Marnong Estate- Winery

This is one of the most stunning wineries and restaurants I have been, the views are spectacular the food very nice and extremely tasty Large selection of wines and the service is attentive and friendly. Absolutely stunning place, very sophisticated and stylish but yet outside they do have a casual area that you can order coffee or sandwiches etc and sit down and enjoy that spectacular view. Absolutely recommend.

Such a stunning location, great food and super friendly staff. In particular Carleen and Natasha were really helpful on a recent visit there. I would highly recommend Marnong Estate for a special occasion or a lovely romantic lunch.

We had our footy club volunteer lunch in the private dining room yesterday. The food was incredible and Joshua was a brilliant and attentive waiter. We absolutely love Marning. Everyone needs to know about this magical place.

We enjoyed a wonderful late lunch on Saturday. The staff were attentive and friendly having a laugh with us during our meal. We chose the banquet menu and there was plenty of food to share. The prawns and steak were cooked perfectly. Thank you for a lovely afternoon. The views are special as well.

La Vetta - Food and service was amazing but nothing supersedes the view. 270 degrees of open rolling hills, cows, sheep and alpacas. Every course was like a Nonna cooked meal, pure Sicilian genius. The highlight was the quail and lentils. Tasted like home.

Cucina - all Im going to say - if you want a wood fired gluten free pizza the you got to go. Best base and authentic flavour Ive ever tasted.

The cabins - wow that view! Being able to see the lights of Melbourne and waking up to those hills - incredible! Their modest but all you need when staying in such a beautiful place - not expensive either. They utilise the environment and give a generous deck to even the studio rooms. Well worth the experience.

Definitely worth the short drive from Melbourne CBD for wine, food or a stay. Well be back soon!

Rolling hills with vineyard etc. 5 star scenery. Picturesque. Breath taking view. There are Alpacas and other animals too.

Fantastic location, the yummiest food, Arancini entree was some of the best I have had, partner and I will be coming again for sure.

We visited Marnong Estate for lunch at Cucina for the first time today. The food and setting was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Our waiter Adil went above and beyond for us and his service was exceptional!

Staff courtesy and warmth came thru - your staff are wonderful and their service impeccable.

The property is stunning and the food and wine compliment the setting so well. We highly recommend!

Went for lunch today. Awesome location (see pic), just out of Melbourne in Mickelham. Great service. We ordered a 3 course meal. Pizza for starters and the porterhouse steak. The seafood pizza was great, the porterhouse steak was cooked as ordered medium rare served with a little salad. Nothing great, just a normal steak. The steak (even the aged one) could have done with more seasoning. But the dessert ordered was awesome (see pics). Great location, great service and do recommend a visit.

Just like to say an extra massive thank you for the staff that were on for our dinner- they helped us announce our pregnancy to our parents and even surprised me with a non alcoholic drink so I could also toast to it! They were incredibly thoughtful and accomodating and we could not be more thankful for the experience!!! Also, steak was cooked to perfection

Cant believe I hadnt been here before, been local for almost 20 years. My new no.1 place to dine.

We've now eaten at Cucina 3064 a few times now and happy with the food and service. Marnong is a beautiful property right at our doorstep.

We had a family function for my son's birthday in a private room. Great venue and service. Special thanks to Adil who looked us.

We had a delightful dining experience at this restaurant! The food was very tasty, but the service was a bit slow. However, Adil was incredibly apologetic. The staffs attentiveness and generosity truly impressed us. I highly recommend trying their delicious dishes despite the occasional wait.

Fantastic food and great experience.

2 years since my first review and holy cow has it improved! The pizza's at the Atrium were THE BEST pizza I've had hands down... Not joking here, the Mushroom and Margherita pizza's were insane!

Hmmmm... I'm just not sure the dining experience from a taste point of view as well as menu options is improving nor value for money anymore Service was amazing as usual...

Wow wow wow. From the accomodation, location and the food.. wow. The service was top. Nicolas was so lovely, Tara was the bomb, love her and Miguel top top service by all. The view was fantastic and of course was so lovely talking to Denise as we said goodbye. Thankyou so much for such a lovely experience.

Yummy food and great service! My family and I really enjoy our lunch!

The first time to the Estate I had lunch at LaVetta & the food, service & ambience was excellent so I didn't hesitate to try CUCINA 3064 for dinner & I wasn't disappointed! Couldn't fault anything, had a wonderful night & will definitely be back!"

I just want to say a BIG thank you to all your staff who waited upon us at a wedding I attended yesterday 28/10/2023.
Especially a young waitress Heidi who has exceptional customer service skills and a beautiful smile too.
The venue was wonderful and the beautiful grounds surrounding it were spectacular.
All around a fabulous evening.

I went there for 2 days conference I dont know anything about prices, but the service and foods was good. And had very nice location with amazing view.

My wife and I had a lovely experience at Marnong Winery on Mickleham Road. We did the wine tasting first and got to taste 12 wines and had a cheese platter to supplement the wine tasting. Then we had s 3 course meal that was as good an eat as any restaurant in Melbourne then spent the night at one of the Marnongs cabins. How quiet it was and the surrounds just picturesque. Very reasonably priced. We'll do it again soon.

A lovely pinot with perfect steak and fresh sides. Would definitely recommend. Book the front window table for two for gorgeous views and a nice date night.

What a stunning winery! Lunch at La Vetta was delicious and the service was super attentive. Will definitely return to try their other dishes. Best part is you can buy a bottle of wine from the cellar & enjoy it on their comfy beanbags.

Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. We had lunch in LaVetta which was truly as good as it gets. Kayla looked after us so well and was so helful and fun to be around, the food was some of the best I've ever had with the Scotch Fillet easily better than 99% of the steaks you get in Melbourne. We stayed the night as well and was blown away by how modern, spacious and luxe the rooms were. Staff friendly, food incredible and the wines are just amazing and so well priced for what they are. We are so grateful to the team and we will definitely be back

We celebrated an 80th Birthday in the Green Grove room. Carleen was fabulous with her assistance & recommendations leading up to the event. On the day, Kayla & Alex were fantastic ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The food & service was amazing. Highly recommend. Thank you Marnong Team.

I highly recommend Marnong Estate for anyones wedding day. And that goes for many of my guests who have since returned to the estate for lunch/dinner. The views, service and food was amazing.

A hidden gem, super friendly staff, restaurants are top notch, comfortable, great environment, great portions of food but most importantly fresh ingredients and quality of food and delicious. Great location to roam around. Coffee is beautiful, I had the magic which was one of the best. Must go to.

Have stayed here a few times now and it has always been fantastic. Love that you can walk up and get a take away pizza to enjoy in your accomodation. Bed is super comfy and the view is lovely. Special shout out to Lily at the cellar door, we had a fab wine tasting experience on my last visit - very knowledgeable and lovely to chat to! Would absolutely recommend.

Marnong Estate never lets us down! Another great dining experience in their Bistro. Our meals were delicious, the wine is excellent and reasonably priced. My favourite wine is the Montepulciano. The pasta is fresh and homemade. Service staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The dining room is spacious with beautiful views. The grounds at the Estate are exceptional, great for kids with camels and alpacas, goats and sheep. There is something for everyone if you want fine dine food, then the restaurant would be your choice, you can order take away and sit in the grounds and enjoy the view. There is wine tasting, a cellar door and a deli. This place is amazing.
