We had the smoked salmon with citrus salad, and the special Lemon Meringue and they were both delicious.
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive!
I would highly recommend this place for lunch.
Only possible criticism would be the noise in the place, but it is expected when there are no carpets or soft furnishings.

Popped in to meet the staff as a potential wedding venue, the crew were absolutely lovely taking us through the venue and making their pitch. It's a great venue with over water views of the bay and the baths and easy to access.
Finished off with a coffee downstairs to discuss and the coffee was great, relaxed vibe downstairs and nice views.

Amazing experience having had lunch here. The place had history and wasnt too modernized so you feel the tradition. Pay parking all around, service excellent, being by the bearch a 10 a least. The menu was simple and straight forward. The oysters are one of the best i have had. All the food we ordered was really delish. Definitely worth driving there for a relaxed and laid back lunch. Will be back always. Pruces worth it.

Drinks were always topped up and there was always someone there to look after us. Food was amazing, catered to dietary restrictions without any hassle and lots of compliments to the chefs from us and our guests. Came down for breakfast today, the place was very busy but seemed to have a good atmosphere, had the corn fritters which were a bit disappointing but good portion sized, but the coffee was great and hit the spot well.

Seems like a great place to get takeaway coffee and walk along the beach, will definitely be coming back soon!

Dont let the online pictures fool you! The food looks small in the pictures, however after eating at this restaurant, the portion sizes are massive! The menu was a bit expensive, but it was worth every bite. The fish and chips were fresh and had a lot of fish! Seafood spaghetti was amazing and steak was cooked perfectly.

Staff were amazing and would come to check up on you, service was great.

However, the chips were short so I recommend ordering potato wedges on the side, and the latte coffee had too much froth.

Definitely will come again though, the food was scrumptious and the view was really good!

We had a great night at this venue recently, with 120 guests, a 3-piece band, and a stunning sunset to top things off! Fantastic staff, food and location. Highly recommend for special events.

I held a function at this wonderful restaurant on a Sunday for 40 people. Booking was simplified by the guidance and advice offered by Cindy who was outstanding.
We had a choice of 3 x entrees, 4 x mains and 3 x deserts for everyone to choose from. The food was excellent with ox cheek and steak being the most popular choices - there no confusion plants from anyone.
The service was fabulous and attentive and the view was stunning.
This was a memorable event largely due to this venue and its wonderful food and staff.

A beautiful Monday afternoon to enjoy a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the beach.

I visited this place twice! With my family and friends and the last was with my partner.

Huge portions of food, I love every bit of it. We ate during brunch time. The food is served hot and fresh. We sat outside to enjoy the beach view and the cool breeze.

Caesar Salad: 7/10, include this to your starter while waiting for your mains, good portions or anchovies, egg on the money when you crack it, salad dressing is a bit too much but the flavor is there.

Baked Mac N Cheese: 6/10 love the crumbs at the top! More cheesiness to it please.

Chicken Wings: 7/10, finger snacks while chatting with your friends, buffalo sauce is a bit lacky but the dip is immaculate.

Beer Battered Fish N Chips: 9/10, it's just perfect! The green mushy peas are the bomb and homemade tartare sauce is divine. The fish is good for two!

Chocolate Hazelnut Pancake: 9/10 soft-fluffy-warm love the crunch to it. Perfect with coffee.

Seafood Marinara: 10/10 my absolute favorite, portions are reasonable and flavor is great!

Calamari: 7/10, good and crispy not rubbery, just didn't like the saltiness.

Overall, after your long walk in brighton beach, visit in bathing boxes. I highly recommend this place for ya'll to grab food and relaxation. The staff are really nice too!

My partner and I had our wedding at the Upstairs, and its been such a pleasant and wonderful experience working with Cindy, her team, and the rest of the staff from day one to the event itself. We appreciate all the timely responses, recommendations, and updates of the team.

Our experience on the day was exceptional. The serving staff were very attentive and we really appreciated the small plates of canapes that were served to us while we were too busy taking photos and chatting with friends and family.

