Blanket Bay is set on the bush-clad eastern shore of Lake Wakatipu in Glenorchy, New Zealand. The 5-star antiques-filled lodge, finished with native New Zealand timber and stone, has a Southern Alps backdrop. Blanket Bay offers an all-inclusive Ultimate Alpine Honeymoon Package that includes five nights accommodation and a five-course dinner each evening.
Rooms at Blanket Bay have balconies or terraces with lake views. Suites add stone fireplaces and a seating area. Upgraded suites have a separate sitting room. Two chalet suites are adjacent to the main lodge. Chalets have private courtyards, super king-size beds, separate steam showers and bathtubs, stone fireplaces, and state-of-the-art audiovisual technology.
