We'll do everything we can to arrange an alternative on the day, though we can't be held liable for loss due to a change of venue or weather. If we're ever unable to continue due to something beyond our control, we'll find another planner to complete the work at no extra charge to you — you'd only pay for services delivered up to that point.

I'm a preferred supplier at most venues across Melbourne and NSW, including Mona Farm, The Jackson Ranch, Stones of the Yarra Valley, Reine and LaRue, HYDE Melbourne Place, Food and Desire Venues, Atlantic Group Venues, and Hubert Estate.

Yes, we do it all — delivery, setup, and pack-down are included in every package.

Yes, one site visit is included.

Up to 18 months ahead for planning, with no minimum — last-minute bookings are also welcome.

Monday through Friday.

A 30% initial deposit, with the remaining balance split across payments at 3 months and 4 weeks out from your event. Payment plans are available.

If you need to cancel, fees scale with how close it is to your event date: 25% of the remaining balance within 90 days, 50% within 60 days, 75% within 30 days, and 100% within 14 days. If you change your date instead, we'll do everything we can to transfer your bookings and suppliers, though some fees may not be transferable.

Yes — your first postponement comes at no extra charge. Any postponement after that incurs a 10% administrative surcharge on the total balance, covering the extra coordination involved. If your event is pushed into a third calendar year, a price change may apply.
