Hunter Valley Luxury Wedding Venues


Bella Vista, which includes a 3-acre garden, was built as a residence in Newcastle in 1919. Brides walk down the stairs of the mansion to their garden ceremony and celebrate afterward in the Grand Dining Room. Accommodation is available.

Bluebush Estate, located in Lovedale, is set on 10 acres with views over the boutique vineyard to the Molly Morgan Ranges. The venue offers the opportunity to enjoy the entire estate for weddings. Cottage, guesthouse, lodge, chalet, and country house accommodation is available.

Chateau Elan at The Vintage is a 5-star, 100-acre golf, spa, and conference resort. Six function spaces are provided for wedding ceremonies and receptions. There is a helicopter landing area on the front lawn, and spa suite and villa accommodation is available.

Convent Hunter Valley is a boutique hotel that is showcased by its tree-lined driveway. Wedding ceremonies take place under the weeping willow next to the lake or in the Chapel, and receptions follow in one of two restaurants or in the Grand Marquee.

Kirkton Park is situated in rural Pokolbin. Wedding ceremony locations include The Manor Garden, Between the Urns, and Wisteria Walk. Reception spaces include the James Busby Room and the Hunter Rothbury Room. Suite and room accommodation is available.

Longworth House, designed in 1892, is adorned with hand carved timber, stained glass, and ornate plaster work. The venue is located in the heart of Newcastle. Wedding ceremonies in the house are followed by receptions in the French Provincial Ballroom.

Redleaf Wollombi offers the entire property for bespoke weddings. The property includes the house with its pet-friendly accommodation, gardens, pool, extensive grounds, and The Barn, a building which used to be a restaurant.

Woolshed Hill Estate features a private golf course, tennis court, swimming pool, and grounds which include gardens for a wedding ceremony. Receptions are held at The Residence which includes a balcony overlooking the dam or a marquee site on the lawns.
