Food was very delicious, ambience super romantic, and I am quiet happy on how Christine was spot on and exceptional in servicing my dining experience tonite.

I love this place, been here many times. The food and wine is great, the view is amazing and my guests usually love it, but the staff are always incredible, both in friendliness and professionalism.

I'm a corporate client I suppose, but without fail they bring a genuine warmth I rarely encounter in other places. It's nice to be reminded that excellent service doesn't come at the expense of excellent people.

Fantastic experience - Anthony served us and provided incredible service. Staff are very attentive and provided us with an amazing experience. Met the head chef in the elevator on the way out, very friendly, compliments to the chef! Thank you!

From the moment we arrived all the staff were so lovely to us and completely on top of anything we could possibly need.

We had the 7 course chefs tasting menu and I had the wine pairing with it, which was so lovely! The courses were well thought out and carefully curated to match the pairings perfectly! Although we are in a covid world and managing the supply chain is impossible, I really loved tasting and hearing about the Victorian sourced wines (I might have to visit the wineries too!). They were even able to swap out a certain dish due to dietary requirements and pair another wine with the new dish!

I have to say, Christine was such a lovely server, very kind and attentive to anything we could possibly need - she even treated us to some lovely macaroons her boyfriend makes!! Christine, if you're reading this, thank you so much for making my belated birthday so special! It was truely an experience I will never forget!!

When it comes to a special event, Eureka 89 is always a wonderful place to celebrate at! It is one of our favorite restaurants. The City Skyline views are absolutely spectacular. The food is beautifully presented and very delicious. Also importantly, the service was excellent, which we remember very fondly. My recent birthday celebration at Eureka 89 was very memorable and we were so fortunate to have Christine look after us in a professional and friendly manner. This made our experience special. We did not expect anything special, but Christine offered us a special complimentary dessert wine to celebrate my birthday at the end. What a perfect night to cherish. Eureka 89 is highly recommended to dine at as it always leaves us with great memories. We are looking forward for our next visit.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was SO fine!!! The views are lush, the lighting is perfect, the staff are appropriately wonder and the food is AMAZING! An amazing experience from all perspectives the venue being 89 floors above the city is outstanding the amazing view out that window the experience from the minute you walk in the door being escorted all the way to the restaurant and then the service within the restaurant the food there's not a single thing you could fault about the entire experience. The creations of this chef are just out of this world!!!! I have tried restaurants all over the world and I would have to say this is by far the best of all.

Yesterday, Friday the 9th of June. Anna was the most amazing service lady ever. Made us feel so comfortable and she knew so much about the food quality which made both Peter and I, very delighted in this first time experience. She was so polite and professional.

Came here for dinner and it is one of the best dinings experience in Melbourne so far for me. The view is magnificent, the food is tremendous and we had Karen for our table server. She is so nice and so calm, she has taken a good care for our table. The Team customer service here also the nicest team I have ever seen. If you have chance, give Eureka 89 a try because it is a must.

Food was great. The view was exceptional. Love all the cocktails and wines. At first I didnt think it was gonna be filling with their food, but I was totally wrong!! By the end of 7 courses you will be very full. Staff were not that knowledgeable with the food when I asked about it- but thats okay. They are very attentive and friendly. It was a really great experience, highly recommended!

Eureka 89 is a world class experience 292m up in the Melbourne skyline. Not only is the food fantastic; the drinks, the view, the staff, and even the toilets were a blissful experience to have! Our waiter, Jazzy, was excellent - making sure that our experience was as amazing as can be. The beef short rib (2nd course Sunday Lunch) dish was as close to a perfect dish as I have tasted in Melbourne. Given that the prices of Eureka 89 are towards the lower end of the fine-dining range ($180pp vs. $300+ at other establishments), this restaurant is the top choice for special occassions and more! Highly recommended.

We had an absolute fantastic time. The food was amazing the wine was great and the atmosphere just right. Dining between sunset and moon rise doesnt get much better. Top of the game was the staff. Absolutely delicious meals came out of the kitchen and Anna, Tina and Chloe looked after us so well that we wanted to come back the next day. For any specific occasion this is the place to go. The view is stunning the food is delicious and the service is great. What more can you ask for. Thanks Eureka 89. We had a blast.

Great experience, my partner and I came on the game night, and it didn't disappoint. A range of foods you normally wouldn't eat served with matching wines and a spectacular view. Not a cheap night out, but one well worth it.

Yesterday evening marked a fantastic culinary journey for us at Eureka 89, where the dining experience transcended beyond just food and wine. The moment we settled down at our table, we were captivated by the extraordinary service, most notably, from Anna, our server for the evening.

Annas vast knowledge and passionate descriptions of the food we were about to consume elevated our experience to a whole new level. She had a knack for perfectly pairing our dishes with the right wines, and her vivid narration of the origins, taste profiles, and unique features of each wine transported us to the very vineyards where they were harvested.

Even more so, her outstanding service shined through during our initial struggle to access the restaurant. Despite the unfortunate mishap with the entrance closure and confusing directions, it was Anna who swooped in to save our evening. Her swift and efficient resolution not only rectified the situation, but also demonstrated the exceptional standard of service at Eureka 89. She personified professionalism, and her genuine desire to ensure we had a memorable dining experience was evident in her every action.

Our dinner was a symphony of flavors, perfectly orchestrated by the skillful chefs and Anna's knowledgeable suggestions. But it was Anna's exceptional service that turned this dinner into a remarkable experience. She seamlessly wove her vast culinary knowledge with her natural warmth, creating a dinner that we will remember fondly for a long time.

The event I attended at eureka 89 was absolutely amazing! The event was overlooked by Marco who made sure everything was absolutely perfect from the second it began. The main waiter for the night Anna was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful all night long.

I had event here for my companys mid year event, and my experience was utterly amazing. From the waiter Anna, bartender Ethan, and event manager Marco, all the options I couldve asked for were at my disposal. Anna was absolutely amazing with all of my staff, greeting and taking care of everyone with the utmost care, effort and intelligence. The resident mixologist Ethan provided ideas for cocktails on the fly which met and exceeded every expectation necessary.

Today, I treated my family, my ex and myself to a fine dining experience like no other. The last time I was here was on a very different occasion with my daughter in my belly and wow what a full circle, meaningful, beautiful full circle (360 degree turnaround) moment for my daughter in my arms and running around the private area we had just for us whilst overlooking the breathtaking skyscrapers of the Melbourne city we are blessed to live in. The food was exceptional and fine dining in its purest and most authentic form...I will say that the caviar entree and the lavosh with goat cheese and beetroot macarons stole the show for me today and how can I forget the lamb main that made me feel like I was at "home" having a comforting Sunday roast whilst being high up in the clouds in Melbourne's best fine dining experiences.

The service was wow wow wow, anything I asked they could do for me with a smile on their face, grace, humility and utter professionalism. I loved getting to know Samra and hearing about her story. You are an incredible mother and woman Samra, your little boy is so proud of you for everything you do for him. 222! You are blessed always! You are so attentive and your knowledge of the food is exceptional! You are one of a kind.

Chloe and Emily were perfect Hostess's for my luncheon party of 24 people on 20 November 2023. And Lara was terrific in helping me arrange the whole afternoon. I cannot recommend Level 89 more highly (Excuse the pun) The view, the food and the service are all simply THE BEST YOU CAN GET.
