Ceremonies start from $950, with reception pricing from $170 per head. Peak season (October–April) ranges $170–$225 depending on menu style, with off-peak/winter and weekday (Mon–Fri) rates from $170–$190, and Sunday from $200–$225.
A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. A 30% deposit secures your date, with 50% due 3 months out and the remaining balance 1 month prior.

It feels like you've stepped into a different world. The place has an old-world charm mixed with lush greenery that had us falling in love at first sight. As the evening rolled in, the whole place lit up in this warm, fairy-tale glow that just made everything look so dreamy.
The food was delicious! A special standout meal was the premium eye fillet...absolutely melted in your mouth! There were a lot of happy and full guests by the end of the night.
The staff at The Refectory were great to deal with. They made sure everything ran like clockwork. We felt so taken care of, and it really allowed us to just soak in every moment of our big day.

Stacey was incredibly organised and put us at ease knowing that our day would run so smoothly. It made it easy to put our full trust in your team for the day knowing that anything that didn’t go to plan would be sorted and it wouldn’t ruin our day.
The day of the wedding was absolute perfection. Not one thing went wrong and when there was a minor hiccup with our flowers at the ceremony location, Stacey jumped right into action fixing the situation and keeping everyone calm.
Cocktail hour and the reception was unbelievable. Our guests commented on how delicious the food and the wine was and they loved the gelato cart. Your staff were so incredibly accommodating and friendly and we couldn’t thank them enough for all of their work during the night.

Not only was the venue beautiful, but they have some of the kindest and hard working staff. The venue is heritage listed, and the staff are so considerate on ensuring that no guest leaves any harm or damage to the nature or buildings - which is so beautiful in my opinion, they take such caution and care to cause no harm and preserve the beauty.
The venue staff were so accommodating with our requests for our wedding, and went above and beyond to do their best to bring our vision to life. The food was delicious, with our guests commenting that it was some of the best wedding food they've had.
