NSW Highlands/Tablelands Waterfront Wedding Venues
Set on 700 acres, the circa 1895 Blackburn Homestead property is used as a sheep station and for horse agistment. Weddings are hosted in the lounge and dining rooms as well as on the wraparound verandahs and grassed area between the house and the property lake.
Briars Country Lodge and Historic Inn was established as a coaching inn in 1827. Located in Bowral, the venue provides an accommodation building, gardens, and recreational amenities. The lakeside Gazebo and Garden Conservatory offer the setting for ceremonies and receptions.
Bungalow Guesthouse, located in Fitzroy Falls, is surrounded by natural waterfalls, eucalyptus forests, and national parks. Situated on a 100-acre working farm, the self-catered venue hosts weddings, provides accommodation, and offers entertainment options.
Eling Forest Estate includes a winery and a colonial era cottage and homestead that is used for functions and accommodation. The 180-acre property features pastures, rolling hills, gardens, and a lake. Exclusive use of the function centre is offered.
Kerrowgair, a circa 1850s Georgian home, is set on more than an acre of formal gardens with ponds and gravel walks. The bed and breakfast, situated in Yass, hosts outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions.
150-hectare Lake George Winery overlooks Lake George and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Cullerin Escarpment. Garden wedding ceremonies are followed by receptions in The Private Cellar or The Dining Room in Westering restaurant.
Mali Brae Farm boasts dams, sculptures and garden art, an old boat shed and jetty, and acres of landscaped gardens. One indoor and five outdoor wedding ceremony locations are available. Receptions are held in an old hay barn.
Southern Highland Winery, set amongst rolling hills and expansive vineyards, hosts wedding ceremonies in the vineyard, by the lake, or in the bottling room. Exclusive use of the estate is offered, with receptions in the barrel room, courtyard, restaurant, or timber floor marquee.
