple connected spaces.
Catering: In-house only – Showtime Events Centre provides catering through the venue's culinary team, with customised menus available.
Alcohol: In-house beverage packages are provided by the venue, including curated drinks selections and bar service.
Styling & suppliers: Couples can generally work with external suppliers for styling, florals, entertainment, photography, and décor, subject to venue approval and supplier requirements.
Showtime has real indoor backup, not a marquee or tent. Ceremonies can move indoors to the Arrival Lounge, while the main warehouse offers a fully enclosed reception space — making the venue suitable for celebrations in any weather. The River Pavilion remains available outdoors when conditions allow.
