Afternoon ceremonies (3 to 4pm) host up to 300 guests in the full venue. Evening ceremonies (5 to 6pm) host up to 150 guests in the half venue.

For 2026–27, seated packages start from $185 per person in winter and $207 in summer, and cocktail packages start from $172 in winter and $193 in summer.

Venue hire is $1,600 for half the venue or $2,900 for the full venue.

Yes. Every event includes the Encore Experience, covering the in-house PA system, AV technician, security, furniture, tableware, event planning, signage, menus and a tasting for two for seated weddings.

A 20% deposit of the minimum spend is due within seven days of booking, followed by a staged payment schedule with instalments at six months, three months and one month before the wedding, and a final balance seven days prior.

Full venue or half venue hire is available via operable walls.

A permanent indoor reception room, with the same panoramic bay views, serves as a genuine wet-weather ceremony backup — no marquee required, though rooftop bookings are subject to management discretion on the day.

Yes. Catering is entirely in-house, with seated, cocktail and bespoke menu options, and standard accommodation for vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten-free, halal, Muslim and Kosher-friendly requirements at no surcharge.

No. There's no onsite accommodation, though numerous hotels and serviced apartments are within walking distance in St Kilda.

Yes. The venue is licensed until 1am, with events typically running from 6:00pm–12:00am or 6:30pm–12:30am, for a maximum of six hours excluding ceremony time.

The Encore Experience does not include additional table decorations, flowers, entertainment, bonbonnières, a guest board, place cards or a wedding cake. Security for more than 250 guests is also not included.

Yes. The complex has 420 paid parking spaces, with two complimentary passes included per booking and additional passes available with notice. Accessible parking is also available.
