Attended a fantasticly organised wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect. Food, decor(by uzi and ultima team) venue and extremely attentive and friendly staff.

We booked for our sister's wedding. The hospitality was amazing. Make sure to ask for Gary bhai's singing. Second function in 2 weeks time and the service was consistent. Couldn't recommend more. Right from the canape to the end it was amazing.

We had a wedding last week and were very enjoyed. Me and my partner were very worried everything as it was our first time, but Kim the coordinator who connect with us does fixed all of our worries. The team done a great job especially Casandra, she does and fix our request by all night long. Ceremony and reception were happens together but everything runs smoothly, we worried about the weather on the day as heavy rain the day before but we had a wonderful and great day! The food and canopies were amazing, not salty and very delicious. But the service of serving food might need to be improve, we do understand after the pandemic time, we believe that it will getting better after this;) At last, a big applauses to Kim, the team and chef at Ultima Function, will definitely recommend to others.

Me and my wife had an event in Ultima Reception Centre - Glasshouse. We were hired as the DJ and decorator for the event. The entire night went so smooth. Cass, Jackie and the rest of the team were friendly and accomodating. Clear communication, friendly faces, good food and extremely helpful people. The ambience of the place is very nice too. Highly recommend!

The instant we stepped in to consider The Glasshouse at The Ultima Function Centre, we fell in love, and on the day, it was even more stunning than when we first walked in. Jimmy, Kim, and the crew were always there to answer my 101 queries and were prompt. We had such an extraordinary 18th Birthday at this venue - the staff, food, and look were all perfect!
Our friends and family commented on how pleasing and full they were after the party and what an incredible time they had! The staff made an extra effort to assure all my friends had a fabulous night.
The function room was large with an enormous stage for the DJ and dance performances, with plenty of dancing and table space. Thank you so much for making our birthday a Success :) We 100% recommend it! - Dhingra Family.

I attended my cousin's wedding at Ultima and absolutely had a blast. The food was amazing, the venue was fabulous and the wait staff was so friendly and kind. Jimmy the owner is so kind and helped us throughout the night. The supervisor Inder had made our night go with ease and handled everything. I rate it to anyone who's planning to have an event here. 10/10 everything!!

One of the best function venue in Melbourne. We had our Sons 3rd birthday party. Management team and venue staff are very professional. Jimmy (manager) is a very humble person, Jimmy organised the party and made it enjoyable for us in every possible way. Jimmy provided us the guidance at every step of organising the party. Inder (catering manager) is a such pleasant person. She delivered the catering services in a very well mannered way. Services given by ULTIMA were awesome . It was more than we expected. Food taste and presentation is mouth-watering. All of guests were happy and gave positive feedback. We will definitely have our future functions at Ultima.

A superb, elegant and classy, full of ambience venue to celebrate your special days. Starting from venue booking to menu selection, Jimmy and Deepti were excellent and made things very easy. The staff were excellent and went out of the way to accomodate lot of things. The service was at its highest level and the food was delicious. We cannot thank enough the management and the staff for making the event more memorable. We and our guests had a great time.
I once again thank Jimmy and the team for the job well done and recommend this venue to all for their functions.

Hosted a birthday here in the Pearl Ballroom which turned out to be the best birthday celebration I've ever had.

The room was modern, tidy, and in a great location. Staff were friendly and attentive. Internal catering was excellent. Would recommend this venue for any celebration.

If there was a 10 star option, I would rate 10 stars.
No request was too small, catering to all our whims ensuring drinks were always on the table. Food were also great and amazing. Always topped up and service was on point.
The place, design and interior lights are all very unique and different. Everyone had such a blast and Jimmy the manager on site that day was so amazing, friendly and accommodating to us.

Today I attended my aunties wedding. The customer service was amazing and the beautiful lights grasped my attention. Honestly I couldnt ask for a better place to attend a wedding, honestly just beautiful. Great food, great chef. Panam really helped me out and gave us quick refills and was really kind to us all. Kim and the Ultima team were absolutely AMAZING, with only 10 days to plan our wedding Kim bent over backwards and was available to us pretty much 24/7 she made sure everything was absolutely perfect after having a terrible experience elsewhere we cant thank Kim & the Ultima team enough for all that they did to make sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of . i HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend ultima for your next function!!!!
