Cargo Hall

Cargo Hall is a genuinely converted nineteenth-century docking shed, not a purpose-built venue styled to look industrial — the exposed timber trusses, brickwork and soaring ceilings are original to the building, paired with a modern glass conservatory over the Yarra River.

Current official capacity is 224 seated (208 with a dance floor), or up to 500 for a cocktail-style celebration.

Cargo Hall is a fully enclosed, permanent indoor venue, including the glass conservatory, so it's weatherproof year-round with no marquee required.

Yes. Catering is exclusively in-house through Showtime Event Group, offering canapés, shared feasts and plated multi-course dining across Modern Australian, European, Asian, Indian and plant-based menus.
