Ryan also works as a marriage celebrant, DJ, and MC, offering couples the option of a single trusted face across multiple roles on the day.

Many of our acoustic musicians can do both — and if your chosen artist doesn't DJ themselves, we'll pair them with one of our dedicated DJs.
We've got a roster of talented artists on standby, plus over 10 years of industry connections to call on. If more than one option is available, you'll get to choose your preferred replacement.
Yes, we comply with all venue sound restrictions and limiters.
Absolutely — it's just as important to us as your must-plays, and it's 100% honoured.
9–15 months is most common, though we take bookings either side of that depending on artist availability, generally within the current and next financial year.
Yes, subject to availability — we usually have at least one or two options up our sleeve.
Monday through Friday.
No fee within 50km of Melbourne or Sydney CBD. Beyond that, we quote individually based on distance — for example, a 2.5-hour round trip typically runs around $80–90 per team member.
Deposits range from $550–$1,500 depending on your package, with the final balance due 1 month before your wedding. Instalments are welcome any time before then.
The booking fee is non-refundable, and full payment becomes non-refundable within 1 month of your wedding date.
It's assessed case by case, depending on how in-demand the date is and how much notice you give — since your original artist may have turned down other bookings for your date, a peak-season change with short notice may be treated as a cancellation. We'll always work with you to find the fairest outcome.
All our equipment is battery-powered for easy outdoor use, and we require rain protection on standby — usually a pre-arranged indoor or undercover backup, or a marquee/umbrella reserved just for the musicians or DJ.

What's included
- Initial vibe check to discuss your wedding ceremony plans/ideas and see if we're a good fit (most often via Zoom)
- In-person or virtual (as desired) meeting to complete/sign the NOIM (notice of intended marriage)
- Couple to compete our 'couples questionnaire' and Ryan to send draft of ceremony script for review/feedback
- Virtual catch up 3-4 weeks prior (via Zoom) to finalise your ceremony script, go through the 'on-the-day' logistics, answer any questions etc
- Signing the DONLIM (declaration of no legal impediment to marry) on the day, just prior to the ceremony
- Delivery of the legally binding civil marriage ceremony on the day, including professional sound equipment (battery powered PA speaker + wireless microphone)
- Witnessing and signing the legal documents on the day, along with your 2x chosen witnesses (official certificates of marriage)
- Lodging your marriage with the appropriate authority within 2 weeks of the wedding (i.e Births, Deaths & Marriages Victoria)
