Founded in 1947, Chateau Yaldara is home to 1847 Wines and holds some of Australia’s oldest vines. Wedding celebrations take place in the historic Manor House, Chateau gardens, Barrel Hall, or Hermann’s Restaurant. Established in 1859, Saltram Wine Estate features beautiful gardens, vineyards, and function areas that exude old world charm. Mamre Brook House, with its large private open lawn area surrounded by an impressive garden hedge, is located on the estate. It is a lovely area for a wedding ceremony or marquee function. Indoor receptions are held in the Grey Floor Barrel Room, which is located deep in the heart of the winery. The room shows off exposed beams and oak barrels along original white-washed stone walls.
