For celebration cakes we require 7 days’ notice period. If you require your celebration cake sooner, please contact me via phone or email. 

For wedding cakes, you can never order too early! Most wedding clients will book in their cake 3-9 months in advance to guarantee a spot.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit on order confirmation with the balance to be paid on collection; or for a wedding cake the balance is due the day prior to delivery.

A $25 booking fee is required to secure a cake tasting appointment.

The minimum spend for customised celebration cake starts from $200.

Yes, we can cater for the following allergies; gluten intolerance, nut allergies and egg free. Please note that I bake with gluten, egg, dairy and sometimes nuts in the kitchen. I cannot guarantee that there won't be traces of allergens as they are present in the kitchen. I kindly advise if you have a severe allergy you do not consume the cake.

Our minimum spend is $250 

Every cake is unique therefore a lot of factors come into play when it comes to quoting your design.

The price depends largely on the amount of detail and time that goes into creating your special design. Factors that come into consideration when quoting your cake are as follows: 

- Icing and cake finishes - buttercream, ganache or fondant covered
- The number of cake portions required
- The detail of design in the cake
- Colour matching
- Ingredients and packaging
- Researching and purchasing of tools or stencils if required
- Number of tiers the cake has

For a rough indication: 

*Please note: this is a starting price indication, fresh floral, sugar flowers and intricate details are not included in the basic pricing.

My recommendation is no more than 2 flavours, otherwise there are too many options for the guests. The attention should be on you!

If you would like more than 2 flavours, there is a $1.50 per person surcharge.

*Please note: naked wedding cakes can only have 2 flavours. Red velvet can only be used as the top tier and not as structural layers.

Of course. I will require the florals delivered the day prior for wedding cakes. Please tell the florist if it is not fresh I will not accept it… only the best for my brides! If the delivery and set up is part of your quote, the florals can be delivered to the venue also for us to place onsite. We are happy to liaise with your florist directly to arrange the required quantities and delivery timings.

It is highly recommended that we deliver your wedding cake so it arrives at your venue safely. It’s another thing you don’t have to worry about on the big day! Make it my problem, not yours!

Our quotes include delivery and set up for wedding cakes that require this, based on a minimum spend.

Celebration cakes are a pick-up service, however we can deliver on selected days. If you require your celebration cake to be delivered, please put this in your notes and I will contact you to indicate if this is possible and to confirm a transport cost.   

Yes, wedding cake quotes include delivery and setup based on a minimum spend, so your cake arrives safely without you needing to worry about it — regional deliveries several hours outside Port Melbourne are also welcome. If you're collecting yourself, keep the cake boxed and on a flat surface (the boot or car floor, not the seat) during transport.

Cancellations are considered on an individual basis. A full refund is issued for cancellations made formally in writing more than 12 full weeks before your delivery date, while a cancellation fee or loss of deposit applies for cancellations within 4 weeks of your event.