We received a lot of compliments on the food. Quoting one of our friends, it is "on top of the list" when it comes to weddings. The favourite main dish was the beef cheeks and the favourite dessert was chocolate tart. The servings were generous, the canapes were all very yummy (though the lobster on charcoal tortillas were the absolute best), and wine list was excellent.

Huge thanks to the bar staff for making one of the cocktails in spite of some miscommunication and we didn't realise until too late that what weve requested wasn't expected by staff to be part of the cocktail list on the day.

The venue was perfect for us and the sunset in Autumn (timed perfectly during the ceremony) made it both intimate and magical. The staff also worked very well with our wedding coordinator and small issues were smoothly resolved in the background, giving us and our guests a very memorable evening. We highly recommend booking The Baths Upstairs for any event, especially a wedding.

here for some sweet, the view wasn't that bad to be honest, it sitting right front of the bathhouse, and you can see people enjoying the sea and swimming around.
the sweet was alright, it's take awhile to serve but all good, we are here to chill.

We celebrated my birthday upstairs at the baths tonight. The food, wine and service were spectacular. To sit in such a brilliant venue, and look out over the baths and the cityscape, is something all lovers of great food and wine should experience. Had breakfast at the outdoor cafe, was perfect in every way, delicious smashed avocado and hot chocolate. Its a nice setup for either a solo diner like myself or a bigger group, nice atmosphere and location, clean, and fast service by friendly staff. We had dinner there last night - and what a great evening. We dined on the terrace with views across the water down to the CBD. And had a excellent dinner - a beetroot and goats cheese salad which looked so pretty, it was a shame to eat it. Followed by a tender porterhouse staek and then a perfect pannacotta for dessert. 10 out of 10

We love to have our coffee or chai outside looking at the passing human traffic.
The food looks really good too.

Perfect place to sit cosy on a blustery May evening. Very decent wine selection and the pumpkin risotto was exceptional. Had a cardamom rice pudding which I too a punt on thinking cardamom = curry but it was great! Like a savoury dessert - Id definitely have it again. Its a really nice outlook, staff are attentive but not invasive. I stay nearby when Im in town so I can get at least one night in here each trip.

What a lovely spot to grab a bite after a relaxing stroll on the beach! The staff is super friendly and really considerate. Just a heads-up: they do have a dress code, so don't forget to bring a little something to cover up. Overall, this place is fantastic! We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch here, and I highly recommend this place!!

Thanks to Hannah, Bas, Emily and the rest of the team at the Baths Middle Brighton for their support and attention at the Memorial Lunch for my parents. From the moment I first got in touch with them to the moment we finally left at the end of an emotional day, I knew we were in the hands of dedicated professionals who understood what it took to make such an occasion a respectable and satisfying one. The food we selected was delicious (a 50/50 choice of main, and a 50/50 choice of dessert) and guests' glasses were regularly attended to. The venue itself was set out perfectly, and the view was wonderful. I could not fault the service and dedication we received. Again, my many thanks to The Baths Middle Brighton for helping provide such a memorable occasion. We couldn't have been in better hands.

Perfect Spot After a Skate with My Friend

I often come here with my friend Enia after we go skating, and its become one of our favourite spots. The place is calm, cosy, and really well set up perfect for a quiet breakfast or some afternoon drinks.

Im an early riser, so I usually go for the breakfast options (which are always on point ), but honestly, whatever time of day, its a lovely place to just sit and enjoy.

The service? Always a 10 out of 10 friendly, quick, and consistent. Highly recommend if you're after a peaceful vibe and great food!

Enjoyed a fabulous family luncheon event where the atmosphere, food and particularly the staff were all excellent. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this venue for a special lunch or dinner celebration.

Came in on Thursday night for steak night with some friends. Very welcoming, the place was so warm and inviting: I get my steak rare and its usually a hit and miss but the chef cooked it to perfection. The red that was served complemented the steak so well. All my friends enjoyed their meals also. The manager was also so lovely to chat to also. Very knowledgeable. We will be back!

