Showtime was our wedding reception, and words can not describe how helpful they were during the process! Planning a wedding was very stressful as it is, but Claire our wedding coordinator we're extremely helpful and passionate throughout the entire process and really allowed us to have the best day of our lives that we will NEVER forget!

Every single guest couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue and the hanging Icicles fairy lights were! It comes alive at night to create the mood for our guests and family to enjoy.

We highly recommend having your wedding at Showtime!

I attended the High Tea at Ripponlea yesterday with my 7yo daughter & my 90 year old father. We all had a wonderful time. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Food & drinks were fabulous. A wonderful vegetarian spread with lots of options. Table looked beautiful.

Work event here was absolutely fantastic. Very chic!

The team at showtime are amazing to deal with! We postponed so many times they went above and beyond to ensure that we were looked after. We loved the cargo hall , its so beautiful, everything was magical and everyone was so helpful. Thanks to Rachel, Brad and Ryan and the team for all your support and wonderful day. These people are amazing, They saved us and saved our wedding on 3 weeks notice!!!!

We found ourselves without a venue after the previous one threatened to cancel our event if we didn't pay them another $6000 outside our contract (Rock Art Events).

Alice worked until past 9:30 pm and found us three venues to view the next day. The amount of time and effort they went to was incredible and we will be sending anyone that will listen to them for future events.

Event after event, this venue is impressive. I particularly love it during conferences where guests are free to wander around the riverfront space. Great staff and service. One of the very best large event venues in Melbourne!

Showtime events was my host to enjoy a private dining experience at Melbourne aquarium. I was greeted at the front door with a friendly warm welcome. The experience was absolutely amazing! The set-up, food, service, and drinks were all impeccable! I could not be happier with how organised and perfect my evening was with my now fiance. They did a fabulous job for an event I attended. They were so attentive with food and beverages. The staff really did a fabulous job. I understand the food is down to the event organiser, so I will not comment on the food, but the staff made sure we had plenty, and they were consistently filling up our glass. Showtime events did a wonderful job overall, well done!

Our wedding at State Library Victoria, hosted by Showtime Event Group, was truly the best day of our lives. I never fully believed it when people said their wedding day is the best day of their lives, but Im so glad to say I was wrong. It was perfect from start to finish, and we owe so much of that to Chloe, Yas, Pierce, and the entire Showtime team.

Chloe, our Senior Wedding Producer, did a phenomenal job. She was attentive to our needs throughout the entire day, even anticipating what we might want before we realised it ourselves. Her communication was exceptional, both in the lead-up and on the day. Everything was clear, and she guided us step by step, making sure we knew what needed to be done to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

The venue was breathtaking and looked like an absolute dream. Every detail was taken care of, and the atmosphere was beyond magical. The food was sensational, leaving our guests raving about every dish. Nothing went wrong, and everything was faultless!

Rebecca is a gem! She was our wedding producer and ultimately made our wedding vision come to life.
It felt like nothing was too difficult for Bec and she showed us patience and support throughout the entire process. From the larger scaled details such as the seating plan, to the finer details, such as making sure the ribbons on our menus were looking cute, Bec made sure everything was perfect.
Showtime Events were a pleasure to deal with and they definitely know how to put on an event.

The Titanic virtual reality show was fabulous!

Went there for a charity trivia event - place was decked out beautifully, staff were efficient, polite and unobtrusive.

Meal was fantastic, drinks flowed - good night was had by all. As a corporate gig place it's bloody brilliant!
