RACV City Club

As a member of the club it is my go to place when I am in town. The facilities and service are excellent and constantly evolving . I can work, relax, eat and workout. I visit other clubs as part of a reciprocal arrangements and realise how lucky I am to be a member. The refurbishment of the bistro and Cafe lounge looks very well done. The bistro is quieter will the drapes. Looking forward to visiting regularly again post covid

First time holding an Event at RACV City Club and was so pleased to have awesome staff who do their job seamlessly. The event coordinator and support staff are second to none, nothing was a hassle and they accommodated our every need. I will definitely be using this venue again!

Location and rooms are fantastic

Lovely accomodation, very clean and tidy, beautiful beds and pillows. Could not fault the room. Buffet breakfast was lovely, the chef cooked fresh scrambled eggs on request, coffee was amazing and lots of lovely variety in the breakfast. The gym was massive and had some workouts on the board you could follow which was helpful. View was very nice of the city buildings. Lap pool was available but we didnt use. Would highly recommend coming here and would definitely come here again. Excellent customer service by all staff in the gym, restaurant, front door and front reception.

My daughter had her wedding here recently. The staffs are friendly, helpful and courteous. The food was good. The place was beautiful. Just a great place to host functions.

A nice experience. The food for Christmas lunch was either traditional or modern al carte. Simple, tasty, good quality and generous at a reasonable prices. The wines were good and not over priced. A great place for a family lunch.

Exceptional service experience with Staff that are most accomodating. We dined at a number of the cafes and bistro's on site and could not find any thing negative to say about them. Highly recommend for a weekend away, business trip or as a full time club member.

We were guests at a wedding last night and I was super impressed..
The ceremony had the most picturesque back drop. Whilst the bride and groom got their photos we had a nice shaded and fanned outdoor area with spraying sprinklers to keep us all cool in the 30 degrees heat.
Then the ballroom upstairs looked stunning.
The food was amazing, and the service was too.

Everything about this accommodation was excellent, especially the breakfast. The rooms we're great, plenty of room The shower was good the bath was very good air-conditioning was spot on to sleep with and the bed was very comfortable the black out curtains worked a treat they give us a late check out of midday very nice

Beautiful Location, great facilities, squash court is loads of fun and pool and gym are very solid.

The members-only dining room is exceptional. The food is great and they often have a live pianist who is always superb.

Lots of functions and events held at the Club are engaging and entertaining, always a high standard though the RACV Club. Their resort locations throughout the country are beautiful too!

Will continue to have my family and friends as frequent visitors to this, and all other locations.
Looking forward to my next visit!

Great club I love it

Just had a lovely Xmas lunch as part of the Kastellorizian Association of Australia.

I got brought here on a date and honestly it was phenomenal.

Staff are friendly and attentive in the most genuine way, the food was brilliant, and the atmosphere was gorgeous, with live piano being played all night.

Super pricey but very worthwhile

Stayed there for one night, decor is a bit outdated but beds are comfy. Service was great. Loved food at both the bistro and member's dining room upstairs.

Not good service in dinning room

It was a business trip. The room was very tidy and great layout. Location is great. They have plenty of food options and breakfast buffet option however plenty of cafes nearby if you want to venture out.

We cannot say enough about how lovely it is to stay here. Our 3rd time this weekend for family events and the staff have gone above and beyond their required customer service abilities.

All our family members were delighted with the room set up and the exquisite menu & food service. They remarked also on the comfort of the accommodation, which is always above standard. It was good to be back dining in the Bistro again with friendly service from the Staff and fine food to enjoy.

I've had the privellege of performing at the RACV Club for for 14 years. I absolutely love RACV City Club's Level 17 and their grand ballroom. The view from there is incredible, just like the look and sound of their grand piano. I can't wait to perform there again!

Amazing icon in the middle of Melbourne CBD - attended a function at LVL17 .. a nice size venue for a Y12 school graduation.

Wonderful 2-night stay. Lovely spacious room. 2 meals in the bistro were excellent with very friendly, efficient service.

Have been a club member for almost 20 years and is still our go to venue in the city for several reasons. Least of all the incredibly convenient location. The club combines luxury and comfort with great service. The range of dining/entertaining options are excellent, from fine dining, to the casual bistro or lounge, to the wine bar and older fashioned Carbine Bar. The accomodation is very comfortable and well appointed. Combine this with the One Spa, gym, swimming pool and snooker/billiards room and you've got a venue that is second to none in the city. All offered at very competitive rates.

Went here for the Christmas day lunch. This venue is outstanding. The service was of the utmost quality, the food was extravagant, and the venue itself was fantastic.

Everything about this visit was well worth the money. Highly recommend doing this if you haven't got Christmas day plans.

Perfection in the City. We had our first stay at the RACV City Club and we were so incredibly impressed by everything from start to finish. The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming and every staff member we encountered during our stay went above and beyond the "usual" service. We found it comfortable, the room was spacious, modern and clean and the location was absolutely in the "hub" of the CBD. Will be staying here again!

I've been a member for a number of years and always been impressed with the professionalism and kindness of their staff.

From Jodie in the fitness centre rescuing me one day when I fell, to Nathan helping me order food. The staff have always been exceptional across all levels of the business.

What always kept me coming back was the facilities and staff.

The only thing I miss is the buffet lunch pre covid times. Keep up the great work and please take care of your staff.

Quiet, comfortable location in the centre of Melbourne.

A very friendly and inviting club. I had a corner room which was well appointed, with a desk, walk in robe, large TV, well appointed bathroom, and Queen Bed. Breakfast was excellent with both buffet and menu alternatives. I stay there every time I stay in Melbourne.