Although alcohol is not served at the Brighton Beach Beach House, you can enjoy a glass of wine at a table next to the ocean with a lovely 15-minute walk. It's amazing!
The seafood spaghetti is a little pricey, but it's unforgettable. It would be a shame not to order some bread to dip in the remaining soup!

This is one of my favourite beach side restaurants. The views over the beach and onto the bay make the location unparalleled - it's a great place to enjoy lunch on the deck on a sunny day in particular. The food is excellent, albeit a bit overpriced (though I guess that is expected given the location). We also hosted an event in the function space upstairs which was a wonderful experience - great food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We held our Year 10 Social at Middle Brighton Baths for over 100 attendees recently and it was a great success. The venue is perfect for these events with spectacular views and plenty of space for dance floor and seating and we were able to style the venue to suit our needs on the night.
Hannah, Paul and staff were very attentive to our needs and ensured the event ran smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone choosing this venue for their next event

We recently held an event at The Baths are can highly recommend it as a venue for a function. The management and staff were excellent - very flexible, attentive to our needs in the lead up to the day and the service on the day was faultless. The setting is also fantastic with great views and a lovely balcony too.

Was fine, staff are great and very friendly but the food is terrible sorry!

Could not recommend the baths in Middle Brighton more. We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and the whole process start to finish was incredible. Not only is this venue absolutely stunning, no one could believe it cost what it did! It is honestly such a bargain for what you get. The food was all incredible restaurant quality and the premium drinks package was a brilliant selection of wine, Being able to choose which wines to include really helped with making it fit our guests preferences. The staff on the night were really attentive and helpful and happy which makes such a difference to the overall vibe and lots of our guests have commented on this since the wedding. Hannah who was our contact in the lead up was also amazing and so helpful and made the whole thing feel very relaxing and easy. I honestly don't have a bad word to say about them!! And then the view is a whole topic in itself, honestly WOW. The photos! Book your wedding here, you really really wont regret it!!!

We recently conducted a multi-day training conference at The Baths Middle Brighton and the entire event was fantastic. Hannah and the team were terrific from the very first planning meeting, throughout the function and also post event follow up.
The event space was impressive and the food prepared and served was excellent. I would highly recommend this venue and The Baths Middle Brighton team for any function you may be looking to facilitate.

The prices are higher than average, but that's to be expected for a tourist location.

After servicing some fire extinguishers at the Brighton Yacht club I finished the job off with a great coffee and protein ball at the Baths cafe

We recently had our Wedding at The Baths it was absolutely perfect! We got married on the beach and our reception upstairs was stunning and created such a beautiful atmosphere for our special day.Paul and Hannah was fantastic throughout the whole process making sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests couldnt stop commenting on how amazing the location was and the food and service were excellent, very accommodating to all our needs and guests food intolerances. We would highly recommend The Baths for Weddings and celebrations.

Very interesting and nice place to relax and have a quiet drink with a friend or privately relax & take in the Beach atmosphere. Staff professional and friendly

Stopped by to get out of the rain and decided to try the beef burger. Unfortunately, it didnt taste as good as I remembered the flavour was noticeably different from before.

The fries were actually quite well done, crispy and enjoyable, and the coffee was decent too.

Not sure if theres been a change in management, but overall the food quality feels like it has dropped compared to my previous visits.

Awesome spot and better service

Here are beautiful scenery and delicious food, and there are little birds chatting with me.

Just had my 60th birthday party upstairs at the Baths last Saturday what can I say it was such a memorable night the views, the food, the atmosphere, the service, the venue worth it.
Hannah initially looked after getting me over the line as the minimum spend was outside of my budget for my numbers, Katy looked after the details and Jonathan and the crew seamlessly worked on keeping us all fed, hydrated, relaxed and entertained throughout the night. So many compliments from my guests on the venue, the foods and the drinks.
It just went all too quickly!
Thanks Katy, Jonathan, Hannah and everyone involved for helping make my 60th so much fun and special.
