Perched above the Yarra River in South Wharf, Aerial is one of Melbourne's most striking modern wedding venues — a sleek, design-led space built around 180-degree views across the river, Docklands and the city skyline. Guests arrive through a marble foyer before descending a dramatic staircase into the reception space, an entrance that sets the tone for the evening ahead.
The exclusive-hire venue accommodates up to 358 seated guests or 900 for a cocktail-style celebration, with the space able to be curtain-divided into zones for smaller, more intimate configurations. A private VIP suite gives the wedding party their own space to prepare, and couples after something truly memorable can arrange an optional boat arrival via the Yarra River. Both ceremony and reception can be hosted onsite, keeping the whole day in one striking location.
In-house catering and production is delivered by Showtime Event Group, with a dedicated wedding producer overseeing every detail from planning through to the night itself.
