The Main Hall seats up to 720 guests (approximately 610 with a dance floor) or hosts up to 1,500 cocktail-style. The Supper Room seats 200 (280 cocktail), Swanston Hall 190 (353 cocktail), the Yarra Room 90 (120 cocktail), and the Portico Room and Balcony approximately 80 (120 cocktail) for weddings.

Yes. Ceremony-only and combined ceremony-and-reception bookings are available, with ceremonies commonly held in the Main Hall, Supper Room, or the Portico Room and Balcony.

Three 3-hour time slots (including set-up and pack-down) are available: Morning (9am–12pm), Afternoon (12pm–3pm), or Twilight (3pm–6pm), each priced at $5,095.

Couples who also book their reception with Showtime Event Group receive a discounted ceremony rate of $3,242.

Light Catering ($51pp, 30 minutes) includes 3 canapés plus unlimited beer, sparkling, white and red wine, and soft drinks.

Premium Catering ($86pp, 1 hour) includes a choice of 2 warm and 2 cold canapés plus a wider beverage selection from the Gold Beverage Package.

Extras include house cocktails ($17 each), a pre-purchased drinks tab (minimum $1,000), and a champagne tower ($575 for 5 tiers/55 glasses, with additional glasses at $15 each).
