The property dates back to circa 1902 and is heritage-listed, with renovations completed prior to 2022. It's been under current ownership for 4 years (since 2022), with the wedding and events business formally established in 2024, now proudly partnered with Peter Rowland Group.
Set at the foot of Mt Buninyong in Scotsburn, Victoria. Ceremonies can be held By the Lake, beneath a Rustic Arbour, or at a nearby Historic White Church for a more traditional setting, with receptions held in the estate's beautifully restored woolshed, featuring exposed beams and rustic-meets-modern styling.
Venue hire is $8,500, with ceremony and reception fees included.
Pricing stays consistent year-round regardless of season, day, or date, though a 25% surcharge applies to food and beverage on public holidays.
A 25% deposit secures your date, along with a security bond of 25% of your estimated spend.
