Absolutely LOVED this hotel!! Everything was so perfect, staff, cleanliness, location, pool, view, comfort, price, cannot fault our stay. We will be booking again . Thank you for having us as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. We had our 6 month old with us and even the portacot was great, very clean and room was spacious enough to move around it. We ordered a little pastry basket and coffee for early morning which was fantastic and we also had a complimentary dessert tray . Unfortunately missed turn down service as baby was already in bed haha but Im sure that would have been great too.

Great night hosted by the Lions Club charity ball event. Foods and services are great.

Excellent service, love the French vibes. Every staff member gives attention to detail and the hotel is so unique and warm. Love the atmosphere and ambiance. The spa is definitely one to check out too.

An excellent choice for a staycation in Melbourne. It's a chic hotel with a pool on the 12th floor with views of the city and a stylish Art Deco ambience throughout. Check in was flawless, our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was superb (included are barrista brewed coffee and self operated fresh fruit and vegie juicer).

First time staying at this Hotel. I was super impressed. The room was just beautiful. The view from the window was stunning. Comfy Bed, everything was clean. The Welcoming staff were extremely nice and made my check-in and check-out easy. Thank you for making my stay very enjoyable. I am coming down to stay again next year. I could not fault my holiday.

The Chadstone is a staple and a memorable location for me, so to be upfront I may be slightly biased. But here goes.

The value of the rooms, they are appropriate for what you get. The issue I have, probably the only one, is the 3pm check in. The staff are almost militant here, so when everyone is told to come back at 3pm you find yourself in a queue because of their inflexibility. You also have to pay for parking, but it's Melbourne so not a bad thing particularly. I will note, as a bit arrogant as this is, as an Accor member with reasonably high status I'm told that I get priority check in, that's not an option here.

The staff are very pleasant, they're helpful and they're happy to make your stay as special as they can, they're super friendly and you feel the quality of the hotel the minute you walk in. Its location is great, with plenty of dining and bar options.

The rooms are well appointed, clean, modern and feel luxurious, well they are luxurious. The view can be quite spectacular. The bed is comfortable, the bath is large, the shower is undeniably a feature that makes you feel like royalty. The room service options are great, it's everything you expect from a hotel of its cost and stature.

The rooftop pool is amazing, the whole experience of staying at Chadstone is amazing. I can highly recommend it for a staycation, for any occasion really, I particularly enjoy it when I'm here as I feel much more important than I am. The staff, the hotel, everything about it screams luxury.

I love this place. It'll have a special place for me in Melbourne, I'll be back as often as I can justify.

An excellent hotel to stay especially if you want to go full on shopping at Chadstone. Be aware of the CBD is at least a 30 minute drive away.

Great and convenient place to visit, variety of restaurants and bars. Great food, staff and atmosphere.

I stayed with my family over night as we were hosting my 40th in Altus at Chadstone hotel.
Reception: friendly and welcoming staff.
Concierge: willing to help.
Car park: Good access and well priced.
Pastore restaurant: we had lunch and breakfast there. Breakfast was flawless.
Room: nice clean with perfect room service.
Good lighting and temperature. Stunning view.
Altus function room: My 40th was a cocktail style party and everything was organised by the event manager Belinda Borrie . She was so helpful all through the arrangements and the venue was just perfect.
I am looking forward to hosting another party in Altus.

This was the highlight of our trip to Melbourne before our holiday ends, the lady at check in was wonderful, we were shown how to get to the parking which was below the hotel, secure and its separate from the shopping centre we can exit and enter using our room card..
The room was fantastic, we slept so well even if its next to a busy road. The breakfast was a little busy but we did not need to wait long. The staff at the restaurant was great and patient
The pool was warm but we did not swim, what a waste
Best part is that its next to a ever expanding shopping centre.so many stores to check out and food to available!!
I guess we will choose to stay here again the next time we visit Melbourne city!!

High quality new hotel, good size standard room with luxury bedding, modern bathroom with separate shower and toilet. Staff are very friendly in all areas, room service is great for late night meals, buffet breakfast is good but I found the food a little tasteless.
Great location to the large shopping centre close to freeway on-ramp to access city centre. So only the restaurant food lets it down a little otherwise 5star

Great hotel, easy check in with friendly staff and great location. Heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and a buffet breakfast to die for.

Almost everything was perfect, it was disappointing that during the day I could not sit in the cafe or upstairs for a drink as things were shut for the afternoon service.
I would have thought that these amenities would be open in the afternoon.

Stayed with our newborn for two nights. It was a lovely experience for our family, in room dining and food were excellent! King sized bed was super comfy too.

From our arrival to our check out we were blown away by this 5 Star hotel and service.
The room was lovely and finished perfectly. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was the best we have had. They have thought of everything. We will defiantly be back.

We had a lovely stay, the hotel has a peaceful atmosphere which is also shown by the staff, they are all calm, polite and helpful.

Wonderful experience, great breakfast.

The experience was wonderful with beautifully appointed rooms, comfortable bedding and in room facilities.
The restaurant downstairs was amazing, some of the best food we have eaten and the rooftop bar with incredible views put on a lovely high tea on the weekend, which we struggled to finish.

I was happy with my stay at Hotel Chadstone. Staff were very professional, rooms clean and food higher quality than I was expecting. I will stay there again.

From the moment we walked into reception we felt at home. Staff were exceptional. Room was lovely and overall a great place to stay.
Only downfall was too many people and not enough breakfast. People left waiting to eat which then holds up the next flux of people for seats. We experienced this both mornings. Staff super friendly and applogetic however o think more staff was required as there was only only cook on the kitchen at one stage.

Great hotel. The beds and pillows were fantastic and I'm fussy with my bed. Twin room had plenty of space and I loved the layout of the bathroom

Family of three comfortably stayed in a room with 2 x queen beds. Well kept, clean and a very short walk to the shopping centre.