Using an accessible room, found it well-appointed and convenient

Stayed recently. Obtained an excellent offer of one night, parking and breakfast for two for $199. The room was the basic level accommodation, but was excellent in all respects. Parking entry and exit was easy with plenty of spaces available. The breakfast was a large array of offerings. The late check out of 11am was welcome, so we could take our time before departing. Love staying there.

I recently had the extreme pleasure of speaking with Holly McLaren from RACV Travel and Experiences.She was both attentive and knowledgeable. Holly immediately took all my wishes into account and came up with several suggestions and costings for my bucket list Travel destinations. She was able to get me some very good deals with air fares, and
Coach sightseeing destinations.
I would definitely call on Holly for any further travel that I want to do.

Had a wonderful night in the CBD.
Room was on point, location was mint and the service was with a smile as always.

Just first class accommodation and service

Outstanding evening at the RACV City Club excellent food, impeccable service, but the highlight of the night was Calvin the brilliant pianist on Level 1 who made the experience truly memorable with his music as he played our requests.

Recently came to Melbourne for the MotoGP. Had a lovely stay at RACV. Rooms were lovely. Service was great. When I arrived, my room was not ready. They changed me to another room and gave me extra room credit. Breakfast was great every day. Had a meal in the members dining room which was very nice. Also had a meal in the bistro which was great and quite reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful on all interactions I had. Really couldn't ask for much more. Certainly worth consideration as a place to stay if in Melbourne for business or holiday. Worth noting that the wine bar is not open sunday night and the rooftop bar and green are not open on weekends. Maybe they are aimed at the midweek business crowd but does limit options a little if staying in the hotel

Im a regular at the Healesville RACV Club, and last night I dined with my wife and children at the RACV City Club Level 1 Dining for the first time. I wanted to acknowledge two outstanding staff members: Dayan, the manager, for his exceptional service throughout the evening who accommodated our requests and needs; and the young male pianist Calvin, who was outstanding and made the night all the more memorable playing my song requests and my children's, too.

Preferred location for work travel. Great central location.
Rooms are very spacious and always spotless. Service is courteous and efficient at all times. I have stayed here several times for work trips and never had any issues or complaints.

Dinner at the Members lounge. Serve and food is amazing!!

We love the fitness centre and gym classes at RACV club! Great dining at the wine bar, we recently visited for the Jazz night. Many fantastic activities for members!

The City Club is always clean and welcoming. Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help.

Our room was a little plain and probably showing its age now. It's clean and spacious, and the bathroom was top notch.
Staff are wonderful and the amenities are good (great gym and pool). Location is good but depends if you want to be where all the hustle and bustle of the city is. The RACV City Club is not in the action central of the city, which is what my family prefer.

Excellence at its best! The many stays we have here, its always perfect for our family and gatherings. Absolutely love every part of the racv club.

My stay at RACV City Club was part of a large group of 18. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the three-night stay.

The room was soooo clean, large (with a bath) and absolutely spotless, as was the co-working space and bistro area.

We did dine in the private dining space one night, and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful, and the meal was stunning!

Great club with an amazing staff.

The concierge was so gracious and helped me with handling goods for an event we organized at the venue.

The lobby is beautiful and classy, perfect for professional settings.

The location is central but if you're getting here by a cab, be prepared to walk up since taxis and ubers generally don't have place to offload in front of the club.

We had an amazing event and customers gave raving reviews for the food and venue.

RACV staff always make you feel special when you stay, rooms are very nice and facilities are amazing.

went to the bar which is open til 9pm, Oliver and Cailey were extremely helpful and patient when informing me on the drink options available for happy hour. As someone who doesn't drink out this way very often, it was refreshing and alleviated most if not all my anxiety when ordering! Thanks to Cailey, my coworkers and I learned we love Gin & Grapefruit! Thanks to Oliver, we didn't stop getting them on time and with a good experience everytime I will be bringing my office back as someone who works nearby! There's a beautifully high standard of service, quality and environment that it's perfect for professional and less than professional drinking after shift Loved the energy and live music and privacy when venting! Will become a regular, thank you to Deon as well who frequently read my unsure expression and made sure my orders were taken care of. Prices were cheap, service was exceptional, environment was beautiful. 100/10 experience when good drinking places are hard to find for money and privacy concerned professionals!

Just started my membership amazing club old world fee with updated tech and attitudes. Food and drink from silver service to bistro worth the $ staff very helpful professional and attentive making you feel you should be there and to enjoy your stay no matter what you are doing. Great to meet people to do business and a celebration dinner with parking and hotel services along with co working space soothing for any club member worth thinking with so many benefits and this to do and enjoy.

Fabulous club in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Food and service excellent, as are conference facilities, pool, gymnasium, accommodation and a choice of restaurants.

City Club is always our favourite place to stay in the City. Relaxing and comfortable. Easily accessible to everything. Its has become very popular and harder to make a booking on a weekend.

Wonderful establishment in the heart of Melbourne with great facilities and friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Arrived for a stay for a week for a conference. Cleaners attended our room sufficiently and are absolutely very friendly people, however a certain concierge at the front desk kept asking who I was three nights in a row, I was waiting on the following night if he was going to ask again I was going to put in a complaint especially a weeks stay here! Other concierge was excellent and always welcomed me but that minority one made our stay incomplete! Wonderful violinist upon the entry it was remarkable. Breakfast buffet was superb and room service. Tram at front was very convenient.

I havent been a member of RACV for very long, but so far Ive had a really positive experience. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the members are lovely too. The cakes are delicious, and the food portions are generous. Overall, its a very nice and enjoyable place.

The only thing I think could make it even better would be a larger venue, or perhaps a small kids play area for families with children. Other than that, Ive really enjoyed being a member so far!
