Been with Accor group but 1st time used there facilities for our Daughters Engagement. Excellent service and great staff.

Great comfort and service

We brought our mother (in a wheelchair) here for Xmas Day Lunch. We were welcomed on arrival. Staff went over and above to provide a a great service, especially to Mum. Very attentive.
The food: only disappoint was the very firm bread rolls. From there on though the food was perfect. A great selection to choose from. Great flavour and perfectly cooked - entrees a perfect size and delicious. my trout was divine, those that had turkey said it was really delicious, and my wife stated her sirloin steak was one of the best she had when dining out. Followed by a lovely selection of excellent desserts. It really made our Xmas Day very special. And could take Mum back to the Nursing Home knowing her day had been special. Many other other hotels around could learn so much from your staff about customer service. Thank you.
On to the accommodation. Great sized rooms, beautifully fitted out and clean. Really well maintained. We recently stayed in a hotel at The Rocks Sydney and the rooms were no where near as nice or well kept. The grounds are beautiful and I did make use of the lovely pool.
A very adequate selection of items for breakfast and impressively room service is offered. Youd have to be hypercritical to find any fault. So thank you for a great stay. Fran & Natalie Poole.

Probably the best hotel service Ive ever encountered.

I had made a complicated set of bookings for my family and friends for a nearby wedding - in advance Darlene from Hills lodge called me to sort out any issues and ensure we had a smooth check-in. He spent a lot of time and effort to ensure it was correct.

Once at the hotel, all the staff were lovely and nothing was too much to ask. The rooms are also very spacious, clean and well furnished.

The Hills Lodge helped me to host a Birth Day for my wife. The party was a great success and I can't be more grateful for the service and quality of your work.

Special thanks to Jacky and the team who were looking after the guests on the night. I have received lots of feedback about the venue. A lot of guests are living locally and have never visited The Lodge.

Having lived here for six months due to the Hawkesbury River Floods, one feels at home , home away from home.

My husband and I had our reception at the Hills Lodge and honestly were so blown away by and pleased. Khristine the wedding coordinator was such a joy to correspond and plan the wedding with. She was always both friendly and professional, quick to respond to emails and super organised with everything which made the process of planning the wedding day so easy and stress free, just how it should be! The quality of every service on the day was exceptional, the value of the wedding package, the staff, the food, the setup of the venue and the accomodation! We couldn't recommend the Hills Lodge more for your wedding day!

What a hidden gem! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We attended a small function and had lovely finger food - more than enough for a very reasonable price! We pre-paid the breakfast for $20 (as against $37 if not pre-paid) and it was delicous. Great coffe too! Drinks from the bar aren't cheap but that seems to be the case in most hotels now.

My sister and I came in for a tea at night--the staff member there, Rohan was lovely!

Beautiful conference venue

We only dined. The restaurant service was appropriate for the establishment. The service was not rushed like a fast food hall, nor was it too slow. The dishes (we ordered) were delicious, and the serves were ample.

Excellent service. Very comfortable. Food is excellent but expensive.

Had a private function in The Library. Everyone as perfect and my family enjoyed it very much. I wanted to give a special shout out to Jhye who was working out function. He was outstanding and made sure everyone was looked after, did a fantastic job. Thanks

Very big rooms. Suited for families..
Location suited for its purpose - wedding reception.
Not far from Castle Hill Towers shopping mall. Popular over the weekend.
Very good wedding reception service staff. Food was very very good.
Plenty of parking available with EV car chargers for in house guests. Very updated.
Paid self laundry facilities available too. Great for travellers long on the road.
Highly recommended if in the area.

Had a really clean and big room. Shower and toilet was clean. Best service i've had in any of my trips. Location is good, only short walk away from train station. Bus stop next to Hotel. Small and nice bar. Too bad I didn't have time to stay in pool. It seemed really nice. Would stay again if I ever have a change to get back to Sydney.

Ziad was amazing with the bar service. He was very busy and still managed to tend to our requests. Lots of ingredients ran out and he went out of his way to acquire what was needed for our drinks. I highly recommend the hills lodge and especially the bar service by Ziad! BRAVO!

We had my mother's funeral here in Jan 2024 and we were so pleased we did. Both Kristine and Darlene were so helpful with great suggestions on how to organise the seating and video on the day. Nobles restaurant was wonderful as a venue for the wake, with great food, music and outlook to the garden. Everyone commented how lovely the venue was. Am now looking forward to going back to just have dinner at Nobles. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I got married here Feb 2024 and we wouldn't have chosen any other place. Our wedding planner Kristine was an absolute gem right from the start of our first appointment, she made everything run so smoothly and I felt very calm. The venue itself is so lovely, the rooms were nice and clean and room service was very attentive, not to mention how yummy the food is at the Noble's restaurant. I wish we could do our wedding all over again just to relive the amazing moments we had at The Hills. Thanks again to Kristine and all the amazing staff!
