Yes. Fleur Event Centre is a Melbourne wedding venue that allows BYO catering. Couples are welcome to bring their own caterer, who has full access to the commercial kitchen.
Alternatively, couples can choose from the venue’s network of 13 cuisine specialists, covering Indian, Greek, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Italian, Vietnamese, Pakistani, Nepalese, Sri Lankan, Afghani, Pacific Islander, Nigerian and Western catering.
Yes. Couples can hold their ceremony in the Garden Ceremony Area, which seats up to 200 guests, then move straight into the Ballroom or Rosette Room for the reception. Everything happens on one site, with no second venue and no transport between the two. Couples can ask the events team about the ceremony rate when it is added to a package.
The garden marquee option and the permanent indoor Ballroom both provide weather protection.
The Fleur Ballroom seats up to 400 guests, the Rosette Room holds up to 110 guests, and the Garden Ceremony Area seats up to 200 guests for outdoor ceremonies. Ballroom packages suit 150 guests and over. For guest counts in between, couples can share their numbers with the events team, who will recommend the best room and pricing option.
Fleur Event Centre’s all-inclusive wedding packages range from $115 to $195, depending on the package, the day and the season: Signature $115 to $145, Classic $130 to $160 and Luxe $160 to $195. As a guide, a 100-guest wedding on the Classic package typically costs between $13,000 and $16,000.
Venue hire only ranges from $7,100 to $10,100 for the Rosette Room and from $12,900 to $21,700 for the Fleur Ballroom, from weekdays to Saturdays.
BYO catering is welcome. Peak dates and public holidays are priced higher, and couples can send their date to the events team to receive an exact quote.
Yes. The venue fully supports DJs, live bands and cultural performers. Music must adhere to Victorian liquor licensing curfews: 10pm Monday to Thursday, 11pm Friday, 11:15pm Saturday and 10:30pm Sunday. Low-volume background music is permitted until midnight.
Couples are encouraged to confirm their entertainment requirements with the events team when booking.
