Because you are forced to relax! Brad spent some time in Malaysia during his time in the air force and my mother is Malaysian so we just adore the food and culture.

Eating! Malaysian cuisine is our favourite and we just love hawker food.

Best thing about your accommodation

The Datai exudes a quiet, modern, understated elegance, and it’s nestled in the middle of a beautiful rainforest – and no screaming kids which is a bonus! The G Hotel was fantastic because it is centrally located, modern and stylish.

Tips or advice for others

The hawker stalls in Penang are not to be missed, as is beautiful colonial Georgetown. In Langkawi, relaxing, swimming and eating and spending time with your new husband is the order of the day. There are some fantastic spas in Langkawi so definitely book in for some pampering time together.
