In particular, the attention to detail pre-function with the table settings - the precise alignment of the cutlery and furniture, the polite and professional service of beverages by the bar staff, the delicious food (with very generous portion sizes for mains), and the flexibility that your chefs and wait staff showed when our speeches ran over and the run sheet had to be adjusted. Also many of the guests commented on how much they enjoyed the roving dessert canapés, rather than a seated dessert.
We were extremely impressed with Alto and Damm Fine Food’s attention to detail and professionalism on the night.
I just wanted to thank you both and your amazing team for ensuring our wedding was such a success.
The staff on the night were accommodating and professional, you certainly left us in very safe hands.
The food was delicious and plentiful and the bar staff so pleasant and happy.
The venue surpassed our expectations and I had comments "I feel like I am in New York".
