Entertain at Home

After their elegant May wedding in St Kilda this year, Stephanie and Thomas enjoyed an intimate lunch with some close friends, who had also attended their wedding.

As their guests arrived at their light filled townhouse, conversation flowed and the banter of good friends was easy. The tinkling of Kate Spade ‘June Lane' crystal glasses filled with delicate white wine punctuated the laughter. In keeping with the springtime celebration, the glassware was accentuated with a dragonfly motif, which perfectly suited the sunny afternoon.

A visual feast awaited the guests. The table was set with simple crisp white linens, and the Kate Spade for Royal Doulton ‘Gardner Street' dinnerware. Its delicate platinum foliage pattern on fine white bone china, was offset with cutlery from the Royal Doulton ‘Classics' range. A fresh centrepiece of green hellebores provided a focal point in a stunning Jasper Conran ‘Brilliance' vase, and gorgeous miniature vases of lily of the valley were used as place settings, perfuming the air.

A delicious three course lunch was enjoyed over a long afternoon sharing stories, reminiscing about the wedding and basking in the company of good friends.
