Bow Creative arranges an alternative on the day where possible, but isn't liable for loss caused by weather or a change of venue. If the team can't continue because of something outside its control, another planner completes the work at no extra charge, and the couple pays only for services delivered up to that point.

Bow Creative is a preferred supplier at venues across Melbourne and NSW, including Mona Farm, The Jackson Ranch, Stones of the Yarra Valley, Reine and LaRue, HYDE Melbourne Place, Food and Desire venues, Atlantic Group venues and Hubert Estate.

Yes, delivery, setup and pack-down are included in every package.

Yes, one site visit is included.

Up to 18 months ahead for planning, with no minimum — last-minute bookings are also welcome.

Monday through Friday.

A 30% deposit, with the balance split into payments at 3 months and 4 weeks before the event. Payment plans are available.

Cancellation fees depend on how close the event is: 25% of the remaining balance within 90 days, 50% within 60 days, 75% within 30 days and 100% within 14 days. For a date change instead, Bow Creative transfers bookings and suppliers where possible, though some fees may not transfer.

Yes. The first postponement is free. Later postponements carry a 10% administration surcharge on the total balance, and a price change may apply if the event moves into a third calendar year.
