Booking is flexible — I take enquiries any time, though earlier is best for popular dates. I'm available every day of the week, with lower demand (and a discount) over winter. I cover elopements and multi-day weddings, though not destination weddings.

Standard packages offer 6, 8, or 10 hours of coverage, with hourly coverage available for elopements and smaller events at $150/hour. Additional hours (including overtime) are also $150/hour.

Travel is calculated per km (including the return trip) for weddings over 50km. Accommodation is charged separately for venues 3+ hours from Melbourne, or where a late finish makes the drive home unsafe.

A 20% deposit is due 1 month after your invoice date, with the remaining 80% due any time before the final week leading up to your wedding.

Payment plans are flexible, usually allowing a week or two's delay if needed.

An initial Zoom consultation (more available on request) plus unlimited email and phone support. I liaise with your photographer on the timeline, offer venue advice where I've shot before, and help keep the day on schedule by liaising with other vendors and the MC if things run behind.

The booking fee is always non-refundable. Cancelling more than 7 days out forfeits the booking fee only; within 7 days forfeits all fees paid. Rescheduling is free, subject to my availability on the new date. If something beyond my control prevents me from filming, I'll make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent services, with liability limited to fees paid (excluding the deposit).

Footage is backed up to SSD and two external hard drives the night of the wedding, with SD cards untouched until the next shoot — so it's stored in four places. Raw footage is kept for at least 6 months post-delivery. I retain copyright, with couples licensed for personal use and sharing (commercial use requires separate permission).

A lapel mic on the groom, a lapel mic on the celebrant, and a direct PA feed, with backup audio always recorded. The same approach — two wireless mics plus a direct feed — ensures clear vow and speech audio throughout the reception.

Generally slow, emotional, and cinematic for the ceremony, building to upbeat and fun for the reception — tailored to your preferences. Music is selected from three licensed libraries; couples can guide style and tempo, but only licensable tracks are used.

A 7–8 minute highlight film, plus a 1-minute sneak-peek reel shared the day after your wedding for social media. Delivery is via digital download in 4K. Full raw footage is available as an add-on for $400.

Yes, drone video is included in the deluxe package, or available as a $100 add-on on other packages — fully CASA licensed.
