Breakfast events finish by 10am, lunch events by 4pm (3-hour beverage package included; a 4-hour luncheon adds $10pp), and evening events start no earlier than 5.30pm. Conferences and full-day events finish by 4pm. Booking outside these hours incurs a combined minimum spend.
Entry is on the ground floor, opposite the palm trees. Suppliers and organisers enter via the Eureka 89 Events and Dining reception; guests enter through the red guest door, where a host directs everyone to the lifts.
No — Eureka 89 provides fully in-house catering, with exceptions only for cake or strict kosher requirements.
Up to 2 hours' complimentary bump-in before the event start time; additional time may incur fees. Bump-out can happen straight after the event or the following morning, subject to prior confirmation.
