A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date (bookings aren't confirmed until it's received), with the balance due prior to the wedding — payable in instalments if preferred.

The 25% deposit is always non-refundable. Cancelling more than 30 days out may see amounts above the deposit refunded; within 30 days incurs a 25% fee, within 14 days up to the full booking amount, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Yes, one date change is generally permitted per booking (in writing, subject to availability), with your deposit transferred at Glamagency's discretion — a different artist may be offered if your original artist is unavailable. Further changes may require a new deposit or adjusted pricing.
